A definite 5-star experience! I ve been to Tire Cobbler numerous times and my experience is always the same: friendly and knowledgeable staff, quality service, great prices. Greg is an honest and integrous mechanic and I feel safe bringing my vehicles here. I definitely recommend the Tire Cobbler!

Was on a road trip up to Shasta when our tire pressure sensor went off. Pulled off the road and discovered a slowly deflating tire. Tire Cobbler was the closest shop. The staff were super friendly and 20 minutes later we had a repaired tire! Couldn't be more thankful that this is the shop we ended up at in our time of crisis. Also the name Tire Cobbler is very cute haha.

The Tire Cobbler is bar none the best shop I ve ever been to. Greg and all the guys are professional, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. Their pricing is beyond fair, and they ve helped me with not only my tires, but a variety of other services as well. Highly recommend! :)

From tires to simple alignment/ balance of tires, to full on suspension work this is the place to take your car!They go above and beyond what I ask of them are more than willing to work with you and explain everything they're doing. Pricing of services is more than fair and generally lower than any other place that I have compared them to with the work I've had done on my car.These guys really care and put pride in what they do wouldn't take my car anywhere else.Truly Lisa Bertagna

Had a very positive experience here, yesterday. Limped in on a tire about to blow, and they jumped right on it. Had two new trailer tires installed, and back on the road in less than 15 minutes.Very friendly employees.Fair prices.Would highly recommend.

On our trip down to California we urgently needed 2 back tires on a very tight schedule. Tire Cobbler fit us in right away and we were in and out in less 30 minutes. Very quick, professional and courteous.

Went to Tire Cobbler after reading the excellent yelp reviews. Reviews were right on. Shane was personable, friendly, and helpful. He set us up with a nice used set of 4 tires for our Chevy Suburban at a really fair and good price. Will definitely do all my future business with him. Go there, you will be happy you did. Shane and his crew always do a fantastic job. Fair prices, excellent service and friendly atmosphere. We own a fleet of trucks and they do all of our tire, brake and alignments keeping us on the road at all times.

Lifesaver! Got a flat tire on the freeway and the Tire Cobbler was on the exit I pulled off at they were able to get my tires changed and on my way in less than an hour. Great service nice people, couldn t ask for more.

The Tire Cobbler came highly recommended by more than one friend.I have taken my car in several times for service and for repairs and always receive prompt, friendly service from Shane, Leif and Greg, their mechanic. They explain the issues in a way I can understand, always give me a fair price and complete the work within the time promised. In my nearly 40 years of driving I've never taken my vehicle anywhere else and had the same degree of confidence in the quality of service I'll receive.

Shane and his crew always do an awesome job! Reasonable prices, quality work, and on time. They also do free tire repairs and balancing after the initial purchase. Highly recommend Tire Cobbler!

Started taking the work trucks there an my own truck. The whole staff is incredibly friendly knowledgeable. They always jump right on the task at hand I highly recommended tire cobbler

Went in for an alignment and my truck came back the same. Still pulls to the right and steering is looser towards the right. They didn't say anything was wrong with any steering components. So don't think they even aligned it. Before getting it alignment I had gearbox pitman arm idler arm and idler arm bracket replaced. Checked those and they are still stable. Truck was parked exactly where I left it when I went to pick it up. Don't think they did any alignment on it at all even though they charged for it! Would never go here again!

Shane is an incredible guy. Not being from the area I called several places and this was the only place that felt legit and genuine and wasn't gonna jerk me around and be fair. Upon going in he have me a Phenomenal price and excellent customer service. They got me in quick and did excellent work above what I expected. Do yourself a favor and have these guys be your place.

Had a slow leak in my trailer tire, it was 15 minutes before they closed and I had guided fly fishing all day on the Lower Sac, I was tired. Shane appeared from out beneath some auto and was so helpful, he acted like I was the first customer they ever had at their shop. Here I was so stressed out because I didn't have a spare tire. (Long story) He said no problem and then he appeared with a spare and a rim for future adventures, fixed my tire and charged me a MORE THAN FAIR PRICE FOR EVERYTHING. I was exposed folks, he could of taken advantage of me, you know what he said? "Jack, we're here to help people get down the road, this is what we do!" With a huge smile on his face. This was a miracle find, I never knew about this place, another resident told me to hurry and get down there. I was out of there in 10 minutes, i swear and it was an enjoyable experience and solved another problem at the same time. Don't even hesitate Cobbler's is the only place I will go from here on out. Shane, that was so nice of you, in a weary world where so many others wouldn't of cared, if I was Willy, I be giving you the Chocolate Factory you deserve it Charlie! BUY FROM TIRE COBBLER. Shane is an incredibly nice guy. He takes care of his customers and truly cares about your vehicle. Not only did I get great customer service I got the best deal in Redding. I quoted every tire place and Shane had the best deal on off-roading tires for my truck. I am a customer for life and trust me you will be too. Support local business and go to tire cobbler!

Shane is not an honest man. I bought my tires there and I take it in for balance and rotation accordingly but he says he's not going to cover my tires because I didn't take it in for the balance and rotate. 45 Thousand mile warranty and the tires didn't even last me 20 Thousand miles. Stay away

Shane at the Tire Cobbler Redding California store "Hands Down" is one of the most Honest, Sincere, Caring, Respectful, Kind, Professional, Knowledgeable, individuals we have met in a long long time.We were on our vacation from Seattle to Southern California and Arizona when our brakes started making a horrible noise, we pulled in to Redding looking for a brake shop.We stopped at a "well known" tire dealer/mechanic shop who quoted us for repair of only the rear brakes at an extremely high price, and they could not guarantee to do the job the same day which would mean an additional cost of having to spend a night in a hotel.We drove away considering our options, and we were recommended to the Tire Cobbler where we met Shane.Shane inspected and recommended to do all 4 brakes as the front brakes were paper thin and would not get us far, which we did not even know, and the other place never even mention that our front brakes were not safe and should be done also.Shane took the time to do a complete inspection for safety.He replaced all 4 brakes with 4 brand new disk brakes, brakes shoes, etc... for far less than what the popular place had quoted us for just the rear brakes only.Parts were delivered immediately and Shane did all 4 brakes within 2 hours as we waited in the waiting area. He took into consideration of our family being on vacation, and the price he charged us was unbelievably fair and much much lower than the well known store quoted us for only the 2 rear brakes.We have since driven over 4000 miles with NO worries or problems. We wish there were more people like Shane and his staff to help others when they need help the most. He could have taken advantage of our situation, but he DEFINITELY DID THE OPPOSITE!We can not thank him and his staff enough for all their kindness and help.We recommend Shane and Tire Cobbler to everyone.Thank you

My wife and I were looking for a new set of performance tires that met the speed requirements for our Jag F-Pace SUV. We received a quote from our regular go-to tire dealer which seemed high so my wife started calling around and reached Shane at The Tire Cobbler. After explaining what we needed, he suggested the Hankook RH 06 which ran $700 less than the Pirellis we were originally quoted. Our regular tire dealer tried to talk down the Hankook so I researched it and found excellent reviews. The tire has a 50k mile warranty and the shop offered free tire rotation and flat repair. They had to order the tires but they arrived quickly the next day. They were careful taking the tires on and off to protect the rims and we were in and out within 45 minutes. Their shop was clean and in a convenient and uncongested location which made parking easy. We re headed down to San Diego now for the holiday and the ride is smooth, quiet and the tires handle nicely! Shane was very nice to work with and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them for their product, expertise and service.

Super honest shop ! Almost every shop I've been to has tried to lie to make more money but this place was honest about a light I had on in my dash, that it wasn't anything that needed to be fixed. Will definitely bring my cars back here.

Just had unexpected tire trouble nearby and came in for the first time. They absolutely went above and beyond to help. GREAT customer service I'll be calling them for sure the next time I need tire service. I'm very pleased.

Shane is the best! I take my vehicle here for regular service and when or if I have a problem he is happy to make it right. I only had a problem 1 time with my air conditioner motor that they installed new. It just wasnt putting out the air that it should be. Shane got my car right in took care of the problem and I was a happy girl on my way with a air fan that blows like a tornado- in Shane's words. Thank you so much Shane for keeping me a happy customer! Definately recommend to others. Affordable, great work, excellent customer service, easy to work with.

Shane, the owner of the Tire Cobbler in Redding, CA and in Northshore Lake Tahoe, is a very dishonest business man. He blatantly lied to me and cheated me out the money we agreed on in a verbal deal. The money was significant. It was $850 in the beginning and we agreed on $500, now he says he didn't sell those tires that he tossed them out. I had them on my truck for 3 weeks, just 3 weeks. If he lied to me he will lie to you. That's what liars do, they lie. We had a deal . . . he lied to me about the outcome today and cheated on our agreement. I will NO LONGER deal with Shane or no longer recommend anyone I know to his shop here in Redding or his other business in Lake Tahoe. Ralph
