Eddie was amazing to work with!! I had come in originally for a rear tire repair and upon checkout Eddie reviewed with me the abnormal condition of my front tires and showed me how extremely worn they were compared to the rears. He provided me with a fair quote and after a few days of exploring my options I came in and had the tires replaced. We also agreed to an alignment to avoid the same wear condition from coming back. Eddie provided the service I would expect from a local shop looking out for my best interest. Thank you sir!!

Keep away ladies.Ladies if you want to get ripped off, this is the place for you. My wife took her car in for tires and an alignment. They wrote up a long list of repairs that she needed before they could do the alignment and they wouldn t recommend new tires if she didn t get the alignment. The told her the inner tie rods had too much play, the control arm bushings were cracked and ready to fail. $98 for air filter, and $98 for cabin filter. About $1700 total.Both the air filter and cabin had already been replaced a week earlier. They didn t even look at them. The car is a 2021 so fairly new, 3 years old about. I decided to test them, so I (a man) took the same car in the following week. No changes to the car, didn t hide the fact that my wife had been in a week earlier. Went in asked for tires and alignment.Guess what ladies! Not one suggested repair needed. So I asked, about the bushings on the control arms. They look good, Mike said. Our technicians would have pointed it out if there was a problem. How is the steering rack, any of the tie rods have play, I asked. No, he said. We could not do the alignment if there was play in the tie rods.Well well, either they lie to my wife or they lied to me. Lying sacks of sht. They saw my wife and try up selling sht she didn t need. What A-holes work here.KEEP AWAY LADIES! Or at the very least watch out. I will never go back to this shop. They are nice to your face while they stick their hands in your pockets and rob you.

Sadly they were not able to do lifetime alignment due to a Ford recall on the rear toe arms. But rest assured they took care of me and refunded me my full amount by Mike, the store manager! Thank you so much. Will be back next time.

David was quick to assist when he noticed I was a little distressed. My car tire picked up a nail and went completely flat. I got a little scared but thankfully I spotted the Firestone and David was quick and efficient as well as Brandon. Over all great customer service quick and efficient. Excellent service from Bradley S and Mike , were very professional, but extremely friendly. I was given options, explained mileage, hazard coverage, alignment life time options. Matched Costco price and gave me top line service. Signed up for credit card and got great finance options.

Really incredible customer service. I was traveling in CA for a business meeting, driving back to Las Vegas on the same day when I discovered an oil leak. They saw me promptly, identified the issue and repaired it. They also found another issue to report to my dealership, which should be repaired under warranty. They treated me respectfully and provided advice and service I could trust.

Great customer service from all team members and on my first trip to Firestone, Brandon was very helpful to squeeze me in when I had a nail in my tire. I was very grateful for that. Quick service also with my oil change.

Great customer service!!! They really helped us out yesterday. The tires we needed were not in stock. They were nice enough to go pick them up so we didn t have to wait til tomorrow. We were just passing through the area when we had a tire start to come apart. Thank you for the fast service you guys are the best .

I had a great experience with the Firestone in Redlands. I initially went to a local dealer and was not happy with their service at all. I took the car back to Firestone and the service was way better, with a better, fair price. Thank you!

Had an oil change done there today. What I really like is they are open and Saturdays and Sundays. I was in and out within an hour. Great guys.....a bit pricey but then again everything is now a days. Good job Redlands Firestone!

To be honest, I don't know how the quality of work is. What I do know is that I made an 11am appointment for a simple Uber inspection that shouldn't take all of a half hour. At 12:30 pm I returned to see if my car was ready. It hadn't been moved. I was told that there were still several tickets ahead of me ....at this point I had already lost almost two hours of wages and wasn't willing to lose another two, so I cancelled

I want to thank Mike and his team. I had a tire with a screw in it and I went to the Firestone in San Bernardino on Saturday and they couldn t help me till Monday so I went to the Redlands location and Mike told me that he was going to squeeze me in. The San Bernardino Firestone never offered anything like that.

I brought my bmw for a wheel alingment and got an impossible fix micro puncture that was deliberate hard ti notice done with expertise knowing exactly the pinpointed weak gap that results in catastrophic tire failure. Sick of shady shops just to make a buck.

My van was pulling to the left they did an alignment, then it started to pull to the right, then the switch the wheels around and it's still pulling to the right now they are telling me that the tires are bad; those are fairly new tires I put on this van. I feel that they were too busy to complete the work like they should have and wanted to get to the next appointment instead of fixing the problem, they found an excuse.

Terrible service, waited 2 hours to get 1 tire repaired, next day my tire was low again, so I went back and was told it will take another 2 hours, so I left. 4 hours to fix a leaky tire while the technician was on his phone in the garage

I took my car in for service. BJ is a really nice guy, and is a hard worker. He even gave me a discount without me even asking. They took great care of my vehicle and returned it to me nice and clean without and grease on the interior. I'll be taking my vehicles here for service from now on.

When it comes to recognized country wide auto shops Firestone is one of the better honest. Reasonable prices, honest and reliable. They won t try to charge you an arm and a leg, and they are not going to try and upsell you something you don t need.
