Omar and Jesus are very helpful and knowledgeable. The mechanics do a high quality fast job when you need your new parts for your car. I came here for my Alignment. I went to the brake master location in redlands ,Ca . Paid $100 for the brake oil to be cleaned out . Came home and checked and the oil was dirty .No customers there and they couldn't do their job . Also told me I needed a lot repairs done to add to the bill.

I had one too many problems with this place they tried to charge me extra money for labor Costco recommends this place for your brakes I recommend not going to this place I had to have a friend fix my front end when the axle came loose that they put in they wanted to charge me an extra $300 not good don't go there

Just got an alignment and the steering wheel was crooked. Off center to the right. I went back within 20 minutes and politely told them that the steering wheel was crooked and pointing right when I drive straight down the road. The manager and tech argued with me for over 40 minutes about how the alignment was perfect and the car had an issue. I just asked them to double check it and it took 40+ minutes of arguing to get them to put the car back on the rack at which point it was evident that they aligned it with the steering wheel off center. Then the tech angrily appeared to make an adjustment real quick and I asked for an updated printout. He said he forgot the printout. Well they were trying to pull a fast one apparently. I told the manager that instead of arguing with me for over 40+ minutes, I would have been pleased if they just double checked their work and didn't try to prove me wrong. I'll have to find a more customer friendly shop going forward. Unfortunately I'll have to tell my friends and family to go elsewhere also.

Performed the task I requested. Completed a thorough inspection of my vehicle and informed me of maintenance options I could pursue. Services were quick and finished in a very timely manner. Cost was low and staff practiced effective communication. Shout-out to Omar and his team!Returned to Brakemasters for some heavy maintenance on my vehicle. It's older but means a lot to me. They are professional, courteous, and friendly. So fortunate to have them as a go-to. Pleased that my vehicle is in good hands.

Never coming back here. First time I arrived, they said my front breaks were good, back needed new drums and breaks. I came back the next day, because my emergency break wasn't locking. New broken drum was broken and I could hear a scrapping on my front wheel. They replaced the drum. Said the front was fine. 2 months later, bad scrapping sound on my front side. I went to a different place, broken wheel barrel! They said to call them back, because the bill I showed them was missing details. I called, they made it all my fault and told me "We told you to come back. We told you 'You should come back'". They even said I should have received a second page with details. They gave me only one page with barely any details. Bad customer service and cheap parts to get me wasting my money coming back. Getting a new barrel some where else!

Pretty good place for oil changes. Haven't done any other car repairs here. They are rather expensive. Always busy so you're better off making appointments. Showing up early doesn't mean anything. There's a TV while you wait. Check their website for coupons, they'll help. They always try to up sell you. At least they have every time I've been in (even on items I know I really didn't need right then). I guess they're just trying to help but it comes across a bit greedy. Just my opinion

Never again. They overcharged me by a lot. Better off going to a momma pop shop. They will charge you 750 to change out a brake master cylinder. Not a trustworthy company.

Costco referred me here and these guys are really good at what they do. The "integrity" part alone is worth the entire cost of the brake repair which turned out to be a top notch job. My car has never stopped better and in quieter fashion. Upon close inspection, rotors are machined to perfection without any visible tool marks. I was expecting rotors and pads replacement on both axles but they pointed out that rotors are still machinable which sabed me a good chunk of money. Honesty is the best advertising strategy. I got my car brake fixed and they are did not do properly..i went back to them and they refused to fix and wanted more money. The guy is very dishonest and like to rip off me again. Please dont go there. I would not recommend to anyone.Service: Brake service & repairService: Brake service & repair

Brought in my 2009 Volkswagen Jetta for a brake inspection. I explained my issue to the employee & the employee at the front desk was very informative and friendly and suggested I get 4 brakes and 4 rotors done. I did just that and now my car feels great! I'm very happy with my experience at Brake Masters.

Been going to break masters for a while.Johnny Raigoza has been taken good care of me and my family's vehicles for a long time. I appreciate his kindness as patients his expertise hes taken.Great lengths of taking care of our vehicles and a really nice guy in my hope you know he gets something out of this review.Can ask for a better guy manager to look after somebody's vehicle?Really trusted man thank you. I been coming here for 3 years now for my oil changes, brakes and regular maintenance. its always been great service, professionalism. I've referred many people here. Ask for Omar he will work with you, give you the best price.

Make an appointment....please do this...they will place you at the front of the line. This business is very popular. Same day service on most repairs. They do quality repairs, they stand behind there work and there warranties. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Repair costs are reasonable and the facility is very clean and organized.

This place has been a regular stop of mine for auto work. They're friendly and honest about the work and the costs. Very reliable. It's also convenient since the EOS gym I go to is right around the corner. I've often dropped it off and just walked back and forth. Highly recommended for auto work.

Awesome and Friendly Place. The gentleman Louis helped out my friend a few days ago. Her car tire blew out out of no where and unfortunately she did not have all the proper tools to change it. She was literally down the street from them and they were able to help her out at no cost. I tried offering them food, drinks and a cash tip, but they humbly declined. Absolutely awesome customer service skills with a friendly atmosphere. Thank you so much for helping her out in her time of need. You and your team are amazing.

This place is awesome! My brakes were squeaking bad so I stopped by. Not only did they get me in and out in 1.5 hours but Omar gave me a great deal! Omar and his staff are real professionals and Trustworthy. They will Show you your brakes and old parts. I would definitely recommend this business thanks again!!!!!!!!!! Me and my brother came in with my car the other day , Jesus one of the front end managers gave me absolutely the best service I had ever gotten from any shop on general, he took us out and showed us exactly what was going on with my car and explained how it got to that point, he gave me the best price and warranty they had to offer ...no longer jumping around to other shops! brake masters is my one stop shop and go all the time now! Thank you again to this place definitely recommend!

When i originally called i gave the make and model of the vehicle i needed the brakes replaced one. I was given a price in the 200's for one set and 400 if i need both sets. When they evaluate my truck my rotors needed to be replaced so the new total was in the 800's. I agree over the phone phone to the price and they conplete the work in a few hours. I go to pick up my truck and all of a sudden im paying a 10000 for the service..... When i questioned the guy behind the counter he said, "i mean i didnt work with you but there is no way for us to figure tax into the price". Seriously?? And he attempted to tell me no business gives you the final pricing up front. Pretty sure Tint City did, the Smog Check place right next to them did when i went there. How do you not know your local areas taxes and how much you are ultimately going to charge someone. That is an extremely undercutted way to do business and i will not be returning nor will i recommend their service to anyone, regardless on whether they do a good job. If you are lieing to me to get my business im not interested.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

Took my Audi, Nissan, and Pontiac in for suspension maintenance and came out of the shop extremely satisfied with their customer service and auto service. Any issues after work is done and they don't back down from making sure that their customers leave confident enough to know that Break Masters gots your back. Omar is great at getting you the best deal with high quality work.

I have been here about 12 times in the last several years for oil and filter changes, transmission flush, and coolant flushes. I have brought both my Mother and my own vehicles. Excellent customer service, excellent value, and all around excellent experience. They do a great job and are very efficient. I am very pleased with Redlands Brake Masters.

Possibly my worst experience ever at a maintenance shop. I called to get a quote on both front and back brake replacements and rotor resurface. I got a quote of around $250. I show up and then they quote me $337 after I had already called. Still, it was cheaper for About $100 than the competitor so I decide to still not lose my calm and look at it as an honest misunderstanding and decided to go along and get the service done. Then they called to tell me that my vehicle was finished but that I also needed the back brakes done. So that got me even more furious because they wanted to charge me another $180+ for the back brakes. I go back to the shop to dispute the difference in charge and for a second time I decided not to lose my calm again because now it was going to be $400 and supposably the back rotors were replaced for free. I still decided to go along and got the service done and agreed to pay the $400. I leave the place a second time to pick up my check and get a second call to let me know my back brakes are also done. I come back and now he wants to charge me $530 dollars for Parts and labor. I was beyond furious. I told them if that was the case I could have gone to pep boys and put it on my credit card for much less from the get go and not have waisted my time. I feel as if they were using deceptive sale tactics to get deeper and deeper into my wallet For simple break change that I could have done my self but I decided to pay to enjoy my weekend and all they did is put a biter taste now. I definitely don t recommend this place. This will be my first and last visit. I don t care if I got lifetime warranty or not.

Awful people. Brought my truck in for some breaks and after being sales pitched the whole time I bought rotors too. Got in my truck $1000 later and now my alignment is shot and the breaks make noise. I brought it back to them and they said "it's probably the wheel bearings." They then tried to charge me extra for that and I ended up leaving poor with a broken truck.

Great service. Friendly advice, fair price and they fixed my car that morning. Five stars!! Went there after five months of getting the run-around from dealership mechanics and my tire-store, to try and figure out why I had a rumbling in my tire/wheel. The mechanics took one drive around the parking lot and diagnosed the problem immediately. They called for my part right away and fixed it within that morning. More than I expected. Adam and David do good work.

Went here to have my front brakes done on my truck and the techs and service personnel were very helpful and friendly. This location is close to the Citrus Plaza which is a nice walk while waiting. They also have a small waiting room with a tv and coffee. They did the job within an hour and half and you can make appointments online.I will return here when ready for back brakes.

Very poor service and customer service. Our car AC was serviced twice in less than 5 month. They just fill Freon despite of a known leak without fixing the main issue.Today I also requested the mechanic to check for a different issue and without even checking he just said change all brakes. He indeed refused to check the car as he was busy. How can I do a 300 dollar job even though the car was not checked!Not professional neither good price. They list no appointment needed but then they do not do a good job.

They would not honor the warranty on the alignment.They took the car for a short ride and said it was fine. They refused to put it on the alignment machine.I had to go to the Good Year Store in Redlands CA in order to get the alignment problem completed.Steer clear of this company.

I'm grateful to Omar's professionalism and help during a mis understanding on pricing and actual work to be done. Without Omar Iwould have gone somewhere else. Ihighly recommend this brake shop and Omar to anyone in the surraounding Redlands area.Thank you Omar
