I m in the process of rebuilding a 3 speed manual transmission out of an 82 Ford F-150 and found this company through eBay. Called them up to ask about a rebuild kit and Robert G. was extremely helpful. It is not often that you find great service like this anymore. I had to call a few more times for questions about other parts and spoke with Robert every time. It felt like calling a friend. I will be doing all future business with this company!

Extremely Friendly Staff, Quality parts and Fast...best three-fer combo you could ask for. Use their website or call them up!! Robert G. was helpful on the phone and later quick to reply via email. He absolutely nailed it with great customer service all around. Getting parts shipped to Hawaii usually sucks...not with this group of individuals!! Mahalo

Competitive pricing and the box my parts were shipped in was stout, protecting everything.There were missing parts from my kit, and the customer service was top notch and shipped the missing pieces right away.I will be doing business with this company again.

Looked everywhere for a 3-4 shift fork for my 95 OBS Ford. No one had any stock. A member on a FB group recommended Transparts Warehouse. I called, they answered right away. Robert was amazing, knowledgeable and super friendly. Followed up with an email that had a tracking number within seconds of talking. Turns out the mechanic that was working on my transmission needed a few other parts so I called Robert back, he remembered me, and the same level of service came thru again. I will never order from RA or any other site. This place is top notch. Prices are great. Service is stellar. Support these guys instead of the big players. Thanks Robert!!!Mike

BEWARE! This site is primarily an order site without many parts on hand. Your parts may come from some other locations. Also, know that if you are ordering from distance away from California that your parts will take 7-10 days for arrival (the site will not tell you this nor will the site offer expedited shipping, there is only one choice for shipping). I called the number on website as a courtesy (as I am a small business owner, and I wish people would call me first before leaving a negative review). I talked with Robert who told me It was my issue for not calling and placing the order vs placing the order online. He said he was aware that the website gives no notice of shipping times ex. 7-10 days for shipping, but insisted that I shouldn't have an issue with it because I placed the order online vs calling him. I explained there was no reason for me to call as there was nothing on site notifying me of delayed shipping time, I recommended that the site be modified to be more transparent/informative with online business. I haven't received parts yet, can't speak to quality. I ask Robert if they were nothing more than an order site and I did not get a straight answer. I told him I would have been glad to have paid for expedited shipping if the option had only been available, his response was "well you should have called then". I'm sure that as a local parts place they are good (as the reviews would indicate) but, their online order sales protocol is awful as was my experience with Robert. Stick to do what you're good at, local sales/business.

Just wanted to say that I am very satisfied with Transparts. I order a transmission kit that was around 320 bucks, the kit had everything I needed and of high quality. I had one small plastic component that was not included in the kit, ( oil dam ), and a reusable gasket. I was scratching my head for a day or so about it, then finally I called them up. I was put through to talk to ROBERT, great great guy. Man is very respectful, and really knows his parts, I explained the situation to him and he pulled the part right up and had it in the mail for priority shipping in like an hour, NO CHARGE!! It's amazing how fast they can get stuff put out to the mailing facilities, very happy with them and will definitely be a long term customer. [FOLKS that complain about shipping that are completely across the other side of the United States or world yall really should take in consideration that once the parts get to the package carriers, transparts has no more control over it till the parts reach or don't reach you] Instead of writing bad reviews, check and see where the package actually is before you complain about transparts shipping it out, these folks are great to do business with definitely.Service: Transmission

I have a M50D-R1 and my input shaft was shot and went to ford and the part was discontinued so recently had ordered a rebuild kit from this company and it had everything I needed and I called them up and told them what I needed and parts specialist was very professional and told him what I needed and lucky they had one In stock and they fast shipping for reasonable shipping prices I will order more parts form this company in the future

Placed my order for 4r70w master rebuild kit. Parts arrived a day earlier than anticipated. Quality parts didn t have any issues. Car is back together and cruising down the road.

This place is amazing I needed to rebuild my ax15 and the kit they carry is top notch! Then had a thrust washer break called and talked to Robert Gull and he found me one and shipped it asap his customer service is amazing and 10 stars especially after I broke a very specific bolt and he had some of them too!! I cannot recommend them for orders through Ebay.They do not stop to check if everything is included in the order, and provide insufficient padding, causing damage to parts delivered.Although they were quick to send replacements of the damaged and missing items, the additional costs that I had to make for the import tax of the second package, they did not want to cover. Even when I had already paid import tax over the original package.You basically get punished for their inability to properly check- and wrap the outgoing package. So beware. Ordering here you may have to pay a double import tax.

I lost a part in the process of cleaning a trans. The only local shop couldn't help me and a lot of the other big name online sites where no help. This place had the part and the shipping was fast. Order arrived quickly. Customer support was quite knowledgeable and helpful. The only thing I would suggest is for the 46/47/48re that they include snap ring part #12864 in their kits as that part is often broken and should never be reused. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I can't tell you how great it was to go a shop and be treated so well. Being a woman shopping for auto parts, that's not been my experience in the past. But these guys are honest, respectful and helpful. It's a relief to know I'm not being taken advantage of for a change. What a breath of fresh air!!!! Thanks guys!

I have not recieved my parts yet so i cannot comment on the quality of the parts but i would just like to make a comment about the shipping..When shipping across the whole untied states, maybe y'all should check weather. You only offered one shipping option and it was by ground. Whyyyy would you ship from California allllll the way to Ny by ground when im sure you were well aware of the weather.Ppl need their vehicles, its bad enough the shipping time is over a week, but to have extra time added on because the only option was ground and the weather put it behind is bs. Just sayin

Decent quality parts, however purchased a transfer case kit that shows new snap rings in the kit and lists a full snap ring kit. When the parts kit arrived it did not have the snap rings and when speaking with the parts department I was told depending on the kit sometimes you get them sometimes you don't.

Back in April of this year, I purchased a transmission-specific rebuild kit from this company for my Ford T18 transmission. The kit arrived, neatly packaged and organized, but with wrong parts. By wrong parts, I mean bearings, synchros, and seals. There is a disclaimer for each kit stating that the bearing sizes may differ, so be cautious before ordering. I followed these guidelines and ended up ordering both size bearings. None of them worked. I used the old bearings that still had a little life left in them. I got everything rebuilt and put back together, then tested it. It would not shift into second gear. At first, I thought I did something wrong - then I realized the "key gap" in the new second gear synchro was a 1/4" wider than that of the original synchro. After uploading comparison pictures that detailed the exact problem and emailing and calling multiple times to explain my situation and come to a resolution, the customer service (Nick) was less than impressive. I thought I had gotten somehwere and was going to be able to receive a full refund, however, the "most" they could do was give me a "good" deal on further business with them. I had offered to return the kit, and I just wanted my money back but now I am out $110. Do not buy from this company if you can avoid it; they do not know how to handle their own products and even their customers.

The website says "In-Stock" 24 hours after they cancelled my order because they didn't have the parts to put the kit together. tried to leave a review about it on their site and THEY are REVIEWING MY REVIEW by their moderators! which means you're not able to leave negative reviews on their site about them or their stuff. 0-10, DO NOT SHOP HERE! they probably won't even have your parts, though their site says they do
