I made an appointment, brought my car in and it was repaired within 24 hrs.Staff are pleasant and knowledgeable, I've brought several of my Ford vehicles in to the service department, for various repairs, oil changes, etc over the years. I'm really big on open and transparent communication, especially when it comes to my vehicles.I highly recommend them over Sunrise Ford!

Great service department. Everyone is so pleasant. A lot different than the other local dealerships. They provided me updates throughout the service and the price was exactly as they quoted me for the 30k service.

My 2020 Ford Escape needed service and I drove it to Ken Grody Ford Redlands. My service advisor was Mark Klure and he was of great help. He was professional and caring about both my vehicle and my situation. He worked to find solutions that were effective and got his team to complete them in an acceptable time frame. He communicated clearly and accurately the needs and the steps to fix them. I appreciate all of his attention and would highly recommend him.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

KEN Grody Ford made good on their promise! The 2nd Foab was made available the Dealer reprogrammed and we got a keyless entry code. This was at no expense. Thank you Jeff Fross & Quianna Fierro for 5 star service!!!!

I sold my car here in December and was told I was going to be paid in a month. It is now March and when I told them about being frustrated with having to wait so long, I was basically told oh well, keep waiting . I do not recommend people come here to sell their vehicle.

Let's see. The service department was very friendly and communicate very well. I had my truck being serviced, and just a coincidence we were also looking for a new car for my wife. The sales men was very friendly and polite but they wouldn't budge or entertain to sale us a vehicle at MSRP. I understand the reason of the mark up but don't think it's necessary. So we called around and the Ford dealership in Hemet will and did sell me a car at MSRP.

Grody Ford is fine by me.They DO need help in the Mechanical Areas, though.Spoke with a few Sales Reps.They're nice guys trying to make a living. They're not "Sharky", but they do attend to customers looking at cars... And they're quick to engage in casual convo, even if I'm just here for Service.My ONLY negative is: (And, I'm POSITIVE that ALL DEALERSHIPS are doing this!!!)The Dealer Markups are RIDICULOUSLY HIGH!!! $10-15,000 ON TOP OF RETAIL???Come on, guys!!! It's bad enough that we're now paying up to $7 bucks a Gallon to fuel these things... Get Rid of these markups, and I GUARANTEE that you'll sell more cars... Even if you take a "lil bit" of a Loss, you'll gain more clientele. And, "I might" be one of them!!!

I was visiting family and I needed a new key fob battery for my car key. I was able to walk in get the battery replaced with no hassle. Friendly service, COVID safety is in place, but called first to make sure they have your battery on hand if you need one.

I'm only giving a 4-star review because they took only one day to repair the "actuator" door connected with the a/c unit - it had broke in Nov. of 2018 & I barely had the time to recently get it fixed. So that was great! Luckily, I no longer have this Ford Fiesta, so this is the last review of Redlands Ford I'll be giving. I have a much better & more reliable vehicle to drive now.

They looked at some work done by another dealership and did a thorough go through and found everything okay than didn't charge me. It gave me piece of mind.

Went for service and they were pretty packed. The service team was professional and took good care of me. Was quoted two and a half hours but they got it done an hour early. Would recommend them any time.

I feel like I get good quality service at a fair price. I started bringing my truck here for service after calling multiple dealers for the price of some needed repairs and getting the best price at this smaller dealer, closer to my home.

I used to go to another place in Riverside that rhymes with spits and they treated me like a 2nd class citizen even after buying 3 vehicles from them they couldn't even diagnose why my remote start wouldn't work.Coming to Ken Grody in Redlands was like a breath of fresh air not only do they treat me with respect but they are quick and proficient in what they do, I needed an oil change, one of my turbos had an issue AND they figured out why my remote start wouldn't work.I won't take my F-150 anywhere else.

I drove into the tire shop Because I had a nail in my tire these guys were so great so professional and so friend they remove the nail fix the hole and didn't charge me a cent they just asked me that when I'm ready to buy tires to keep them in mind and I certainly will they kept me informed about how long it would take and they even cleaned up my rims you know for me so that cuz they were dirty I really really like this place and again the guys and the staff was very professional.

Service was quick, but I paid with a credit card and was also charged ford points. At least refund my purchase if you are going to use my points.
