Jason and Chris Castro took such amazing care of me. While I waited for the oil to be finished, Jason INSISTED i wait in the lobby so they could vacuum my car and neither of them even let me walk to the trash. Castro took the bag of trash out of my hand and threw it away. While I waited, they changed my oil, gave me a fuel injection, topped off my tires, AND cleaned my windows!! They didn t have the cheapest oil (the one i could afford) in stock for my car, so they gave me the next tier up and made sure I left with a great discount to make up for it. I will definitely be going there any time I need an oil change. I used to go to Valvoline religiously, I just went there because it was an emergency but even having gone to Valvoline for years I ve never been taken care of like this. Plus the base price they quoted me even when I just called to get a quote was $20 cheaper than Valvoline has ever had me out the door with. You won t regret stopping here! Plus it was fast. yeah. TOP tier.

It is such a great environment! I went in for just a basic oil change- but my battery died right in the middle of the change. They were awesome, though! They jumped my car and then replaced my battery. I was really worried about being late for work, too, but they were so quick it was awesome! Not only were they fast, but they were all incredibly polite and understanding. 10/10. Thank you for the incredible service!

I ve never received such fantastic service for an oil change, these guys were so meticulous and really made sure my car was good safe and ready for the road. I truly appreciate the attention to detail. Will be returning for all my oil changes.

Took my lady's car in today. Great experience with everyone. Got an oil change and was in and out. Definitely got some good people working here making sure everyone is taken care of and safe on the road. I'll be back fellas! (Random rain video from the shop)

I ve coming here for year. The staff is super welcoming and has the patience to answer all my questions - for a woman especially, I think that key. Super recommend this location. And I always get some type of coupon and no surprises at the time of payment.

Came here to get a basic oil change and ended up getting so much more! Ahmad was such a knowledgeable professional. He gave a clear understanding of the needs and services my mom's vehicle needed not just trying to upsell like a lot of these places do! Such an outstanding genuine individual and that's hard to find these days in the service industry! Please make sure to commend him for the value he brings to your business as a customer we greatly appreciate it!!I also want to shout out Christopher for being so helpful with everything down to fixing the issue with out skid plate. You can tell that your team all set the standard high for customer service!!

I had to take my boyfriend s truck to get an oil change and I get anxiety driving it because it s large and in charge. The men here were super nice and their guided instructions helped lessen my anxiety. Jason in particular was a customer service super star being extremely personable and friendly, making this trip way more comfortable than expected.

This location has the kindest technicians! Jason and Andrew had infectious enthusiasm and spoiled my passenger dogs with lots of love while we waited for an oil change. Quick, efficient, and clean- will definitely return for future services.

Ahmad and Jason were very courteous & cordial. Professionalism at its best. They knew actually what was needed, and in an expeditious manner. Took care of my vehicle. Hooah!!Addition: And I got some quality tangerine juice, too, to quench my thirst. Better juice than what I get at home!

Jason Hall was so professional, kind and explained everything related to all that I asked and all that was needed for my truck. I asked for online discount and he immediately applied them. Thank you for your great customer service always! Andrew was great leading is into the service area. Alek advised me of my tire pressure and made sure needed air was added. It is always a little stressful when I take my vehicle in for service. I always expect the worse-case scenario. I came in for an oil change after visiting online. I have had a bad experience a time or two having car service. Everyone was so polite & friendly, and made me feel like my business was important. You would think that all businesses would put these things into practice-"their best foot forward", but unfortunately, this is very rare. Please continue to do business as you did today for me. I appreciate you very much & will return in the future. Again, Thank-you so very much.

Jason and Lil Castro (Chris) were both amazing at changing my vehicle s oil. They both finished the entire oil change service in less than half an hour. Not only that, but it includes refilling fluids, vacuuming, and pumping air into the tires. Super hilarious dudes and easy to talk to. I appreciate how they are both very knowledgable and took their time to teach me a few things about my car. Highly recommend these 2 chingones when bringing your cars in. 100% a returning customer here.

Jason, Christopher and Aleck were absolutely amazing. They were kind and extremely helpful. Not only that but the singing is on point! Hahaha. It can be intimidating to go get your car serviced as you don t know how many dollar signs will be added. We always come to this Jiffy Lube all the time. This our favorite one to come too because of the customer service and professionalism. Our service technicians, Chris and Jason provided excellant sevice. Jason made us feel like family and i would definitely recommend this jiffy lube for your Oil change services (and more).

I have been coming to Jiffy Lube in Redlands for many years now and I always get great service. Today Jason helped me out, it is a rainy, cold day and I think many people would be miserable working on wet cars all day, but he had a great attitude and sense of humor. Thanks, Jiffy Lube team!

ALL female drivers!! Or Anyone that knows NOTHING about cars!! This is your SPOT! I am an uber driver and drive ALL the time. It s SO challenging to get my car serviced as I used it so often. The times I have used other places they know very little about cars- nice people but little knowledge.. This is my THIRD time here and my 2nd time Jason helping me. As I m writing this review literally 4 different guys have helped me with questions. I have 1 priority as an Uber driver - I need my car to be SAFE - I just need honest answers and I know I get get them here. That s why I m recommending 5stars!
