This is the second time we've had a car repaired at Gerber Collision in Redlands and we will keep coming back, but hopefully won't need to. They are professionals at work here who are excellent at repairs, but also do a great job of keeping you informed along every step of the process, from the initial estimate to the repair process. I recommend them highly. Morgan was our initial contact person and she was helpful, informative, polite, and professional. Thanks for the quality and honest work!

Just picked up my car last Thursday and since the moment I dropped it off the experience was amazing. First off, I don t know who the young lady at the front desk is but she made me feel comfortable and like family. The first person you encounter sets the vibe for the place. They left my car looking newer than when I got it out of the dealer. Jose sent daily updates on the repairs. I definitely and undoubtedly recommend this shop for your repairs.

I have had some great customer service but Gerber is in the top two! People pleasers yes! But more importantly they are real and trustworthy people!I will go no where else for my collision repairs now.Thank you Gerber Team, Joe, Steve, and Megan. My hats off to you all

I had my car repaired at Gerber Colisi�n in Redlands They answer all my questions they updated me every day about my car. I love this place I would definitely recommend it to friends and family special thanks for Rafael Osorio and his team I am 100% satisfied with this company. This body shop is amazing. I had my Lexus is250 serviced here a few months ago. The quality is amazing. The painter and body man have great chemistry. I would recommend this place for all your auto body repairs, Auto glass repairs and ADAS calibrations.

I would like to give Cory some recognition. As someone with technician, service writer and shop manager experience, I was thoroughly happy with the excellent service that Cory gave me. He was great with updating me on a daily basis. He would listen to and openly discuss my ideas and concerns and made me feel like I had a voice in my repair. Good customer service is hard to come by and it isn't very often that I'm impressed. Thank you Cory.

This place has amazing customer service. I couldn't drive after my accident, and after the repairs were complete, I was struggling with how to get my car picked up. When I discussed it with the people at Gerber's, they offered to bring my car to me! Wow, talk about service.

They took 3 months from the day the appointment was taken to the day I picked up my car. They did repair extra like some key scratch that wasn t part of accident. Definitely worth the wait.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Wasted my time, told me an estimate and made me wait two week for an appointment just to come back and tell me they couldn t fix my car because of a framing issue. Unprofessional and could have told me from the start for this whole problem to be avoided.

Hands Down Best Customer Service!! Not sure about you, but when I think of great customer service, my first thought isn't a repair shop. Cory and his team have changed that. Cory was professional, courteous, fast and honest. He kept to his word and was very transparent. I have three boys and even though this is a new vehicle, they seem to always get it dirty. Any ways, i was surprises to learn the entire vehicle had been detIled! Car hasn't looked this good since we drove it off the lot. Great job Cory and team! Highly recommend. There is also chilled bottled water and coffee in the waiting area.

I have never been to a better body shop. 1st Certified has the best customer service. They made it so easy from checking in, to getting my rental, keeping me updated on the progress of my repair. Ben in the office went above and beyond for me. Extra work was done and when I got my car back it was so clean and the work that was done was supberb. Thank you. I would recommend them 110%. Oh and dont forget to have a cold bottle of water or cup of hot coffee!

Top notch repair facility. They not only did a superb repair to my bumper and windshield, but detailed and waxed my entire car. Very friendly staff. They let me updated by text of the progress of my car repair and even finished earlier than promised. I hope I don't wreck my car again, but would go back to them for the repair.

The best automotive garage experience! I had a run-in with a curb on the first rainy day of the year that left my left front wheel/axle smashed in and in need of extensive repair. Cory Garvin, my service advisor, was 150% professional as he updated me daily, by text, about the status of my car's repairs and negotiated costs with my insurance, while saving me money! I drove out of their parking lot a happy camper, until one week later....when I heard a new noise while freeway driving. Instead of giving me the brush off when I called him about it, Cory immediately test drove it and had his best guys look underneath. Sure enough, a faulty, new part was the cause. Within one day, my car was fixed again, at no cost, and my car has driven like a dream ever since.Also of interest to women out there who disdain the grease/grime and neglected interiors of garage service offices, you will be very pleased to know how clean, tastefully decorated (historic orange theme) and well-appointed their waiting area is. Keurig coffee and bottled water are available to all patrons! The telephone operator is knowledgeable and professional as well! I was never left on hold for more than one minute! I can't stop raving!

Excellent service, a week early than anticipated, and detailed inside and out, was not expecting that and seeing how my Dogs are pitbulls and short hairs aren't fun trying to vacuum... Thank You Ben! Didn t contact me after they decided they couldn t fix the vehicle. Instead they wasted 10 days of my time and the car is stuck in their shop over the weekend. Wouldn t recommend.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Been going here for 20+ years when ever we had issues with our vehicles, awesome staff and great quality of work, used Fix Auto once for my wife s car and the paint is already peeling after 2 years.
