Customer service today was amazing! My husband s car battery died alongside the road, so I came in here to pick one up not only were they very quick and efficient in helping me get the right one, they also let me borrow the correct tool to switch it out.

Went in and asked him to check my battery day immediately drop what they were doing went up to my car Check it with some type of portable machine and don't be that it was average so I told him that a good battery is around 14 and a half and he agreed so I think maybe he just wanted to sell me a new battery but I appreciate him coming out and checking my battery for free five stars to AutoZone Redlands

Came here 3 days ago to buy a new battery, ended up paying $208 dollars. Cesar installed it, and it ended up being a bad battery. Now they don t wanna replace it. Don t come here. The manager Daniel is very rude and disrespectful.

Literally wasted my time coming here to not be helped, the woman who s in charge of this operation is more consumed with an attitude than providing a service for a customer. She s not fit to handle ANY front operations she was rude and incompetent. Won t ever be spending money here O reily auto parts in Loma Linda superior customer service

I bought a gold duralast battery cost me $223.78 with warranty for 3 years I bought it on 8/23/2022 and I went today they ask me for my phone number but they never ask me when I bought it they only scan my rewards card but now they said doesn't show up in the system I told Sam the manager that I paid with my debit card I showed to him the bank statement he said can't do nothing fso they don't respect their own warranty policies he is rude with people no manners at all totally disappointed

The people here made 3 trips for the same thing, worth coming back for. I'm not a mechanic, so I didn't know exactly what part I needed and had to come back, but all the employees were incredibly helpful in making sure that everything was fixed before I got in the road.

Dear Redlands Blvd location,Automotive issue: Battery TestingI just want to express my gratitude for such a welcoming experience. Although it was extremely early in the morning 7:35am. Your customer service, presentation and overall performance was outstanding. The lady s Tanya & Gina are definitely a wonderful asset to the company and local community. We needed help figuring out what size nut we needed says yeah here's a scale but wouldn't let us take it out to use nor would come use it for us. Just basically told us we'd have to buy different sizes and figure it out. The guy was okay but not really nice. He was like well that's all we can do for you. So if wasn't by where else we needed to go we'd be going to O'Reilly's.. Didn't even have tools for us to borrow to actually put the nut on right. Do better auto zone hope all of your stores across America go out of business.

We went in and bought a pair of snow chain and when we are trying to put them on we realized THERES ONLY ONE CHAIN IN THE BAG, seriously? Now we are stuck on the mountain. Called them and they said they can t help us at all beside offer us another pair that we have to pick up in the store. This is horrible

Went it today to have my battery checked and changed to a new one. Viridiana promptly took care of me and helped me with the whole process. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Very polite and helpful.

I went in this morning to get some engine oil. And the guy up front was super helpful.. he brought up everything I needed online. Witch saved much timeThe employees were all very helpful. Thanks auto zone. I strongly recommend going here.

If you need to test a battery in the rain, they won't do it. They're scared to get wet. I had to buy a battery somewhere because of lousy service.P.S. If a district manager is reading this, it was a DIY manager that turned me away.

The AutoZone staff were friendly and had everything I needed on hand for simple repairs such as a battery replacement and wiper blade replacements along with microfiber cloths. The staff was helpful in helping me find each of these and dispose of my old battery after taking it out in the parking lot.

Same mindset on everyone. No this no that. Giving attitude because they don't want to help. Returns are always an issue. The reputation autozone has created with their bad culture will forever continue since management doesn't step up to the plate and teach their team to be helpful and mindful of their customers. Best customer service will be if you create a friend from a customer. Not an enemy. Autozone rolls out of people's mouths but always leave a bad taste.

Today was the second time I've been to this AutoZone and the customer service is at 100%. At least that is in my experience. The first time I needed a battery, David help me to get the best battery for my car. He also asked if I needed help installing the battery. I told him no thank you, because I knew how to do it. The second time I needed a battery cable. Kristin (hope I get her name right) was so helpful and showing me how to change the battery cable. She was Top Notch. She was helping me and another gentleman with our batteries. David was very pleasant and helpful let me use the tools that I would need to get the battery out of my car. He made sure to ask if I needed any help as well. As a female it could can be a little bit intimidating walking into an auto parts store. You just never know how you are going to be greeted. So far all the employees that I have met have been very respectful and helpful. Thank you.

2 stars for this visit. I ordered a part and it came in this day. I asked the gentleman if he could help me install it. I understood when he said he couldn't.. but could he have at least helped me take apart the screws knowing I was struggling horribly? yes! I'm sure he could have. He wasn't busy. After about 20 to 30 min of the struggle, using pliers, I asked if they had the tool available for me to buy. Then he said they did and that he would help me but I told him no I got it, because he saw me go in and out of the store, irritated in the heat.. and he could have at least gave me the option to buy the tool(s) or something. So I went ahead and bought the tools, fixed my brake lights in a few minutes and left. Horrible!

Went to get an adapter to put freon in my car. They tried to loan me a few but they wouldn't fit. The female worker got the one from her car and it fit. It also had a tank attached, she gave me the rest for my car. What a nice person. Very appreciative. Thank you
