Paul and RTS Transmission are an owner and company that believes in doing the job right and standing by it afterward. Paul took care of all our transmission issues and went out of his way to make sure the issues were taken care of in their entirety. Our animals lives depend on our vehicles working properly and when our transmission failed Paul and RTS Transmission fixed it quickly and professionally. When we had an issue after getting the vehicle back Paul stood by his company s work and made sure it was taken care of. Paul and RTS Transmission are the epitome of an American Company that believes in taking care of their customers and doing things the right way. Paul Reed is my hero! He diagnosed and fixed my Superbee's transmission linkage problem on my way out of town in time for me to get it to Las Vegas to give to my son on his 30th birthday at his surprise party. Fantastic customer service with personal service!

I recently brought my 2014 Ram 1500 into their shop for a noisy transmission.They replaced the oil filter, fluids and performed some inspections.I just finished with a 1800 mile trip in the western US pulling a 30 travel trailer.No noise, pulled as if it were a new truck Thanks Paul and Mike Great job!

So we had a very bad malfunctionin out transmission while driving from Portland to San Diego with 4 women and 1 dog. It was pouring rain, and no one wanted to look at our car. Paul did answer the phone, told us to get there and he will help us. We limped our way there, took us an hour, Paul waited, looked at our car and fixed it. We managed to be on our way within an hour! He didn't only saved our lives that day, but he also followed up on us (he wanted us to call the next day lo tet him know we were OK). Paul is not only a great mechanic but also a wonderful person.
