This place is a joke! I call to ask if they can balance my 35in tire because I'm having issues with the balance job done on it. Guy jokes with me an says yeah bring it in. So i fly threw my work day to make it in an the guys on the phone so his wife tells me it will be a minute then comes back laughing says oh yeah we try to avoid those those there a hassle. I think she's joking an playfully laugh to then a little serious she says may big O can help you. Guys a chicken and a waste of time. The shop looked dirty an unprofessional. I would never even consider recommending this place no wonder it was dead.

Great service and friendly staff. Came in to get a flat tire fixed. Got me in right away and a good price. Highly recommended. If you dont want to wait at the big tire centers. Give this place a call.

Had alittle trouble with a nail. Brought my car in .. no waiting around they had me pull it straight in. The guys were on it within seconds. I was in and out in less then 20 mins. Wonderful experience will definitely be going back for my future tire needs .. this was my first time in and they were very impressive.

Excellent place to get tires, I was in and out in about 40 minutes. Nice locally owned business with friendly service. I d recommend them to anyone

Always fair prices, great service & friendly , family owned since shasta dam construction . Because of that heritage they have a huge commercial account base but equally pleased to serve family needs !

Shocked! My car overheated this morning 1/7/19 at 8:30am. My mom and I pulled into the Vallero next door, the water station wasn't on nor was anyone around to turn it on. We walked over to Valley Tire. Asked if we could get a jug of water (I had the container) 2 employees stared at us and talked amongst themselves. Then another older guy came out and they talked to him, he looked at me and stated "A jug of water" I said yes please, he then walked to the back of his shop and had an employee get me water. I thanked them and we left. They did not say 2 words other than looking down on me for asking for water. Since when is it shunned upon to help?! I'm sure they have a lot to deal with, yet what happened to helping another person out? Good Luck with getting customer service while you are there!

We were in town from out of state. Left our hotel room and discovered a flat tire. They were able to patch our tire at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend!

I called this place in tell him I had a damaged tire and it was a 26" rim could you do it oh yeah yeah yeah I don't see why not all even do it on carpet if I have to. I show up he looks at it says no no no it's not a factory tire... what does a 26' RIM go to FACTORY???DUHHHHHHHH

Very fast double tire change and through went away pretty inexpensive 15 minutes at the most thank you very much
