Love the service love the trailer they just great and beyond there starting my own buisness with the right foot

I expected a higher level of customer service based on prior customer reviews but was unfortunately sorely disappointed.I placed a deposit on a trailer that was supposed to be ready in about two weeks. I called a week later to ask for an update and was told I'd receive a call back. After not hearing anything for another week, I called back to check in (as it was the week the trailer was supposed to be ready). I was informed that it would be an additional six weeks until the trailer was ready due to a materials shortage. I was told I wouldn't receive my deposit back if I decided to cancel my order (even though the order will take 4x as long as originally discussed). No alternative solutions (such as potentially shifting my deposit to a different trailer) or apologies were offered. I'll update my review if things improve.Update: Unfortunately things did not improve, and I had to go through my credit card company to receive a refund.

ONLY PLACE TO BUY A TRAILER IN TOWN!!! The salesmen Andrew helped me decide between a few options and even let me have time to decide and shop. It didn't take me too long to realize it was the trailer for me at the right price. I also have to review how well the owner and salesmen worked together, Tim and Andrew definitely filled my expectations and were super informative. Five star service and product.

Amazing customer service with great quality and great prices!! They made sure we had everything we wanted in a trailer. They did NOT try to sell us anything we did not need or want. Would recommend you try them first before going anywhere else. 5***** all the way!!

In a roadside emergency situation we rented a Uhaul trailer from this company, using Uhaul to book it. Limped our way to their location, paid our invoice and went to wait at the trailer as the guy who completed our reservation told us to, stating that he would be there in a few minutes to hook up the trailer and make sure it was ready to go. We waited while they moved tractors and equipment into their lot. Waited some more. Went to check on the status of the customer service guy only to find the store closed and locked and no one around. So $720 for a trailer that we had to try to hook up ourselves lucky we had some tools with us... a hitch that didn't fit, and our stuff waiting to be loaded. Absolutely unacceptable. Filed a complaint with uhaul as well. Had to leave our stuff and go to the next uhaul location which is a legit Uhaul store, buy a hitch and return to the trailer to hook it up ourselves and finally get back on the road. Our entire day to relocate our family was wasted because these guys are complete jerks and useless inconsiderate sobs. Stay far away from them and give your money to some place legit these folks aren't that!!!!

I m doing research before purchasing an enclosed trailer. Yucaipa Trailers has ads on craigslist that are $2000 cheaper than their online website inventory. When I called the question which price was correct, I was told The website price is correct. I informed the salesman that it is very misleading for people in my position and I am glad I did not drive 2 hours to learn this. He responded good point and hung up. I will be shopping elsewhere.

If there was an option for a negative Star rating I would rate this company and customer service as -5 Stars. I spent almost 10K on a trailer and electric jack lift. I'm not happy with the jack lift and they refuse to return it nor did they give me the manual lift upon purchase. This was 4 days ago and the jack has never touched the ground!!!Do yourself a favor and purchase elsewhere!!!!

This place is great! Made my first purchase and was helped by Andrew & Tim. They were both patient with me and cleared any questions or concerns I had before making my purchase. I would recommend this place to family and friends! Don t waist your time going to other places this place has great costumer service and great prices! Thank you guys!

They hid the 950$ delivery fee until I had already paid the 250$ non refundable deposit. Buyer beware, get the full invoice before you buy. The price of the trailer is not the total price.

Great trailers, good people, not so good at math, they told me one price per month over the phone, then it was 80% higher when I got there, I don't think it was intentional

The man that helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable. He asked questions to help us narrow down what kind of trailers we would most likely want to see, and told us the pros and cons of the ones we saw without trying to upsell anything or pressure us to buy. I really appreciate that!

Quick and easy service, both the guys are very helpful. I bought my trailer from them last February, I highly recommend you purchase your trailers from these guys! The guys are very helpful and knowledgeable about their trailers it's been a big help.

Good fast service Andrew was really helpful I called a day before he got me approved with $0 down went in the next day was in and out in about 25 min well built trailer would recommended to my friends and family

Pretty good deals, I needed a trailer to help my neighbor move and it was really easy. Great service although the process was length still very pleased.

My family I have been looking for a trailer for a wild for our toys. We to five places the only one with friendly people in car prices and cool looking Trailers was this place. Highly recommend this place
