Wow where do I start I wish I can give 0 stars !!! This place completely messed my car up came for a tune up and oil change everything was fine until a day later my check engine came on so I went to a mechanic and told me this place broke off the air intake duct!!! Never again will I come here 0 STARS !!!!

The best priced smog in Redlands, I went in for a smog, the service was outstanding and fast. I am very pleased and I highly recommend this place. Great service!

This place is a rip-off guy wouldn't give me a receipt. They wouldn't give me all my oil back that I brought in. They tried charging me 470 Dollars For A tune up I didn't need. I tried to scare me that my transmission was gonna give up as soon as I drive off. To try to sell me transmission, flush. The guy changed my oil. Couldn't figure out how many quarts to put. What a joke of a business, I wouldn't come back or recommend anybody then when I call out the so-called manager, he refuses to do future business with me. He was mad because I was telling them the truth in front of another customer. Be careful Redlands customers. There's plenty of other oil change shops that will do better job.Service: Oil change

Hi my wife and I went to the tune-up place today and got our oil changed the employee Kim and his team were totally excellent they changed our oil in no time flat it didn't take long at all. We asked him for a estimate on a new battery which he gave us and we told him we wanted to go down the street and get another opinion at AutoZone which we did and we decided to go with the tune-up place because they were just so much nicer and treated us like customers we will always be going back to the tune-up place for all our car needs

I have been getting my synthetic oil changes here for over 5-8 years. They were OK; average cost and quick. Recently their named changed and now I think they are NOT OK.Near the end of my most recent oil change, they tried to sell me ~$75 of air filters and a hundred dollar radiator flush. My air filters were only a little gray (I buy them and change them myself) and the coolant overflow was low. I declined everything, resisting the high pressure "you've gotta due this now" story. Back home it took about 1/2 quart of collant to bring it back up to full, saving me $100 and I can buy the air filters for less than half of what they charge. Be ready for the "you gotta do this now" rush job near the end. To me they are rip off artistsService: Oil change

I had a wonderful experience here. The man at the front counter was kind and helpful. Answered all my questions, was patient, and took car of all my car needs. In the waiting area outside they had games to play while waiting with a nice shade covering. I think I found my new mechanic. Definitely will be coming back.

New Management and shady behavior. I ve come here for 6 years now and sadly won t be coming back. Went for an oil change and spent more than what was agreed on. Employee came out to let me know my Cabin air filter was old and ripped in half Weird part is, I replaced it 4 weeks ago. Then he told me my windshield wipers were torn and needed to be replaced as well, but I passed. I ended up having my arm twisted into buying a $30 filter that was not necessary and when I drove home all of a sudden the rubber on the windshield wiper was flapping all over the place, almost as if someone had pulled it off. They got the job done at the end of the day, but I think it s better to leave a auto-shop with your issue fixed and not with more issues that need fixing.Service: Oil change

They are crooks they told me a part was the correct part for my car an charged me 300 plus dollars as I was leaving I heard them high 5 ing each other after I requested the part they gave me a part that was so clean it was obvious to even me an I am not a machanic that that was not what was wrong with my car. They even looked weird as I drove off. I had to go some place else an spend yet more money for what they said they had done.Be careful they are crooks.

Tried to charge me for dual tanks and overcharged for test told me I needed to replace both catyletic converters it's five years later and converter's are still good
