Want to wait 48 hours for an oil change? Excited to wait an eternity to check in or out? Only to find out the other services requested weren't even completed! Then this is the place for you. It shouldn't take that long, seriously. Poor communication & poor customer service! Save your money, go elsewhere in my opinion.

Had all the above services done and as usual a superb job. The service writer Robert Maynard was very competent and courteous. I enjoyed the fresh brewed MOPAR coffee while waiting. Very clean stalls which is a good sign of quality work and good mechanics.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil changeServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

Don t buy from here!Pretty mind blowing how they won t make deals because they don t want to lose money but sometimes you have to lose money to make money but at the end of the day they can sell you the vehicle for invoice price they ain t losing any money, At least the cars look good sitting in the lot for months and months and months. I don t recommend coming here find a good dealership that will give you a good price on a vehicle you are looking for. I highly recommend that you keep your foot down when it comes to negotiating because if you later want to trade it in, you might be upside down on the price and just like they want to negotiate their price in the beginning you can t negotiate the value of your car later they always come up with an excuse. Be aware.

I thought RAM was a reliable brand! My work truck has been in the shop for over 110 days for a transmission replacement that is covered under warranty. There is not reliable ETA on parts. Every week they provide a BS date. I have asked for them to provide a rental and they haven t. I asked to for them to reimburse another shop to do the repairs and I would waive the rest of the warranty. It s been denied. At this point I have lost business income, monthly payments made, and commercial insurance payments for a truck the isn t being used. It s just sitting at the dealer with flat tires, in the sun with dust for months! I will never buy Ram again!!!!

I never thought I would write a stellar review about a dealership service center, but here I am. These guys were great. Customer service was excellent. I had my Jeep worked on. It was repaired sooner than expected for less money than expected. I received texts and phone calls during the process to keep me informed of the status throughout the work being done. Keep up the good work...

I'm not sure what happened to this place. But it's going down hill. Maybe under new management? But they don't seem to care about the customers anymore. I brought my car in for service and told them to check everything I'm going on a 5000 miles trip. After the server i was out for breakfast and just happened to notice my tires, the inside of my tires was worn very badly. Now mind you they just did a tire rotation and wipers blades were torn. I didn't think to take pictures before I had them replaced. If this happened just think of all the other stuff that didn't get done. Yes bought 4 brand new tires. Sorry but I'm now looking for a new dealership.

Recently I took my car in for some routine maintenance and to diagnose a couple problems. Unfortunately circumstances arose and I needed to get my car. I called first thing the next morning to advise them to stop and was there to pick up my car. I expected an answer like, No to late already started Ect....instead I was completely surprised and caught off guard. They had stopped everything except for one item and when they billed me it was only 1/2 of original quote. Customer service and good customer service is really becoming a lost art. I live 1 1/2 hour or more away and there are other shops closer but customer service means a lot. So I will be taking my car back to finish the repairs and any future repairs. It s well worth the drive.

"Service Department???" No service here. On Monday I was told my Jeep would be ready Wednesday, I had 2 "Recalls." Assured parts were in. Had "Oil change coupon," decided to have that done as well. It took all day Wednesday to finally learn Jeep would not be ready till Friday. 2 minutes to 5pm Friday Jeep was ready. Picked up the Jeep, 1 of the "Recalls" not done due to "not parts available." No discount on oil change.

Worst car place ever.... I've dealt with back alley mechanics who were more customer service friendly than this place. I brought my first car from this dealership so I had high hopes, I have never actually went through their parts/service department and let me tell you they are the worst period. No one will listen to what you tell them, they will pass you off to the next person and do what they want charge you and then to make you feel better take a few dollars off, as if that helps or fixes the problem. I brought my car to them with 1 specific compliant and still to this day they have yet to fix the issue, the advisor who didn't listen to what my issue was stated and I quote "I don't know what you want me to do im just telling you what needs to be fixed on your car" like really? You don't see the problem in me paying for services you said were needed after you clearly told me my complaint was invalid only to circle around the very next day and say well your complaint is valid and this also needs to be fixed. They got me to pay 1200 for work that could of been held off on, but their only goal is to get your money. In my entire life I've never experienced this poor of a level of customer service and although I'm may be only 1 person I will never do business here again and I will make sure everyone I know never does business here either. Your service advisors need customer service training and so does the entire side of the house.

Purchased my jeep here and everything went great. Service on the other hand.....dropped my jeep off last Monday and it s been there a little over a week. Texted for an update, after trying to call and waiting on hold for over 10 minutes, then they told me they would get back to me. Never did so I texted again today....they said they tightened a bolt on my rear spoiler, haven t even looked at the main reason I took it in. If I make an appt you would think your team would be ready for my car to be repaired. Service dept told me they will be sending out to repair a falling off fender then will look at the main gas tank issue. Wow I can t imagine what someone would do if they didn t have another car to get themselves to work to make money so they can pay for the car. Poor service and you have to make the effort to get anything out of them about where they are with your car. Won t be buying my next car from them and definitely won t bring it back to them for service once it s out of Warranty.

Giving this service department a 1 is a stretch. Brought my son's car in for routine services that I paid for in advance. The service technician was rude to me right off the bat. Tried to say I was in the wrong place because I had a Ford vehicle and this is a Dodge Dealership. I bought the car used from RCJDR! Then he told me the pre-service appointment information I put into the computer didn't register because I had a Ford and it doesn't cross-over (makes no sense!). Then they couldn't get the lug nuts off the tires to rotate them, said they were stripped. The car is only 5 years old, and I have owned it myself less than a year! Took it across the street to right away to Redlands Tire Pros and they said it was not an issue. Waste of time, will never come back!

Great customer service!! Andrew helped me and was by far the most attentive and informative person I've cane across at a jeep dealership!! They serviced my Jeep promptly and were attentive to all my questions and concerns. I will gladly return to service my car here in the future

I initially came back here this time around because i good such good service. So I paid extra to tow it because they was further out..The service was not good at all this time around. They was not commucative at all even though i was transparent about they informing me because my job needed to know when i would be back at work. I still only got info when i called. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING THEY DONT TELL YOU, THAT YOU CAN GET FINANCED FOR REPAIRS. ITS THROUGH A 3RD PARTY WITH 90% APPROVAL RATE. WITH THIS ECONOMY THIS SHOULD BE TOLD TO EVERY CUSTOMER. SO I USED IT THIS TIME AROUND. NATHANIEL PLEASE TRAIN THE SERVICE MEN TO RELAY THUS MESSAGE... AS IT SHOWS THEY DONT RESPOND TO REVIEWS... SO ME LEAVING THIS MAY BE A WASTE

Mike M. made car buying a breeze for my daughter. He explained everything, disclosed the pros and cons of each prospect she was considering, and gave her options to lower payments without compromising her credit score. He also shared crucial information that will be useful for her future purchases. Definitely a place to go for all your car purchasing needs. 2 stars for wasting our time. Sales team needs to get on the same page. We were told one thing by one person on the phone. Then when we showed up to place a order the terms were changed. Thanks for wasting our time.

Great customer service would definitely recommend Redlands dodge.Made feel like family also thanks to my sales person Michael Mitchell for getting me a great deal on my ram. Other dealers I went gave me poorly service (moss bros) and wanted to give me what they wanted.I do wanna give a thanks to all the staff that helped me I really appreciate it thanks again.

This dealer has serviced my Ram and Chrysler since 2016. Service is good. Appointments sometimes take a week to acquire.
