I've been to a lot of car repair places, but the professionalism and knowledge of the people here really impressed me. They explained everything that needed to be done throughly and answered any questions with the utmost patience. Prices were lower than what I thought it would be, and service is fantastic. After just one interaction I will only be taking my car here!

This is my go to for all things alignment. They are knowledgeable and have never upsold me, for things I didn't need. We have been going here for years. If you haven't found a reliable shop, look no further - Redding Wheel & Brake will take good care of you! Their service is prompt professional and friendly! Had a 10:00 app. At 11:00 car was still in parking lot when I ask why guy rudely ask if I wanted my keys back,then said it was my fault because I should have made an earlier appointment. If you value your time don t go here

I had a very rare failure on my F-250. RW&B discovered the issue that other shops had missed. They worked with me everywhere they could to reduce the cost. They showed integrity and honesty at every point in the multi-visit process to figure out what was going on with the truck. I will use no other shop. Thank you Jeff and team!

My van had an obvious problem with a wheel bearing that was loud and grinding. I took it to a different repair place first and even after having it driven, diagnosed and gone for 3 days, they only listened to the front on a rack and couldn't find the problem so they blamed the noise in the front wheel on the transmission. So I wanted a second opinion and went to Redding Wheel & Brake. Within a few moments of a test drive they confirmed what I new was wrong and had my van back to me the next day. It was a night and day difference. No more grinding noise. It was silent as could be. Zack and Jeff were great! Very professional and nice to work with. They have my business from now on. Thank you so much for getting my van done so quickly!

My husband and I recently got our Expedition serviced here and we are so glad we did. Jeff, (not for positive if he is the owner/boss or not but his leadership aura is strong!) he took such exclamatory care of us and gave superb advice and tips on what to watch out for in our older vehicle. The other servicemen I encountered were also very kind and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend these guys more! Just take your car here already!

Had service done by another mechanic who found brake issue. So I went back to RW&B who serviced my initial brake change. They have been excellent to stand by their work. Fixed it as soon as the part came in.

Ever been to a repair shop, and gotten the dreaded call saying "You need new rotors because they are out of tolerance, your pads are all bad, your brake lines need to be flushed, and your sub-cylinders are dry rotted and need to be replaced too" even though your car is newer and has no noticeable brake issues? That will NEVER happen at Redding Wheel and Brake. If It's not broken or worn out, they won't try to make an extra buck by lying to you. I've been going to this place for years, and send my wife and son there too. They are always willing to squeeze you in if you have an urgent issue and the prices are reasonable. Five star service.

They did a good job on the alignment at a reasonable price, but when I got my car back there were a couple noticable paint scratches on the driver's side door that definitely weren't there before. I know this type of thing happens sometimes when you leave your car at the mechanic, that's life and you can't expect them to pay to fix it, but they'd have gotten 5 stars instead of 3 if they had been more careful with my car. Besides that, my experience was just fine.Service: Wheel alignment

I have had numerous cars. I am relatively new to Redding and find them to be among the best automotive shops in the area. The owner knows his business. I highly recommend them.

I usually work on my own vehicles because I don't trust mechanics but i needed a wheel alignment. They got me in same day, fair price. What really got me was listening to the service writer on the phone while I was waiting to check out. It was a female that was concerned with the cost of repairs that she needed I'm assuming she had been in for a quote prior since the tech knew what parts she needed. Not only did he go above and beyond by offering to source used parts for her to save money but he asked "do you want us to take care of everything or just make it safe" he wasn't pushing unneeded repairs. I would definitely send someone I care about to this shop to have work done and know they are in good hands.

Amazing customer service And very knowledgeable. It's hard to find a good shop now a days and this is where I'll be taking all of my wheel and brake problems from now on. Jeff and his son Zach are absolutely amazing

My Tacoma was making a weird sound after installing a leveling kit and they got it all figured out and fixed the issue. I thought it would be an expensive fix but they are super affordable and have really reasonable prices! Really friendly staff too I would definitely recommend this place! They do have some what of a wait but that s only because of how good they are, they re definitely worth the wait!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment

Without a doubt, my best experience with an auto shop! Jeff went above and beyond in helping troubleshoot an issue I had with my FJ Cruiser. We had our brake light come on just north of Redding as we were starting a trip cross country. We pulled into their place, they ordered the part, made the repair, and got us on our way in just a couple of hours!!! I was so happy they were able to accommodate us and at how speedy they were. This is my second time coming back to this shop and I m very pleased with the work they do. Jeff is so nice and great customer service. He got me right in with no appointment and didn t drain my bank account. He is very knowledgeable and super friendly. I give this shop 5 stars. Great job everyone that works there.

I went in this morning with no appt. When I walked in Darrin greeted me. I told him what was going on and he was able to get me right in due to a cancellation. He came out and explained what it looked like and what they wanted to do. Very minimal. Jeff talked to me and also made me feel very comfortable. I was so impressed that they didn't charge an arm and a leg for a bunch of unnecessary testing. My brakes seem to be working fine again.

This is a good honest and knolegable mechanic, I have been using them for anything suspension and brake related for over 15 years. Jeff is like having a friend fixing your car but better.

My 2011 4Runner had leaky shocks. Les Schwab and my normal mechanic couldn't do it since it's a tricky deal on this model. Jeff and his team found a work around that saved me a bunch of money and they got it done on time.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

Super happy with this business I have a 1988 F150 and the Fords are notorious for having the wheels do weird stuff when you backup not only did they get my alignment correct on my lifted truck but it no longer does that when I put it in reverseService: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

What a great place. These guys treat you right and get the job done correctly. They are willing to answer your questions and give you advice, even if they don't get the business with the info they are giving you. Will be taking my cars back to them.

I totally trust these guys. Their prices are very reasonable (they were more than $100 less than a well-known auto shop, for the exact same work,) and they actually told me my vehicle did NOT need work that yet another auto shop had recommended.
