Juan has been taking care of my car for 3 years now, oil changes, spark plug and as of recently major fixes with my turbo. He always helps me understand what's going on with me car and doesn't make me feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Also the staff is always friendly.

I have two mercedes that have been serviced by Juan since 2018. Although I no longer live in the area I still make the drive to his shop whenever I need service or repairs. The staff is great but more importantly the precision and honesty in their work is what makes me a returning customer. I prefer going here than the dealership.

My sister has been treated wth amazing care when getting her car fixed here. The owner has assisted her with transportation while getting her car fixed and offers affordable prices. Overall he has been a great help with keeping her car in shape.

BEWARE!!!!!!! My daughter s Subaru overheated because the water pump went out and she kept driving it. After talking with the owner and being recommended from a local European mechanic we rolled the dice with them. I explained to him the car overheated and probably needed to be rebuilt. The owner was very arrogant. He acted like he was God of the engine world. Anyway, he charged $5k to rebuild the motor. When I picked it up I asked him about the warranty. He said if it makes any noises bring it in right away. Well 2 days later it started making a ticking noise. Called him and told him. He said being it in. He ran compression tests and said everything looks good! I explained it didn t make any noise like that before the engine overheated. He said we can t find the source of the ticking. It should go away in a few days he said. If not bring it back. Well brought it back to him and he tells us the bottom end has damage and he s not covering it! $5k and you didn t even look at the bottom end?? WTH??He refused to warranty or refund and was completely unprofessional!! He stole $5k from us and gave us a broken engine! I would stay far away from this snake oil salesman! He talks a big game and doesn t stand behind his work!!!

I am so grateful that RCAR of Redlands was recommended to me. Not only was Juan honest and quick with service, but so much more affordable than other places. I would absolutely recommend RCARas well as visit him again with any future car issues.

Mr. Juan is amazing. He cares about his customers. He makes you feel welcomed. He also has FREE refreshments, snacks, and a TV in the waiting area. He also Ubered me and my kids home when I didn't have a ride, which I truly appreciated. Trash service and diagnostics. Took my car for no start was told it's electrical. Has zero communication skills and did not articulate what exactly he was doing to help. Took the car apart for an apparent "wiring issue" which led to indicator lights being on for different NEW problems AND the AC no longer functioned. After questioning his communication and what was being done was told he would put the car back together and take it to another shop for electrical and was told the lights and now disabled AC was connected to the no start. Another blatant lie. Upon taking to another shop they discovered it was a simple fix due to a faulty clutch switch. They now have to figure out what Juan and his techs did to my car to disable the AC and cause the indicator lights to be on and whether or not he damaged any other parts or wiring during his so called "diagnostics".

Fast, accurate and reliable repair with great staff. Good location too, with plenty to do in the immediate area to keep you occupied while waiting so the time just flys by.

We do not recommend this repair facility. Our company regularly refers our customers to different repair shops for repairs to their vehicles we finance. In our experience with this shop, our customer was give an original repair quote for $1908. At the last minute, they increased the repair to $3200. We agreed to allow our customer to add 50% of his repair cost to his account. When the repair shop cost increased, we requested an updated invoice and we would need to seek approval for the increased amount. The shop refused to grant any additional time and informed our customer that they would charge an additional $180/day for storage. We will discourage our customers from going to this repair facility in the future.Services: Auto water leak repair, Auto maintenance

I usually don t write reviews but It s difficult finding an honest mechanic because if you think about it they want you to come back with more problems. My family and I have been going to Juan and his team for at least 5 years now with our vehicles and he has always gone above and beyond to make sure we understood what was going on and where the costs were coming from. Even after moving out of Redlands we still bring our cars here. From simple oil changes to control arm replacements, RCAR has been good to us

Juan is so personable. He gives you rides to and from your house which is awesome! He is quick with the repairs and gives you fair prices! He is the best mechanic I have ever been to!! Ever since I started bringing my Land Rover to Redlands Complete Auto & Repair, I couldn t be happier with the service I ve received. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and the customer service is top notch. Juan is especially good at servicing his customers and from the first moment I met him, I got the sense he tries to connect with the customers on a personal level. I distinctly remember him joking with another customer about taking it easy on their next vacation and not getting hurt. It felt like I was bringing my car to a family member or a friend and to date, they ve never let me down. If you want your car serviced by professionals who make you feel like a person, rather than just a customer, I highly recommend you take your vehicle to Redlands Complete Auto & Repair. Came in for a hybrid battery issue, they were more than proficient to do the work and we're informative about what was being done and how to maintain for the future. I appreciated how friendly Juan is and that he was happy to answer all my questions. The owner (Juan) of the location will lie to you to get your business. I came into to do simple windshield auto replacement. First he said, no problem, waiting for whole day, nothing was done. At the end of day, he tells me, he can not get it replace and that he have to order it for next week and that I have to paid in advance. So, I believed him and I paid in advanced. He said the windshield would arrive within 5-7 days, so I brought by car in on 8th day, he said he will get it replace. So, I waited the whole day, again, he said he can not replace it. Not only did the owner lied, he waisted 2 of my working days (have to use my PTO) to be there. By far, this place have gave me the worst customer service I have ever been to. Do not believe what Juan is telling you, if he promise you something, don't believe him. I will never go this location again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Your Search for a Good Mechanic is OverSeveral of the customers at this shop that I asked said they trust this shop, the prices are fair, the work is done when they say it will be done, only necessary work is done, and all of it is the best quality service. Having used the shop two different times for two different reasons, I can tell you that all of these things are true.My car was not running well, idled roughly when stopped, and was taking longer and longer to start. My car is 16 years old. I was not surprised to find out it needed a new power steering pump, alternator, battery, and a starter. Juan explained that my power steering pump had leaked on the alternator shorting it out. This was obvious when I looked at it. This would damage both the battery and the starter. Since they were already old, it made sense to me.OMG! After these were all replaced, my car is running better than it has in a long time. It is an automatic transmission. Now, it shifts when it should and does so very smoothly. The acceleration is improved. The car runs smoothly, even when at a stop. It starts immediately and sounds just like it did when it was new.This is the only shop you will need for your vehicle.4/23/23Took my other car in for some routine maintenance and a brake inspection. Turned out that I needed new brakes and several other parts that had worn out on the car. I was upset when the total bill was going to be $2,800. After I called the dealer and got the same job quoted at $5,700 I was glad to pay the lesser price at RCAR.There were several issues I had noticed while driving this car. I did not mention any of them, Juan found the needed repairs on his own. After the repairs were done, all of the issues I had noticed before the service had been resolved. Juan showed me the old axle that he replaced and it was obviously worn out.You can pay less somewhere else but it won't be anywhere near the quality and reliability of the service here. Horrible service, I recommend taking your vehicle to a small mom and pop shop, these people have so many dang cars they just do fast work and that s it, went to the location three times in the 2 hour frame just to see my car sitting on letting it waiste gas, not a big problem but prob where the hrs labor goes, they couldn t fix a simple ac problem , cut my wires short, and wanna say it s not gonna work after paying 400$, they wanted to compare my old resistor with my new one.. had it in my car for two months. Pull up to check so can show them. Wasn t there.ya this shop is useless and think there slick, gonna get parts from autozone and fix myself, don t waiste your time or money with people that barely speak good english, doubt they can work on American cars.. ya I went that route

This place is the absolute best!! I ve been coming to see Juan for both my cars and it s always been top quality professional work. Juan is very transparent and honest about your repair and will always try to get you in and out. Never used this shop they will rip you took my they tried to charge me $450 for $120 I ordered online said it was a 3-hour labor job I went on YouTube to see how to do it my self and did the job myself took me 45 minutes stay far away from

I highly recommend Redlands Complete Auto & Repair. They have provided me with excellent auto repair. The pricing is far less than I was quoted by the dealer and other repair shops. My car is a senior citizen. The engine and body of the vehicle is in good condition. The car had a few oil leaks which were repaired with excellent results. Juan has been very diligent in addressing my electrical issue. I have another car at my disposal so time was not an issue.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance

This is the place I would highly recommend to anyone who needs their car fix because the people there are helpful and honest. Their prices are affordable. They get the job done and they do it right. I came here for new brake pads and they work great. I came here for a new alternator, and I have not had a problem with it ever sense. Since 2017, I have taken my car there 6 times and never had any problems with the repairs they made. They even fix my engine after a problem occur on one of my cylinders. They will do the best they can to keep the repairs affordable. I still plan on going there whenever I get big problem with my car in the future; and I did in 2022, when I encounter a new problem with my 11 year-old car. A problem that could had permanently damage my engine had I not taken it to RCAR. They were able to replace my oil pump and Timing Cover in less then 4 hours at less than $2000 dollars. My car was saved at the most affordable price available thanks to the RCAR team.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

Needed my A/C vacuumed and recharged after I replaced the low pressure line. Called around to a few shops in the area after looking at their reviews. When I called this shop I received friendly customer service instantly. I decided to give it a chance and took my car there that morning. Come to find out that the friendly and informative customer service that I received over the phone was also the owner of the shop. After he explained the process to me, he started working on the car right away. Very professional and it seems like this shop actually cares about their customers! which is why I will be going to them for other needs in the future. This guy is by far the worst and most dishonest mechanic. Avoid yourself the headache and being over charged, by just going somewhere else.
