I had an appt set already and was greeted shortly after entering. They got my info, checked my mileage, and we were off to the races. I got a full synthetic oil change, free tire rotation, and in a very good time, I wasn't in a rush so didn't catch the time. The price was comparable, service was prompt and courteous and that was my time.

Went in for oil change got called with many red flags, on my vehicle from nails in tires to suspension to alignment problems. Declined these services, then when picking up my car the employee said I don t know anything about cars. Whether or not there are more red flags, regarding my vehicle, the customer service was terrible and I left feeling defeated. They refused to rotate my tires even though stated oil change came with that. They also refused to specifically state what I need repaired regarding my suspension and other red flags. They said they would have to do a full diagnostic test for a fee even tho oil change is supposed to come with a complimentary vehicle inspection. Why offer that if you are then going to say if you want to know exactly what is wrong with your car we ll have to do a full diagnostic? Never had this poor of a pep boys experience. I will be making the commute to cathedral city pep boys in the future which seem to be much more trustworthy than this Redlands location.

Pretty good service; the guys were friendly. I liked the text to track the status of the car (although I m not sure if they really used it) and the electronic update of the free evaluation. It was confusing which coupons I could use and which I couldn t because what I was told on the phone and what the guy said was possible in person weren t the same thing, but they tried and I did have a lot done, after all. The work done was done well, I just wish that I hadn t had to call so often to check on things it would have been nice to have been updated/if they had been proactive about it.

Great Service, Thanks to Casillas and his team who squeezed me in just before closing for an oil change, not only were they friendly and got my car don t in a super timely matter, the were informative and patient explaining add one and future service or repairs I may need, I will definitely be coming back here for all my future services.

Javier was great. He was genuinely polite, felt like a real person, not a salesman, no "customer service voice". It was Friday at 10 am and a diagnostic and replacement of mass air flow sensor only took about 4.5 hrs. Pretty great, would definitely go again! I was able to go walk down to the shopping center, shopped and ate lunch.

Excellent customer service.I would definitely recommend them. Not only were they reasonably priced, but they were also very convenient. I was able to pick out my tires and reserve a preferable service time online.

They gave me an appointment time. I was there early and they told me that the man who did what I needed wouldn't be in till an hour AFTER my appointment time AND there were two other people before me so I would have to leave my car. Instead, I just chose to leave. I won't go back.

If I could rate this Pep Boys location a 0 I would . Service was horrible JOSE manager is rude and not customer friendly . We were not greeted upon arrival , but everyone that came in after us who were not of color were greeted with smiles and genuine welcoming. Will never be doin business here with this location . I will stick to Rancho location where they accommodate you and respect you regardless of color an are here to help !!! Please don t make any appointments here horrible horrible service

Facility and mechanics presented verbally needs and suggestion in which Spreen Honda neglected to do. Found that the job was only brakes, not replacement parts for alignment(Struts and Cambers-totally +$2000) by Spreen Honda

I needed emergency service on a tire. These guys got me in right away when it was almost closing time and fixed the tire. Excellent customer care! Highly recommend!

Honestly, some of the reviews had me a bit worried. But when it comes down to the service they took care of my car and my concerns in a timely manner. I guess some folks are just very uptight. But I will be coming back to this location in the future!

Had an appointment for an oil change. Waited an hour and my car was still sitting where I parked it. Meanwhile associates were standing around. So I asked for my keys and left. Waste of time!!

For now I am so happy with the service. I hope I found I trust car service. I am tired of the mechanics they just overcharge and the service they said they do it's not true. I hope pepboys be different and I can trust on them. For now I am happy let's see if they really did their job.

I like Pepboys. The staff in this shop are very courteous and professional. The gentleman at front desk addressed me by name and answered all questions.I had my rotors replaced.Thanks, Pepboys.

Pep Boys Redlands CA is the best I have been using their services for years I can rely on good information clear answers great customer service and very good prices. I travel 45 miles one way to this pep boy's location whenever I need tires oil changes or other maintenance services for my Silverado, which has 410,000 miles or Toyota Camry which has 65,000 miles they take care of them, service advisors and mechanics know their business and customers.

The appointment process DOES NOT guarantee your work will be done at the appointment time. It only organizes the work for the service desk. DO NOT expect to get out in a timely manner and do not schedule anything else that day. Arrange for a ride even if you have an appointment

The Redlands Pep Boys location is a complete collection of failures when it comes to customer service, employee performance and professionalism.A week ago, I was booked for my appointment at 8:30 for a replacement of the air conditioning compressor. When I got there, I sat around looking at my car, not being worked on by anyone.I had to ask why this was happening? Jesus, the technician, stated: "the only person that does that job comes in everyday at 10 AM." -Despite of all the staff members knowing this information beforehand; no body took the time to make me aware so I did not have to sit around there wasting my time.To make matters worse my car was released to me until 5:20 PM. I sat there for nine long hours looking how nobody worked on it.I asked for the manager to address this problem and I was told: "she/he was not around that day."Despite the fact that the staff knew about my urgency to get out of there to go to work. No one was courteous enough to come and relate the reasons for their failures.One would assume these unacceptable issues are not likely to happen at a company that has been in business for decades but be ready to become ignored and dismissed by all the staff there while you have professional and personal pressing matters to take care of in your day.Lastly, do not be fooled by the hanging signs posted all over the store stating: "do-right-mottos" ...such as time efficiency, high level of customer service and quality, etc, etc. Whomever sent these banners from HQ there, should pay a visit and face the reality paying customers like me are facing daily at that location.

I have always had a good experience with Pep Boys. This is the reason I continue to use their services for my tires. I know that I will be able to get an appointment and that the work will be done in good time. This particular spot had great customer service and my tires were replaced in good time. I left feeling good, and I felt safe with my new tires!

I went in for an oil change and an alignment and they said most likely I would only be able to get the oil changed because of the time. But not only did they get the oil change done they still got the alignment done also. I was extremely pleased knowing I wouldn't have to make a second trip back.

On our way to our Spring Training Tournament in AZ this past weekend, and my alternator was on the fritz. Luckily we were close to our Redlands location and were able to make it to Pep Boys. Diagnosed and were honest enough to tell me they couldn't find any error codes and couldn't recommend to change it out. I didn't want to chance it so I had them provide the service and within a few hours had me back on the road with no further issues. So happy we didn't have to cancel our trip! Thanks you guys!!!
