Incredible service. We were on a rescue mission from Washington state. The truck needed 2 front tires before we loaded the 12,000 pound truck onto the trailer.They were open on a Sunday. Greeted us with a smile. They found me a spot to park my 50 foot rig so that we did not need to un hitch the trailer. They brought the jack's out to my rig. We were finished and on the road in 20 minutes.The price was very good for what was purchased.Very pleased and thankful for finding Redding Tires and Wheels

I rarely write business reviews but this one I just had to share. I was headed up to the Trinity area a couple of weeks ago, when I got my SECOND flat tire of my trip which started in the SF Bay Area. This happened on a Saturday at 4:30 pm. I was unable to wait for AAA due to the unbearable heatwave that was happening (it was 115 in Redding, and AAA said it would be a 3+ hour wait due to heat related incidences). I called every big name tire shop in Redding, Big O, etc., to try and purchase a tire and not one human picked up my call. I came across Redding Tire and Wheels and Mohammad ANSWERED the phone, helped me with the correct tire size I needed, and STAYED open for me and my family past their regular business hours. He and his dad actually waited for me to arrive with my car and changed all four tires while I waited, which took about an hour past their closing time! I cannot express my appreciation enough! Thank you Mohammad for being professional, knowledgeable, and kind. If anyone reading this needs tire service, please bypass the big names and call Redding Tire and Wheels!! I could not be more grateful! Ten stars!!

Hands down best price and professionalism I ve received from a small business owner in a long time. Transparency. Honesty. Wholesome. Kind. Family man. And goes the extra mile to make sure you receive top quality. It is clear as day that this man runs his business with his heart as I m sure he lives his life. No need to search anywhere else. When you ve got this man taking care of your car? You can trust that not only your cars in good hands but your family s safety is too!I will be back.

We stopped in on our way North for a simple problem with tire pressure display showing high PSI. The owner and also the handy helper were terrific and helped us right away, we were so thankful for their professionalism and kindness

Amazing service! I got a tire that was completely deflated on my way to work. They replaced the tire and checked my tire pressure on all tires. It was fast, efficient and friendly service. I will be back and recommend to everyone I know!

Excellent service, good quality service , friendly customer service aswell... the worker here knowing i was communicating back to chico stayed over and assisted me got my tires changed so I can get back home safety...affordable price...highly recommend will mostly definitely return

Well I am really glad to find such a place where they put in the extra distance to make sure your leaving there and with new tires at great prices and I could not have asked for better service then what he gave me he really was one of the nicest and straight forward people I have met and I would recommend his services to anyone who wants to be treated with class , thank you so much really appreciate your business and would come back again

I bought a set of new tires last year and they came with a five year warranty but my tires are already bald, I took them and they said my alignment was bad but I did my alignment 6 months ago and I showed them the paperwork, they refused to help me. Now I have to go buy new tires again. DO NOT BUY TIRES HERE!!!

They sold me bad quality tires and then refused to help me even though I have a warranty. It hasn t even been a year and I have to buy new tires. I just lost $600 dollars plus the cost of new tires
