I'll say this, Tyler the mechanic was awesome! The lady at the front desk unfortunately everything from the phone call to the visit was not good one bit. Besides talking down/ through me trying to get my chief reason I was there, she wanted to give me her RESUME of experience. I was there for an inspection but while that happened she actually put in the wrong car and tried to pass this on like it was my mistake! She's handling of course more than 1 customer, this was ok as she was trying her best. She also had the nerve to feel it was perfectly fine to come outside while I was talking to a client interrupt my call to tell me to come inside to finish paperwork. After she put my information in correctly, her experience of telling me to make sure I get this done, otherwise I'm going to have MAJOR issues with my car. On several points in my conversation with Jill she's real difficult getting a word in because of her wealth of experience/ knowledge makes dealing with her not good. As far as the price the cost was even more expensive than the actual dealership. Again Tyler was awesome I give him a 10 Jill unfortunately this is why I scored a 2 . I will not return.

Jill is the most helpful service attendant I have ever worked with. Her knowledge about cars and financing helped take the stress away. And the employees fixed our brakes in a very reasonable time. I highly recommend them.

Jill and Tyler helped me with my wiper! One of my wipers stopped working and I was really worried about doing the 2 hour drive back home. Turns out it was just a loose bolt! I didn t even have to pay! Super quick and awesome service. Jill kindly provided me with a drink and the waiting area was comfy. The wait itself wasn't long at all! Thank you so much :)

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Midas. Jill was absolutely amazing when it came to to walking me through the process. She could tell I was stressed and made it very clear that I was in good hands. The mechanic that worked on my car did a fantastic job and made sure to explain absolutely everything that was wrong. I definitely recommend this place especially if you don t want to burn a hole in your pocket. Thank you so much!!!

Jill & her tech team have been such an asset to our life. Car stuff is annoying. They make it easy to underhand, they take care of us personally and professionally and help us understand every option. Jill is genuinely a rockstar and so thankful for her kindness and helping us figure out ways forward for both my wife and I s vehicles!

Jill and her team were so helpful! I had gotten a quote from another mechanic for $400 more than I paid at Midas of Redlands. Jill s team was honest about what I needed, gave me a free estimate and changed out my brakes, rotors, and sensors in just a couple of hours same day! They also had WiFi available so I could work from my laptop right there in the lobby while I waited. They have plugs with all types of phone chargers for your convenience as well. They offered complimentary beverages and were and absolute pleasure to work with. They even have a water bowl for your dog should you need one! They have thought of everything when it comes to top notch customer service! I will definitely be coming back for future service needs! Thanks Jill and team!

Got financing and also saved $115 with guidance from Jillian, Tyler was very prompt in helping my questions. They had clean restrooms, inside waiting area was clean, smelled good, outside was clean. Offered me a beverage and fixed my car Pleased with the service, never been to Midas before, but will definitely come back.

At the Midas in Redlands:the assistant named Jill was very helpful, I believe the mechanic did a great job at a fair price, and the lobby that I waited in was comfortable, clean and attractive . it was a very pleasant experience

I made an appointment 2 days before coming in today for 11:30AM. I arrived 20 minutes early and checked in with Jill. It had been over an hour before my car was even taken into the garage and another hour later I was informed that I only needed brake pads (which we had already established on the phone 2 days prior). It was then I was informed that they don t have the pads I needed. Another hour later the pads FINALLY arrived. Almost 4 hours later and they had replaced my brake pads WITH AN APPOINTMENT MADE. It s really a shame that I have a lifetime warranty on a service for a place that I NEVER want to go back to. Waiting 4 hours for a 30 minute job is absolutely ridiculous and I didn t get so much as an apology for the lack of service. This location has no issue taking their sweet time and has no consideration for their customers time. You would think for 140$ an hour in labor the mechanics would at least give a damn about service. I only gave 2 stars because Jill at least had the courtesy to offer a beverage as I sat there for half of her shift.

Stopped in for brakes and general inspection and was greeted by Jill, she was very helpful and kept me updated the entire process while I waited. The service technicians are also very helpful and we re proactive. This was a one off visit but I will definitely return for future maintenance.

HORRIBLE, WILL NOT BE COMING BACK. initially went in for oil change oil gasket leak and come to find out I had a nail in my back right tire. bought the tire and had it serviced with an alignment. was there with an appt at 730, 4 hours later Ray tells me my back left tire had a swollen area and to keep an eye on the bubble. drove all the way back home and called Midas to see if they could put my spare on the left back tire. Confusing phone call and then Jill calls me and says they can put on my spare for the back left tire. I get there and they put the tire on. Ray then asks me if I wanted the rims switched out because my spare was silver and the rest of the rims are all black. I say sure, and he tells me the tire ripped when they went to take off the rim. Jill starts yelling about how "no one told me they were going to change rims out, now we have to file paperwork" like YOU'RE mad at ME that YOU have to do YOUR job?? they put my bad tire back on, and she's still pissed about the fact she has to do paperwork. she's telling me "this is what happens when you bring in a tire that's 4 yrs old" So you're telling me after almost spending $800 and being a RETURNING customer you're going to gaslight me and blame ME for bringing in my spare that YOU destroyed that YOUR lead mechanic looked over and said the spare tire was a good, solid tire??! so thanks a lot Jill and Ray, I spent almost $800, and am out my spare! walked out after she kept trying to gaslight and blame me for their screw-up. NO "WE'RE SORRY," NO DISCOUNT OR COUPON TO TRY AND MAKE AN ATTEMPT FOR THEIR SCREW-UP, NO NOTHING. JUST JILL YELLING ABOUT PAPERWORK AND GASLIGHTING A CUSTOMER, BLAMING ME FOR SOMETHING HER MECHANIC DID. IVE BEEN COMING TO MIDAS FOR YEARS NOW, AS HAVE MY SIBLINGS AND WE WILL NOT BE RETURNING WHATSOEVER.****UPDATE****owners of midas franchise personally reached out to me and apologized for my previous visit. Shoutout out to Sherri and Steve for being so wonderful and kind in listening and going above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer! Both offered to replace my tire and mount it free of charge. Thank you Sherri and Steve, for caring to call and see what you could do to amend things!! I appreciate it

My wife had are car tow to midas the stirring wheel was locking up turn out to be just a fuse that needed to be replace they could of said something else to make more money, but they where honest its real hard to find honest machanic great job they do will come back with car if any issues

Jill has the best customer service. I have VW and was having a hard time feeling comfortable taking my Jetta to a shop other than dealership. Well after so many let downs from dealership I sat in the parking lot and googled brakes near me. MIDAS came up with almost 5 stars so I called at 8am from the moment she answered the phone I knew I was in the right place. I will forever being sending people their way. First time visit for me. Better prices than other oil change shops with discounts, full service with other fluid top-off, friendly manager, and complimentary Diet Coke. Very happy with attention to customer experience! I ll definitely be back.

They provided fast, friendly and convenient service! I came in because my car was sounding slower to start when I turned it on. It was very convenient to make an appointment that worked with my schedule online which was awesome. In an hour, they had diagnosed the problem, changed my battery, and I was back to work. The staff, specifically Jill, was very friendly and made sure that I was comfortable in the lobby while waiting for my car. I was made aware of any costs upfront and the prices were reasonable. I will definitely be back.

She walked me through the major issues and offered her personal recommendations and knowledge from her extensive experience, and she was transparent with me about her recommendations and the costs. Came here to get a tire mounted and it came back with major damage along the sidewall; can literally see the plys under the rubber. I now have major safety concerns about using the tire . Was told they won t do anything about it because there s no way to prove it wasn t there before, despite the damage being fresh cuts in the rubber (clean white & jagged ends, unlike the rest of the tire).If you come here, take lots of photos beforehand so they can t deny responsibility for damaging your items.
