Called 3 or 4 tire shops in the area. Travis and team were the ONLY ones who said they would install caliper covers The price was incredible as was the service ! I came in late afternoon yesterday at 2 and was out by 4. Honest and fair! Hard to find nowadays 5 star service.

I've been a long time customer and I just can't come to this place anymore. On several occasions I've been told a price over the phone only to come in and have them jack up the price. It's always the same issue too, "oh I thought you said something else." This time was over the top and no support on their end either. I called for an issue with my alternator and was told that it would be 800 dollars, already overpriced. When I showed up he said, "oh I thought you said 2014 was the year of your truck," I said no I clearly stated it was a 2012, plus my truck is in their database and he was looking at it as we spoke. So when I showed up the price almost doubled to 1200 dollars, for an alternator. I shopped around and found out that these guys have the highest prices from anywhere. I am now getting it done elsewhere for 450 dollars and this business in yucaipa now has my future service as well. Way to many issues with these guys and being a loyal customer means nothing to them. This was the fourth time I was lied to over the phone.

Incredible people. Honest about vehicle issues, never any surprises, and their service is amazing. Pricing is very fair and all of the guys are incredibly firendly. Customer for life.

I got a nail stuck in my tire and was leaking air. Took it in to these guys and they looked at it right away and said they'd be able to fix it right away. About 15-20 minutes later they came out and let me know it was fixed and I was good to go. I asked how much I owed them and they told me not to worry about it. They earned a new customer. If they're not charging for a tire patch then I know I can trust them not to overcharge or anything like that. If they were that type of company they would've charged me for the patch. 100% highly recommend this Redlands Tire Pros.

I received Professional Service. Did an awesome job on my tire I was in and out of there 45 minutes I consider that pretty awesome. I will highly recommend their business to family and friends

I went there with a leak coming from the stem of my tire. They were the only shop in the area with any openings, and I needed to get on the road and go home ASAP. They charged me $20, got it done in a couple hours, so I'm very happy with the affordability and quick service they provide!However, my trouble comes from the fact that tire started leaking again that day, but it's still better than it was. Essentially, they turned it from a regular leak, draining within minutes, to a slow leak that will flatten the tire out overnight.Overall, $20 to be able to get home was not a bad deal, considering I live in the Owens Valley, a good 3 hours from this shop. I can't even fully blame them for it leaking again, I drive quite a bit faster and harder than most, their patch was really put under the test that day.My concerns with their business practice however, I must also bring up. They also swapped my tire from the front to the back, and marked the front tire with chalk in order to make it seem like that was the tire they fixed, but in reality it is not. Why they would do this, I think anyone can understand, it makes it seem like it's a totally different tire that's having the issue, and then it's not their fault! Pretty shady behavior, honestly.These guys will fix you up, and the price is right, but I value honesty with my mechanics above all else, and I will not be returning. They are a good shop, and are worth your time.

Came here for a wheel alignment because of all the good reviews. Spent over $100 for the alignment here since my car steering wheel was off-center. After their service it was still off-center and no improvement. They didn't provide any wheel alignment report to show me the work was done either. I had to go elsewhere to get a second opinion and it turned out that they didn't really do much work on it. Shady business and I for sure won't be coming back.

Justin especially, but the whole team are awesome. Handled swapping a tire out for me right away and although the mechanic accidentally forgot to put the tire stem back on, I was able to call them back, they located it, and had it set aside for me to come back & pick up. Great customer service.

This place rocks. Had everything done within less than an hour when they thought it would take longer, had product in stock. Eddie replaced tire so quickly and efficiently, couldn't believe it. Justin told me they had in stock, Zack confirmed and took order, he was the sales and service guy - super service and attitude. Can't say enough. For a first impression they knocked it out the park after calling and going about 10 other places, they did everything within less than an hour. I don't know if that will be your experience BUT their attitude and workmanship is TOP NOTCH. I will be back. 5 stars easy. Fantastic place. Plus - price beat all competitors by far. For the money and service and attitude, there is no place else.

Went around to a few other tire places before these guys, because none of them went the extra mile to earn my repeat business. Straight away, the staff here were amiable, approachable and accomodating. The thing that stands out the most for me is that I am an apparent magnet for every tire hazard on the road, and when I invariably end up getting a nail or some other foreign object in one of my tires these guys are happy to fix it and they've never once charged me for the service even when I offered to pay for it! These are my tires guys for life!

Got a nail stuck in one of my rear tires while driving home and was so annoyed about it due to the fact that they're still fairly new. So I decided to go to this tire shop to get it plugged. Staff were friendly and was told there is an hour wait. Turns out the wait became 2 hours instead because it's a Monday and they're pretty busy that day. After 2 hours, I was told that they had fixed it and my tire was plugged so no more leaks. They did a fairly good job. No complaints. And I didn't had to pay which is kinda weird to me but grateful nonetheless.

Zach and Travis were great! Zach answered all my multiple upon multiple questions. They gave me a great deal on my wheels and tires with leveling kit and alignment. These guys know what there doing and take pride in it. Everyone there was great even the gentlemen who worked on my truck who I did not get their names personally. Thank you all! I ll be back for sure!

Over the years I have been using them for tires and vehicle repairs. They are quick and helpful and I haven t found much that they couldn t fix in a timely manor. They have even been kind enough to provide a lift home when the repairs were going to take longer than I could afford to wait in their lobby. Prices are competitive and they are good folk to have helping you. They stand behind their work and I have never felt like I was being pushed into work I didn t need to have done. It s why I have kept going back to them when my vehicles have needed service or tires.

Good place the knowledge of some of the staff is great, there is a lil bit of a wait time though, but understandable since there are busy on the weekends.But overall great service , and thoughtful of the customer. When I was there a couple of months ago for new tires .They understood I was kinda of in a rush because my son was hungry and hurried up to get my tires done . With understanding of Quality and safety of course, haven't had any problems since .

Thanks for the work on my jeep, riding smooth and straight after the alignment. Travis is a good guy, much respect for the employees there and the work done, even going the extra mile with swapping over my tpms sensors when I told him I had some regular valve stems for the new rims. Bonus points for Its always sunny in philly playing in the waiting room.

Very disappointed with Redlands Tire Pros. We took our car to get serviced here and before leaving they gave us a print out saying that our car needed to have 4 of the engine mounts replaced which would cost about $1,000.00. When I heard that I was confused because our car is usually serviced by Toyota and they have never mentioned anything about the engine mounts. A few days later we took our car to get a second opinion and we were told that our engine mounts are in perfect condition and they don't need to be replaced. We had to pay to get a second opinion but it was worth it. I will not be taking my car here again due to this incident. It's unfortunate to have dishonest business such as this one in our communities.

Very satisfied. Got an estimate, checked with other shops for something comparable and the closest I got was $200 dollars more. I called and asked Travis to order the tires and let me know when he received them and could get me in and out as soon as possible. Travis called, I took my truck in and was out in 20 minutes with all 4 tires changed. He kept his word to the fullest and I am very satisfied.

Amazing customer service! Needed new tires and they were very helpful. Found reasonable priced tires and they stayed within my budget. Only took them a couple of hours, my truck was in and out. Defiantly will be going back.

Got there at opening to get two tires changed. They told us it would take half an hour to get the tires there so we waited. Waited an hour and a half for them to update us on the tires, they weren t even there. Waited over 2 hours to get the tires changed while we were the only ones in the waiting room. It would not have been so bad if they were honest about how long it was going to take.

I have taken all my vehicles to these guys for over 5 years now. I am always pleased with the service. They provide advice based on what is best for the situation, not what is the most expensive. When I have needed a service they don't provide, they suggest where I should go to get what I need. They are always busy because once you got to them, you will always go back.Thanks Redlands Tire Pros!

These guys do more then just tires. Third time here, and on point again. Best little shop around. Thanks for quality work and great services at a very fair price. I've dealt with Walt and Zack...both great guys to do business with.

This was the third shop that I went to fix a small tire leak. The first two shops claimed to have found nails and patched and fixed the leak. Redlands Tire Pros found the leak and showed me before and after and also said there was no patches on the inside like the previous shops indicated. In addition, this shop has the shortest wait times and great customer service. This should have been my first stop. Highly recommended. I will be a return costumer.

Always friendly, top notch service, and they go out of their way to make sure you leave completely satisfied. For some reason my car never has an issue before 2pm lol, so I'm always running in a few hours before they close amazingly they always manage to get my boy fixed and out the door by 5pm. I don't trust anyone else to work on my boy period.

I don t even know where to begin. I came in to fix a leaky tire, there was a screw visible in the tire. I was told it would take about 45 minutes so I went for a walk and when I came back the tire was fixed and come to find out the stem was leaking. They serviced my tire and sent me on my way free of charge. Incredible service and now I know where to come the next time I need tires. Customer service is impeccable! Family car is safe now. Thank you!

Excellent service, wonderful guys, absolutely helpful. This shop is the best shop around, they care about their customers and are personable, they tell you the truth and try to help you the best they can. I am so sad I am moving and have to find a new shop to get my cars work done at. If your a woman or not car savvy and you need an honest answer on what's wrong with your car absolutely go to Redlands Tire Pros!
