I had an exceptional experience with MB Collision Center for a paint job on my car. Jerry and his team surpassed all expectations, delivering results that made my car look brand new. Jerry and his team at MB Collision were phenomenal. The insurance company and Jerry set up the appointment for me to drop my car off and when I arrived, he and his team were so welcoming and reassuring. Jerry kept in constant contact with me about the progress of my cars status. He even went above and beyond to fix an issue on my car unrelated to the damage that occurred in my accident. To say that him and his team are the best in our community is an understatement and I am so incredibly grateful to them.

I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the professionalism and concern of the customer service. They made sure that I would receive a suitable car rental replacement. They stay in constant contact with me during the whole process. Blake, the Representative, notified me that if I had any problems with their repairs, to dint hesitate to return my vehicle for then to rectify any problems.

Very happy with the way they keep you updated on progress thru an automated message system. Best in class. Reception is super clean and receptionist was pleasant. Repairs were done on time. Lost a star because we are missing some plastic trim pieces and still need some final body alignment.

The absolute worst experience I ve ever had with any business in my entire lifetime. Run as fast as you can in the opposite direction. The pompous GM will feed you plenty of lip service but don t be fooled. I was quoted 8 days. It took over 6 months for them to return my vehicle the 1st time. With half of the issues not fixed and twice as many new damage issues. One and a half years later and it s still not fixed, with additional, extensive, mind blowing damages. Dozens and Dozens of Extra Issues. Like they took my car to a derby in my absence. Run as fast and far away as you can. They under quoted my vehicle which should ve been totaled, so they could get the work. Did not report additional necessary work costs to insurance and claim there s no work order documents either. Sham of a collision center, run by used car salesman and workers who reside in Mexico and have zero investment in the quality or safety of the repairs done to your vehicle.

After a plow and deer running into my husbands truck in the past year, we decided to have the body fixed. After getting our truck back, my husband is so happy that his truck looks brand new! I highly recommend this repair shop!

The quality of work is fine. It s just initially when talking to the the estimator he rubbed me the wrong way. Not to mention the front desk lady. But when I picked up the car the estimator was more nicer. I d probably use them again if need be.

Went through my Geico insurance to fix really bad scratches all over the front of my car. Geico set up the appt and coordinated the rental and MB Collision was ready to assist me with both when I showed up.They give you a link to stay up to date on the progress but I do suggest calling the day you are expecting to pick-up, just to make sure it's ready to go. Mine was delayed a bit because of a replacement piece, but it was only 2 days beyond the first estimate. When you call in, they answer fast.My husband's favorite part is that they detail your car when it's ready. It's nice to pick up the freshly repaired car that's cleaned both inside and out.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My husband had a good experience with MB Collition center before with the repairs on his truck so I brought my car for repairs as well and I m happy with the service. It was done on a timely manner and the shop answered all my questions and kept me informed while the repairs were done .

MB Collision repaired my car after it was broken into and damage was done to my steering wheel column. They took a bad situation and made me feel more comfortable about the entire situation. These guys fixed my CTS coupe from a T bone accident to you can t even tell it was in a wreak great job and great people and they did such a great job I took my truck and in and now it looks like new! These guys are the real deal

Well my car was stolen on Mothers Day morning and recovered 2 days later May 11, 2021. I decided to go with a Geico Partner to be covered for damages and the recovery work by both company guarantees. Well it took well over 3 months to get my car back due to some unofficial delays of some parts, and KIA dealership getting involved in the engine repair, but once I did get my car back from MB, it was like a brand new car! Alex provided exceptional personal service to me even going above and beyond Geico 30 day car rental policy and provided me a rental as well without charging me. I can't say enough about how it came out in the end. No complaints at all with this collision center. They sent me text updates regarding the repair of my vehicle. When I was pulling out I noticed something was wrong with my car and they fixed the problem even though technically they were closed. That shows they care for there customers. Plus the staff were great and friendly to me which a added bonus.

Brought my honda here after getting rear ended and was very happy when I got it back . My rear bumper looked brand new and cleaned my car inside and out. I also love how they made my car rental reservation easy.

Poor workmanship on my car, parts fell off while driving car causing damage to part they just replaced. Dont take your car here and dont let your insurance advise you to take it here. Go to another shop. Do your research for a food repair shop.UPDATE 8/17 Took my car back to MB shop and was given a rental for my time. Shop manager assured me 100% that they will make things right and give me my car back with complete satisfaction. Hope they are correct.Update 10/26/23Got my car back 2 weeks now and car runs and loks great after tedious time in the shop but customer service is good and they did a good job of keeping their promise of making it right and Im happy with their work but the bumps along the way to get my car done right is something MB needs to work on.
