I came in Sunday to order new tires. I got them installed yesterday with minimal downtime. This isn t my first time here, and my experience at this business remains 5 stars! Special thanks to awesome Denise, Angel, and Spenser for their great customer service.My experience has convinced my husband to bring his car here the next time he needs tires!

Best experience at an automotive shop I ve ever had. Truly. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The technicians were also super friendly and helpful and got our 3 vehicles serviced and out the door in less than 2 hours total. I was given honest, non pushy service recommendations and even printed directions to another shop they believed could help with an issue I was having. Can t say enough good things about this place. Definitely happy to have them close by and I ll be a return customer for sure.

Stopped in for an oil change. In and out in about an hour. During the oil change, they made me aware of some other needed repairs and provided quotes for those repairs. Quoted prices were a bit higher than at my normal mechanic where I will get them done instead, but I appreciated that there was no pressure associated with the quotes.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

They are very good but I would like to say in the future that they are excellent in service but I think they need a little more to achieve excellence, since when I took one of my cars to be repaired, a piece was left loose and that whit a simple screwdriver and two screws it was removed. Arrived early so I could wait for tire repair, door was opened right on time and greeted and filled out paperwork. Mechanics got to work right away and finished timely. Very pleasant and efficient will definitely use them again as needed. Reasonable charges.Service: TiresService: Tires

The team was very helpful with the raggedy vehicle I brought in. The guy that sold me the car told me he had changed the cat converter, which he didn t. I came here to see if he had indeed changed it. The team checked for me and even told me other stuff that was wrong with the car. Overall excellent service, I will be back. Thank you again everyone!

Got a flat while driving down Redlands Blvd and stopped in here to get it fixed. Tire was unrepairable, so they suggested they order me a new one. I thought, hmm, here?, or Costco? Costco would be cheaper, but, I decided to toss my business to a locally owned shop. Huge mistake.The counter lady wrote my number down on her hand, when I asked if it was legible, she said, yes. Two days later, I called to check on my tire (I was driving on a donut), she answered and that she had the tire, and had tried to call, but had the wrong number! Funny, but dumb.When I drove off, after paying about $100 more than I would have a Costco, my tire pressure monitor was not working. So, I called and was told to bring it back in. When I did, the manager Angel told me I would need to leave the car all day, while taking no responsibility for the malfunctioning tire pressure monitor. Hmm, gaslight much? Well, I ended up dropping off the car later in the week, where it sat for hours before Angel texted me (all in caps for some reason) that he could not find my service record, and maybe this was some other car or had some other owner. Again, funny. Well, they found the record, but did not work on the car that day.Ok, day two drop off, they had the car for 6 hours, but then required that I leave it over night. Day three he then had the audacity to ask me for $380 to properly diagnose the problem, which he again suggested might have had nothing to do with my wheels being taken off and on twice by his shop. Uhhh the sensor is on the wheel, no? Perhaps just a crazy coincidence. So, the monitor is still malfunctioning 2.5 weeks after the tire change, and I am going to have to take it to the dealer and no doubt pay to fix the problem his shop caused. I asked for a refund for the labor on the tire change, and was told the owner was on vacation. The business strategy here seems to be: create a problem; take three days to pretend to fix the problem; realize the problem will cost money to fix; ask the customer for money to fix a problem we caused. Bravo! Thinking Costco might be my choice next time!

First off I NEVER LEAVE BAD REVIEWS. Because I have worked in a body shop before so I know how hard it is. But this was absolutely unacceptable. I get there at 9am to drop off my car. They have no clue what talking about I explained i needed rear breaks replaced that i made an appointment the day before to drop my car off. They said that they were different place and they could still take me in it was first come, first serve so i leave my car and I wait to hear how much it will be. Everything was ok until 1pm when i ask for an update on when I should expect to pick up my vehicle. The lady at the counter says 3pm. 3pm im there to pick up my car. And my car is open hood in a stall, so I walk in and wait 5 minutes and then I ask when my car will be ready? The lady says 15 more minutes. I tell her im on my lunch break and i have only 30 minutes. I was told at 3pm. She explains that they need more time and i say ok thats fine.im not an unreasonable idiot, I can understand that. So i know they close at 6, I said I can come back after work at 5pm. Then the mechanic comes in and chimes in rudely you need to be here before 6 i just walk away because I said already i would. 5pm and I get there and ask where my car is. The person at the desk starts looking frantically for my paperwork and keys. THEY HAD NO CLUE WHERE MY KEY WAS. I was beyond livid at this point. 15 mins passes and they found my key at his desk where he already was sitting at. So then he proceeds to tell me a price I didn t agree upon. I ask for the manager and he says i am the manager i know he wasnt. At the end i paid i got out of there but I AM NEVER GOING BACK THE SERVICE WAS ABSOLUTELY HORRIFYING TO SAY THE LEAST

I moved To Redlands a few years ago and I Learned first hand that the WeatherIn this Beautiful Area is So unpredictable Especially the Random Rain Showers or Snow like last Jan I ve Been coming to this Shop for the last three years and They have consistently provided the best prices and service in town So when I realized I Needed to replace my break pads it s was a No brainer on where I was going to take my car given this random rain this week it s Better to be Safe then Sorry They did a Rockstar Job And they even Squeezed me in last minute despite having a high workload for the day i appreciate The Front Desk Representative Dennice she is always So welcoming very patient when your expressing your vehicle concerns and compassionate towards her customers and the Manager is highly Knowledgeable in many areas a Respectable Charming young man none the less I recommend this Business To Everyone Near & Far because they Go To Infinity and Beyond for their Customers

They are very friendly here and the service is affordable.However be prepared to wait. and wait. and wait some more. They took 4x as long to do my car's services as they estimated (said it would be done in 1 day, they took 4.) it wouldn't be so bad if they just over estimated, but multiple times they delayed the pickup time. when they would tell us the car was done, we'd come in, wait in the office, only for them to say "just 15 mins". Over an hour later (twice!), still not done. aThey don't value their customers time and are totally untrustworthy.

Great experience fast service friendly staff clean environment they even put air in my tire without me asking and found a different problem on my car I need to take care of I will definitely go back to them with any other car needs I need

Helped me out in a bind ! I had a stew in the tire and they took me 5 minutes before 6 with no problem when another tire company told me they couldn t help! The mechanic was such a nice guy that made sure he did everything right ! Such a good experience they were all so friendly and they gained a new customer! Mechanic was great and thoughtful and the lady at the front desk was very nice and kept me updated in the process! Definitely helped me feel safer driving around:)Service: Tires

I have been looking for a good honest and affordable mechanic locally. Discount auto had great reviews so I decided to take my truck in to get power steering pump replaced. They gave me a few estimates to choose from. Prices were very affordable compared to estimates I was getting. Work was completed within the day. They kept me informed thought the process. They also provide military and veterans discounts. They recommended my rack and pinion be replaced in the future. I appreciated they were honest and not pushy. I totally recommend this place. They are open 7 days a week.Service: Steering & suspension replacement

Great customer service but 8 miles was put on my car while they had it. I know because they want your EXACT mileage. And when I got in the car 8 miles had been added. That includes 8 miles in gas as well. We won't be back. There are tons of cars there with no where to park. I feel bad for whoever owns those 20 cars.

I had stopped by previously to inquire about work to be done and was told they didn t take appointments, but that if I came at 7:00 am I could expect my vehicle to be in and out in about one hour. My first visit, I was in by 7:30 and my vehicle was out by 1:30. I figured that half hour had cost me 5 hours. My second visit, I arrived at 6:55 am, expecting to get my vehicle back within a few hours. I called at 11:00 to find out the status of my car, only to learn that there had been 11 cars remaining from the previous day that had been in line before my vehicle, and that mine would be available in another hour. In reality, it wasn t until 4:00 pm that my vehicle was finished, all for a smog inspection, which I could have gotten on the spot anywhere. I will not be going back.

Yes that was fast easy... But it was a little bit more than I thought... But I needed it done.. but next time discount Auto and tire services you should somebody estimate price at that time... Because I had no idea how much it was going to be before when I went in. Called beforehand to check if they would accept my Groupon for an oil change. Guy on phone took down my vehicle details and said they'd be fine to do it today. Upon arrival staff were actually incredibly rude and refused to accept my Groupon or work on my car at all. The shop was also packed full of vehicles so I doubt they would've done this as quickly as the first guy made it seem.

Went here a week back for a quick smog. Sensors needed to be reset since I changed some spark plugs so they helped me reset everything free of charge at the first visit. I had to drive it a bit to get things reset for testing. Everything was fast and easy again when I came back for the final smog. They showed me a couple things under the hood that I should replace. No pressure just helpful tip from what the tech saw and an issue he s seen with a prior Jeep. Appears to be a great running shop with many bays of work happening 7 days a week.

This is my primary mechanic, they have fair prices, friendly workers, and have never done me wrong. I take my car, my partners car, and used to take my first car into this shop. Every time I am there I take a couple of their business cards and hand them to people I meet. This company and it's crew are a completely worth while investment.

I stopped by here on a Saturday morning with no appointment for a 1 tire balance. Discount Auto took my truck in, did the balance and had me out the door in less than 20 minutes . These guys are awesome and I would drive out of my way to have these guys do any of my service work. I live in Hemet and to me, the service these gentlemen provide is well worth the drive. This business is 100% great. All employees treated me with integrity and respect. They had to replace my shifter cable going to transmission which took hours to repair. Mechanic and owner even stayed over past closing time to get it completed a day early, knowing it was our only form of transportation. I had my radiator replaced and they allowed me to supply my own OEM part which I had shipped from online. They did an outstanding job on it at a very good price.Update 1/30/24 Took a used Chevy Equinox to discount auto and was almost %100 sure it had a short in the power system, The mechanic checked all wiring and found out it was an overcharging battery, Needless to say I was very relieved, Discount auto is great autoshop.
