These guys were professional, courteous, and well informed. The prices are very fair, and the warranties are great. Got a set of four for an awesome price. I recommend these guys with no hesitation! And I will be back in the future.Update: Came back of course, but this time for a transmission service. And as usual they did a great job on it. Prices are still very fair, and the service is great as usual. Kevin had tested us very good, and has stayed professional every time.Great job Ramona!

REALLY Good customer service! Fast and easy! Was out within 30 mins with a patch on my tire Super friendly workers.. but I highly do recommend to stop by and get your tire change here or for a patch.. 10 out of 10

The store manager Kevin welcomed me in today and was very helpful and friendly. They took care of our car in a timely manner and wasn t pushy about adding any services, though they did do an inspection and offered me the opportunity to take care of any potential issues. I did opt to also do an alignment and at the end of my fairly quick and easy visit I was given a copy of the alignment report and it was a great experience.

Whole team was super helpful. Was greeted right away and got my oil change/ battery done within 30 mins. Always a good experience coming to this location definitely recommend coming here!

This is all about customer service. They give you details on what your car needs and what they recommend to keep it running safe. They re not just a fix a tire spot, I got oil change, brake flush and they rotated the tires for free with a coupon you can ask about before they service your car.

I had been traveling and the thermostat went out in my truck and I was overheating. My son has used this shop before, so I was comfortable leaving it with them. They got me in quick and were super friendly! Thank you very much for your service!

I gave 2 stars only because my tires were mounted and balanced properly. And while I understand store managers are trained to maximize profits, charging a customer $447.52 for four valve stems that retail for $27 each is a great way to ensure he never comes back. Also, when doing an alignment, there is an expectation that ALL adjustments are brought back to mfg specs. I only received 2/3 of the job I paid for. On the bright side, Goodyear Tires has several authorized dealers in the Redlands area.

Kevin was very kind and informative. Greeted each customer as they walked in. Service was fast. Customer service is definitely a top priority. I will be returning for future auto service and recommend Ramona Tire to friends and family.

While the service on my BMW was done satisfactoraly, I was dissapointed with the disceptive practice of not knowing the actual costs up front before leaving my car with you. I ended up paying $118.86 for my oil change and and that was after a $15.00 coupon discount. the only extra charge that I authorized was for a drain plug at $12.99, but based on that bottom line charge of $118.86, I would have rather gone to the dealership for my service, knowing that I would get factory parts and BMW trained labor. Next time, for any future service and with any servicing location, I will be more careful. It seems that I was charged $11.00 per quart of oil, which I thought was exessive and since my car requires 6.9 quarts accorting my invoice, this Servicing experience equals a trip to the Dealer which I try to avoid. I must say, I did learn something. That is to say that next time I won't be so eager to take advantage of a coupon offer until I ask more questions first.

Over the last couple of years I have had a handful of issues with tires. The folks at Ramona always come through, and come through quickly. I never feel like I'm being hustled, and have always felt well taken care of. I've also had 0 issues when dealing with any warranty issues as well, which has been incredibly nice.

Bought 4 new tires and they sent 1 wrong tire so I drove off with 3 new tires and had to return the next day for the 4th one. The second thing was one of the service guys friend or family member came in and they stopped working on my car and put new tires on there truck. Not the greatest customer service.

Very professional with competitive prices. And they have this wonderful credit option called Snap which paid for all my repairs. 100 days same as cash. Otherwise it's spread over 18 months. Very happy.

Kevin and Jon did a great job with my Porsche. They kept me informed on the progress of the brake job and made me feel comfortable with leaving my ride there overnight. Good job guys! Highly recommend!

The service was amazing - but I am wondering if my tire was covered under the road hazard warranty? If so wouldn t this have been covered?The front desk technician was kind and helpful. They were speedy with their service - end of day and they still helped me out. And they were not rude.Thank you!

*******UPDATE: They never contacted me despite that reply you see below lol******I went to this location a month ago and initially I was fine with the service. I called the phone number asking for a quote and was promptly given a same day appointment. However when I actually went to the location to drop my car off, that's when things changed. The actual price was WAY off from what I was told with my initial quote, and they forgot to do one of the main services I came in for. I needed 2 tires replaced and an alignment. They replaced my tires, but once I went to pick up my vehicle I was told they FORGOT to do my alignment. I was accommodating and waited patiently for them to do it. However obviously it was a rushed job as it was the end of the day. Now as I go to my dealership for service I'm being told the alignment is off, and as I haven't done that much driving since, I'm under the impression that it was done incorrectly at this location. After this, I won't be coming to ANY Ramona Tires location if they can't even offer a basic service like this.

My first time at this shop. I came in about 5:15 pm with a slow leaking tire. Hector was super professional and very helpful with the service I needed. Hector and the tech were on point with delivering excellent customer service with my tire and I felt very welcomed at the shop not like other places , from this point on all my car maintenance will take place here. They went above and beyond

I'm not from the area and this shop was the closest to my hotel. My tire was losing air and I noticed a nail. The guy who helped me said that he didn't see a nail but would dismount the tire and inspect it. After a 2.5hr wait, he told me they took the nail out, but that it didn't pierce the tire and that the tire wasn't losing air. Well the next day it was low again, since I trusted his professional judgment I simply refilled the tire and drove back home to LA. Today my tire was low again, took it to a local shop and they dismounted the tire and found the nail I had noticed days earlier. Ramona's has a banner hanging in their waitroom that reads something along the lines of "nothing is worth doing if it's not done safely" yet they sent me home w a nail in my tire and claimed that they had removed it. Not very safe or ethical practice in my opinion. I would never go back to this place. Would give them 0 stars if I could.

Kevin the manager quoted one price on phone then changed it when i got to the store. After paying the higher price to have 4 tires mounted they proceeded to break one of my rims center cap! Didnt offer resolution or a solution to get it fixed!

I've been very pleased with the service I've received at Ramona Tire in Redlands. Staff members there are polite and professional, carefully explaining any maintenance suggestions and clearly answering questions. And the service techs themselves obviously know what they're doing. Most recently I purchased a set of West Lake tires for my SUV and am very happy with their performance thus far. This center definitely merits my five-star rating!

I called ahead and got an appointment for 4 tires. I was quoted the incorrect price and when I arrived we settled on a different set of tires. I was told the tires were at their warehouse and was only 15 minutes away. After walking around the mall for 2 hours, I called the shop to check on the status and was told they just got to it and it would be another 90 minutes. 15 minutes later he called back and said the tires were picked from the warehouse and sent to another shop-Moreno Valley. This would add another hour to the install time. Completely unacceptable customer service. I took my car back and ordered tires from Sam s club. I have had all my cars serviced at this Redlands shop, but I think there has been some turn over in the personnel. Probably won t go back.I was dumb enough to give these guys another try. Well they sent a birthday free oil change. So I went. Of course that was only conventional oil, I expected that and they did offer a $40 discount so I agreed. It was still going to cost $80 so not really any discount. They convinced me I needed new tires (2010 Ford F-150) so I selected some and they installed them ($850) and then informed me they couldn't do an oil change because they found water in the oil and suspected a head gasket replacement was needed, (estimate $5000) or possible a new engine if the block was cracked ($12-15K). Needless to say I would not have put new tires on a truck that old with a failing engine. I cannot in any way recommend this company. This time I will NEVER give my money to Ramona tire on San Bernardino Ave, Redlands again.

Wonderful service at an affordable price. Had tires replaced on the vehicle I took and had them aligned, drives as smooth as butter now. Definitely recommend.
