Well, they did it again. This is my second review. Quote from Steve, I m more concerned about the customer and the repair than getting paid. I had my boat trailer repaired last year due to friction fire on my way to lake Shasta. Wanted to get further repairs done and updates so I can pull a double behind a fifth wheel. Could have done it in Bakersfield but chose to pull trailer separate and bring boat trailer back here for the work. Steve and his team didn t let me down. The work was over 50% less than the phone estimates I got in Bakersfield. Everything was completely explained and done as promised! Worth the drive!I am a drop in the bucket job for what they usually do (over $10k jobs) but treated as if I m their biggest fleet customer!!

Steve is wonderful as are the rest of the crew here.I had an emergency lighting issue with my trailer and they got it up and running in record time.I can't thank Redding Trailer Center enough.

Above and beyond. Delivered a trailer to a customer that didn't meet their specs. Contacted Redding to see if they were able to help. They did a fantastic job and also helped our driver pick up the trailer once it was completed. Highly recommend.

Needed a trailer hinge while between loads with only a few hours to spare. They got me in and out in an hour. Clint did an excellent job. Thank you everyone.

Went to there shop today looking for help with a,boat trailer hub. Steve was right on it had his crew replace the bearings in a flash. Will be bringing the boat back to have all the wheels done . Great old fashion service was very impressed . Haven't had service in Redding like this in over 35 years.. thanks guys. Lou Torres

I called up and Spoke with Steve Kingston the service writer. He asked how he could help. I told him we had a Pintle hook ball combo, that the shaft was to long on the ball and it needed to be shorter in order for the arm to lock into place. He said he needed it for 24 hours to make it work. Well he called me back in an hour and said it's all repaired and ready to go. The staff there is help full and eager to help. Just a nice professional business.

Super impressed with their timeliness and service. They fixed things that we'd just dealt with, and got our horse trailer trip worthy in about a day on last minute notice. They gave it the once over and fixed things that we had either just dealt with or forgot to mention when we dropped it off. Very happy with the repairs, their service, and the price. Would recommend to anyone who needs work on their trailer, and if we're every back through Redding with the trailer, we'll bring it by.

Very professional, very knowledgeable, and concerned for the needs of the driver.I came in with a big job, a very poorly maintained trailer I had just purchased, that had a load on it. Their team made sure the job was done, and done well before their closing on Friday so I wasn't stuck there all weekend. They even found other issues I wasn't aware of yet.Because of their actions I was able to start heading home to unload and get a thorough examination done by my normal trailer shop back home.10/10, would definitely recommend their services.

Our trailer brakes went out midway on our trip, so we gave them a call when we were in Redding on our way home to the coast. They were able to take us right in and check them out. They noticed our springs were broken and located the cause of the short. They had all the parts on hand & were able to replace the brakes and springs on the spot. The technician was skilled & the service was friendly & efficient. We would definitely go back if needed.

We have a 40' 5th wheel trailer and shortly after leaving home for our vacation on the Oregon coast we lost the brakes of our trailer. We drove to the Camping World in Anderson and they said they were busy. They suggested we call Redding Trailer Center. I called and spoke with Steve and told him of our problem. He said bring it right in. When he arrived he found the problem. He pulled one of his employees, named Clint, off another job and had him repair our broken brake fluid line. We were also having some issues with newly installed oil bath bearing on the front axle. Oil was leaking down the rims. He pulled both wheels and found that the plastic see through nut had not been tightened when installed. He torques both nuts, added oil, and steam cleaned the wheels. I'm sure we would have had major bearing problems if Steve hadn't seen and repaired this issue. Steve told me that he doesn't like seeing anyone's vacation being ruined. The repair cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend Redding Trailer Center. Thank you Steve and Clint for saving our vacation.

Found these guys on the Google machine. Read the reviews and if the reviews were true, these were the peeps for me.Steve was the guy that helped me and went above and beyond the call of duty. Not only did a fantastic job repairing my trailer but also trouble shot shots problem with my boat that I was going to have to wait 5 weeks to have it looked at at Harrison's Marine. I highly recommend this company. Steve was awesome.

It is always wonderful and amazing when you find a company that operates on the same basis you run your own on. Taking care of the customer, especially out of town customers. That s what Redding Trailer did for me. Traveling from Bakersfield to Shasta, stuck when my bearings gave out. I was going to bring it back into town and Steve said, We ll just get it done right now! Everybody was amazing, detail oriented, customer focused and friendly. Wish they were in my town but blessed they were where I needed them.

We were stranded on the Hwy on our move to Idaho and got towed to RTC to repair our boat trailer that had lost a tire and rim down to the axel. They took us ASAP and got us on our way. They did an excellent job, and the price was exce too. Couldn t give them enough stars! Steve was awesome! Thanks!!!!

A+Took my dump trailer there to get the brakes working. Steve and JJ? Were fantastic. They got my trailer diagnosed and fixed in about 30 minutes. Good service and great price.

Thanks so much for helping me with my Travato Promaster RV. These guys quickly looked at my battery connections and determined why I had been stranded. They took care of the problem at no cost and with no appointment. Would give them 6 stars if I could.

Steve and JJ at Redding Trailer are truly awesome. They went above and beyond to get us back on the road after the springs on our fifth wheel trailer broke.We were traveling thru on our way south when we noticed the springs dangling. Called and Steve had us bring it right in for repair... back on the road in less than 3 hours. They evenworked with our insurance company to reduce our out of pocket costs. 5 stars isn't enough. Thanks Guys.

Out of towner looking for parts for daughter in law's stock trailer. Their service was excellent, and extremely knowledgeable, I am a frequent visitor and will do business again. Fair, knowledgeable, friendly, tops in my book.

On our way from Seattle to SanDiego our 5th wheel fried a wheel bearing. Stranded on the side of I-5. None of Good Sams towing providers would touch us.Steve from Redding Trailer Center came out after hours, chained up our axle, followed us the 15 miles back to their shop. They r&r'd the bad bearings, brake shoes that got destroyed, cleaned and repacked the other 3 hub sets as well all by noon the next morning. For a very reasonable price! With NO charge for the roadside assist.Thanks again Steve and crew! (Hopefully you've recovered from quick blast of the train horn!)
