LADIES!!! If you are seeking an honest mechanic and tire shop that won t discount you because you are female, this is your place!I had a slow leak in my back tires which I had just replaced about two months ago. The place I bought my tires from originally wanted $32 just to inspect them and another $89 for a patch!! Discount Tire and Service Center in Redlands came highly recommended by both a female and a male friend who said they would take good care of me there and inspect the tires for free and may be even fix the patch for free. Which they did! And all in less than 20 minutes!Peter the manager is very kind and all of the employees I encountered were very respectful and nice. I was very impressed with the service here! I also noticed that the waiting area was full of ladies. I asked Peter about this and he said that more than a 60% of their customer base is female, which means something to me since as a woman, I am nervous and apprehensive when going to an auto place because worry I will be taken advantage of! But there was no feeling like that here, it s very chill and relaxed and warm here. This place doesn t just specialize in tires either, this is also a full service auto center for various auto systems including: brakes, transmissions, engines, fuel system, battery, filter and cooling systems.They also have payment plans!So ladies don t hesitate to make an appointment to come here and get your car checked out, and be sure to tell them Ms. Ross sent you!

Okay for the wallet. Prices are better than Sam's club & other competitors so went to the Redlands location as a first time customer.Mixed feelings about the staff. I made an appointment to get in early & hopefully get out quick. Was greeted friendly and accommodation when I first arrived, that was good. My appointment dragged for over 2hrs. I understand being thorough & quality checks are good. For over 2hrs though I was wondering if these folks were slapping on tires as they were being made on the premises.When it came time to checkout and pay, had some dude (who obviously didn't wanna be there) roll his eyes at me when I showed him a bar code for a few bucks off. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.First impressions go a long way....definitely missed the mark on my first visit.

I had an object in my tire. I thought it was punctured. I was able to get my car to them. They took a look at it immediately. Fortunately the object just went in the tread and didn't puncture the tire. They had two guys look at the tire for damage. (Both said it was ok.) They charged me nothing once they removed the object, aired up the tire, and I was on my way. Friendly customer service

I brought in my car in order to replace a single lug nut that Sam s tire center could not remove. The guy s that work here were able to remove the lug nut in minutes and did not charge me for their service. They saved me about $120 what would have cost if the jobs required drilling through lug nut in order to remove it. The staff were very professional and have gained a new customer. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a honest tire shop with good employees.

Low tire pressure; they inspected all tires and double checked my sensors just to be sure, and replaced the valve stem. All within an hour of my dropping it off. And no charge! Brian was responsive, professional, and super courteous. It s our first time there, but we ll be back!

Got new tires. Price was comparable to other places. They did catch that I accidentally ordered the wrong size and were able to get the correct ones within a very reasonable time, same day. Very much appreciate that. However, I had a brand new set of tire locks that I left for them to use with my vehicle. I only recently bought this set from the dealer. When I received the keys, I was given back a single piece from the full set of five. I ve received contact information for the manager and was told to wait for there to be an investigation. It isn t helpful for my confidence in the matter that when I dropped my car off, another customer and her husband came in from a prior visit of trying to be oversold for parts that needed to be replaced when it was actually like-new when the gentleman came in with the part that he disassembled from his vehicle. Will definitely reconsider coming back to this location in the future, especially beyond the warranty of my new tires.

Ismael and George saved the day when I got a flat tire stranded with my kids. As a female that does not know much about cars I could have very easily been scammed but their honest and fair assessment of my tire got me back on the road quickly for practically nothing. Their service and helpfulness is the best in the business. Absolutely would come back and recommend to all the people that are vehicle illiterate like me.

Amazing service here!!Sam greeted me twice in one week and is super charismatic and took great care of me. I came to get my tire patched and was in and out in no time. Ive been here 3 times and all of the guys are super respectful, communicative and extremely helpful. As soon as they see a car pull up they will greet you and make sure you re seen. As a woman, finding a car place can be intimidating but trust me when i say this is where you want to come! I would ve given a 5 star review but I had to drive back to the the store to get my wheel lock key which workers didn t put back in my center console cup holder they put my rim lock key which has my name taped on it in big bold letters in there tool chest.The work was needed and I was given very nice quality professional service from Brian the store manager who greeted me to Jorge the technician who called me and explained or recommended what my Honda Odyssey needed & called me again to pick up my vehicle great service all throughout

This has to be the greatest shop ever! George and Peter took very good care of me and my car today! Their mechanics and tire guys are so awesome and helpful, George was very informative about my give and has the best customer service I've seen in a while! This will definitely be my go to store from now on!

Tried to get me to ok my caliper on my right tire being replaced as well as my shocks and struts. Caliper bleeder valve was loosened and just needed tightening but they told me it failed and needed replacing. My shocks and struts have typical wear for an older car and while they do eventually need to be replaced they are fine for the moment. Wanted to charge me $2300 for 4 new tires, an alignment, a new caliper, and struts and shocks. As a pregnant momma of twins and a 16m old at home there was no way I could do that all in one go. Charged me $125 per tire when even with a rim the top price on tires that for my car are $85 and I didn't need rims, I have basic tires nothing special. I won't ever be going back, and I do not recommend these guys. Walmart is right across the parking lot for tire needs and they won't screw with you. $609 for 4 new tires and an alignment. Better off somewhere (probably anywhere) else!

Great service! Came in because of a flat tire that needed a patch. Was attended by Jorge who took us in quick. The tire was fixed by Kevin who did an excellent job in doing so. Highly recommend for anyone to come by. Thank you you again!

Popped in for an issue with a tire holding pressure. These guys are top notch. I saw George and Ishmael today. Took the time to unmount my tire to find the leak. Had me in and out in 40 minutes with a patched tire.... With 3 cars in the bay. Attention to detail, professional, fast, and my favorite tire shop since.... 2005. Will always come back.

Buyer Beware!! On 1/12/2024, I made an appointment online to replace all 4 tires on our 2015 Honda CRV. I called to verify the appointment time and date and to ensure the tires we wanted would be available. My wife took our car in to have tires replaced. the salesman/manager/technician told her that we needed to replace the struts and brake pads and the brake rotors as the rotors had been worn below permissible limits. The cost for them to do all of this work would-be $3,900. My wife had the manager call me. He told me the same lies. I told him I would do the work myself as I am a mechanic as well and to install the tires with balance and alignment. Incidentally, balance and alignment cost us another $300 from the price of the new tires.I ordered replacement rotors, pads and struts online for less than $700. When I went to replace these items on my wife's car, discovered there were no issues with either the struts or the rotors. All were in "as new" condition. Only the pads needed to be replaced!My wife and I took one of the used rotors to the front desk at Discount Tires and I asked them to show me what was wrong with the rotor and of course they could find nothing. When I confronted them about their shady business practices, they had no answers for that either. They offered no explanation for their lies about the condition of our rotors and struts. The manager said he would investigate this and get back to us promptly. As of the writing of this review, which has been more than a month, we have heard nothing back from Discount Tires.If they would have suggested we would just need the brake pads replaced, which was true, they would have gotten our business.Adding to their unprofessional service, they neglected to check her spare tires pressure, which is crucial for safety should she ever need to use that tire.Don't trust anything these people say, unless they show you proof. Better yet, just find another store.Tim Pierce

Last Sunday, 04/07/24, I took my Toyota Highlander for oil change and also to check the TPMS on the panel. The technician put some air in all four tires so the tire pressures are 30 psi. After driving for more than 20 minutes, the Tire Sensor was still On. I checked the tire pressure on all four tires (30psi). When I checked the spare tire under the rear bumper, it was 23 psi. I added some more air (7psi) to make it 30psi. When I turned the ignition key On, the TPMS blink three times and it was gone. I guess the technician did not do a thorough job by not checking the spare tire.

After getting over the shock of cost, I knew that they were honestly telling me what was up..I was getting ready to drive all the way to Sacramento & would have broke down somewhere. So I'm just giving DTSC a big ol' 5! I would give them more stars but I can't! LOVE MY BOYS AT DTSC.

I discovered that I had a flat tire as I was leaving work. After my spare was in place, I called Discount Tire and Services and they told me to come by and they d take a look. I was greeted by Peter, the manager. He informed me that I needed to replace my tire and checked the three remaining to make sure they weren t damaged. Pricing is great and they were able to fit me in on the spot. Thank you so much Peter, you re awesome!

I will never go back to this place again!!! I went to get a tire patched assisted by a guy named Alex, he helped and secured my patched tire for free. Set an appointment with him for Thursday today at 9am, told me the day I set the appointment up that he was gonna do an oil change, break change, and a tire rotation. Told me that the brake change and tire rotation came with the service of the oil change. Sent my wife to make this appointment with him and he never honored his word about the brakes or rotation. I don t trust people, but when a man tells me these are the numbers and doesn t honor his pricing I can t respect that, called him 5 times today he picked up twice having a joyful conversation with someone else in the background. My wife told me that a guy named George said my axle was leaking and was bad so I took it to the dealership and got it fixed but they charged her for the original total he told me and never did a break change or rotation. I will never give these people my money or time or recommendation again !!!!!!

I really appreciate the great service Mike and Alex provided. I came In right when they opened and they were on it immediately. I was able to get to work on time and go about my day because I no longer had the stress of a flat, nor was I stuck at the shop for hours. Thank you again! Keep up the great work.

Worst service ever. They told me that I had $1700 worth of repairs, and 1 of the parts that were reported and needing to be replaced was replaced 2 years ago. Also, to make this even worse, they reported my milage to Car Fax as 145k miles when I have 251k miles. This makes me question everything they are doing. I would NOT TRUST them with your car, let alone my I own.

Excellent customer service. Repaired a flat at no charge. This is the 3rd time I ve had flats repaired and they do it for free. I purchase all my vehicle tires there because of their outstanding service. I highly recommend Discount tire!

Came out of my job to a flat tire and I had no idea what I was gonna do. I don't have AAA so I drove slowly to Discount tire in redlands. The guys were cool super funny and they took my car right in! Glad they were close for the help!!
