I had my motor mounts change out a few years ago and one broke again. They charge me for all 4 mounts and to find out they did not replace all mounts. I do not recommend this place to anyone. One broke and was never changed out. It was factory. I did not even want to give them 1 star.

We've taken our vehicles to Robinett's many times now for smog...they are always honest and fair and we've had zero issues! We were referred to them from another local auto shop and are happy to have found them!

The guy in charge here is a true problem solver. I had a complicated issue where my 1978 vin was incorrectly registered to an enhanced smog area, but he got on the phone with the state and cleared it up, saving me a trip to the DMV, and more importantly correcting an issue that nobody else in Redding I spoke with was able to understand. Was finally able to get my smog completed.It means a lot to me when a business goes the extra mile to help its customers. I'll be returning here in the future when I need another smog or any other work for that matter.

These guys fixed my fathers car and he recommended them to me when my altenator went out. They were straight to the point about what was going on with the vehicle and polite. Because they were so busy the said it might take a week before they got around to it, which we said would be fine. They fixed the car in 4 days and inspected the vehicle for anything else that may be wrong. Everyone i know that goes here has told me of their solid work. I agree.

I have unfortunately not had the greatest experience with this company and feel taken advantage of. I never had problems with my SUV till I took it in for an oil change and tire rotation. They never fixed the problem and only wanted to keep charging me to find the problem. Also took their advice to grease my brakes paid to have it done then just recently went to put my own new brake pads on and found that the never did anything but still charged me. The front desk is super kind and friendly but the service is poor.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Can't say enough good things about this place and they didn't even get to work on my truck AND they had every reason & opportunity to be irritated with me.. But still treated me with kindness & respectI had it towed there late on a Sunday.. Then came back home to the coast in my other car and Forgot To Leave Them The Keys!! They gave me a super reasonable quote and then they ALLOWED me to leave my truck in their lot for several days knowing I was coordinating bringing back help to fix it myself to save $$... Who the heck does that?!The people at Robinett Auto, that's who.I am eternally grateful for them

This is only the second time I have used this shop for repairs, and while the first occasion was great, today was over the top. I wasn't able to get a ride to make my appointment and the owner ended up giving me a ride himself. While I imagine that isn't always possible, and it isn't a service offered, Rusty definitely won my loyalty. Plus they went above and beyond to fix a weird door issue which wasn't even the reason I brought it in. These guys rock and I will definitely be going again!

I've been a repeat customer of Robinett's for many years and many different vehicles. Their diagnostic work has always been spot on and the repairs trustworthy. They are friendly, personable and genuinely interested good auto repair and good customer service. They will always be my first stop for auto repair!

I was very impressed with my first interaction with the owner. I was sent by another owner of a 1955 Chevrolet. It was a very nice experience and I'm looking forward to having some additional experiences with them. It will probably be removing my original 6 cylinder from my 55 Chevy and putting a new LS type Motor Inn.

Very disappointed. We have been taking our cars to Robinett's for years. We made an appointment weeks ago for a $148.50 diagnostic test. They had the car all day so I called in the afternoon to check on it. The bare minimum had been done as they did not include the free inspection with our diagnosis until I asked for it. I am very unhappy as I explained upfront to Rusty that our child was going to learn to drive in this car.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

This is the second review I am writing on these guys because I have had such a great experience here. I took my truck into Robinett's after confusion at another repairs shop. Rusty, the owner has gone out of his way to be helpful and teach me about my vehicles. They also do something I really like. They give you a report of the work they performed and areas of the vehicle that may need repairs down the road. I appreciate this because I can make better financial decisions related to my vehicles with this information. I don't know much about other shops in town since I have only been here for two years, but this shop is the best I have found. Thanks for taking care of my Nissans.

These guys took in my 1981 Datsun Longbed Pickup with a bad carburetor and got it fixed when no one else could. Their price was reasonable and they took care of lots of little things that they didn't need to without charge. I highly, highly recommend them.

Great family owned company. I ve been using them for 20 years and I ve always been treated fairly and honestly. These guys can do anything to get you back on the road. Keep your vehicle driving and money local with this shop.

Highly skilled and knowlegable mechanics! Robinettes has resolved problems that stumped other mechanics at a better price and with an honest assessment. I wouldn't take my cars to anyone else and highly recommend them.

Replaced moter in my mom's car and she got less than 10,000 miles before it blew up. Diagnostic from Subaru stated that it was from a failer to tighten something in the timing belt area by whoever worked on it previously. Very poor performance would not recommend that anyone use their services. Search under Judson. 2010 Subaru.

I went to go get the car smogged. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Everyone I had contact with was super friendly. I will return next time I need a car smogged.
