Outstanding customer service. They are the best U-Haul dealer in town. So easy to work with and since they are a small family business, you get personal service and they are a long time local Redding family so their word means something. I got to talking with the owner and he has a ton of connections and customers and has worked on radiators big and small.

Highly recommend! I had a hard time finding anyone to help with my Tesla Model S radiator. Went to Rod's Radiator and 15 minutes later, repaired it for me! Everyone else said i needed to buy a new one, that there garbage. With Tesla, you could wait three months to get your part. Forget that, go to Rod's, hands down the best in town!

I came here to drop off a U-Haul trailer, not radiator work, but the woman at the front desk was so polite and friendly and so was her tiny pup who sat patiently in it s bed without making a peep. Mike unhooked my trailer and shook my hand and was friendly as well. Can t say much about their radiators but they sure are nice here.

Times may be tough for small businesses, but,I was given an $1125 quote to fix a brass radiator. Ended up buy a new BRASS radiator for under $300. That s tax and expedited shipping total. Being the only Radiator shop doesn t justify price gouging

My radiator gave it up on Hatchet mountain last Friday , After 2 1/2 hr. Wait on tow truck made it to shop @ 3 pm Rod s had a new radiator for my truck in stock. They had my truck repaired and ready to go by 4:30.Makes me feel good to know there s still shops out there willing to help stranded traveler !Fantastic peopleFantastic service

They have amazing customer service, Rod is more than generous, very knowledgeable and service was done very quickly. They are one of the good ones and I will be a return customer.

I replaced my radiator with these guys it was the price I expected and all seemed good until about 1 month later I got a bad radiator leak again so I called them and had to go back multiple times until they finally changed a plug that they should have replaced the first time I went. It s still been leaking and when I brought it in a guy came out using his phone flash light looked in there for less then a minute and said he didn t see a leak and my car wasn t over heating so it s fine. Well I had a mechanic friend look at my car and he said they didn t put things back on correctly and that it basically looked like they threw it in carelessly so it wouldn t fall out and called it good. I will never be going here again I don t have enough money to be throwing it away on people that don t do their jobs correctly the first time.

After accidentally ruining or new radiator, we took it to Rod and he really helped us out. He was up front and honest about everything and we really appreciated the kindness from him, his wife, and employees. They re good, honest, hardworking people. Thank you guys!

Excellent customer service and quality work.Had a radiator problem, Rod s found a new radiator immediately and had my car back to me within a short period of time. I highly recommend Rod s Radiator. A very positive experience!

I was in a bind, They got going found out my water pump went bad, got the part put it in and was back on the road in 4 hours. Since I have a F150 I went to the dealer first They had no time for me, didnt even look under the hood. I'm so greatful for Rod's plus I'm pretty sure I paid l 4x's less. I am very thankful greatful.

These guys were awesome. We were from out of town. Diesel overheating so I called them. They had us swing by, diagnosed it, and fixed it within 2 hours. Got us back on the road in a hurry. Such a lifesaver and their prices were more than reasonable. THANK YOU!!!!

Had leaks starting. Knew it had to be replaced. Checked out radiators locally and online planning on installing myself. Went to Rod's and he installed a rebuilt unit for less than my part price. While at it, they noticed a bad vacuum line for heater and fixed that for free. Years later cooling system is still good.

I have lived in Redding for 30 years and I have been a mechanic for even longer and when it comes to radiators especially custom radiators he has done it and it's my opinion they are the best for price quality reliability and time period
