Long time customer, first time reviewer. Point S is the best! They are always helpful, always fair in price and always great at communication. I ve generally dealt with Kelly & Ron consistently over the years. Both are very nice and friendly. I can t say enough good things about this place and their oil changes are the best deal in town. Also, the women s bathroom is top notch! Can t speak for the men s but you can tell a woman put some thought into decorating it and keeping it clean!

The most honest, courteous and knowledgeable auto shop I have ever been to. I ve been coming here for a few months and have been very satisfied with the service. Highly recommend this place if you re looking for a reputable auto repair shop

They found and fixed a problem I have been chasing for 2 years on my truck within one day! They do amazing work with very fair prices too. Kelly was very professional and friendly, I highly recommend bringing your vehicles to point s tires!

I had a lift installed through them they have never done a lift on my type of car but they did it anyways. Couldn't be happier everyone there is super nice and the place is clean. I tell everyone to go there.

Just purchased and had installed a new set of tires from Point S tire in Redding. Still a good places for tires and oil changes. Great price on a nice looking set of tires for my Accord. Not name brand, but at a price I liked.

I don't ever post reviews, but Ron and the owner at point s tire in Redding are the absolute best. We purchased a travel trailer at camping world and they were going to install a hitch on our van to tow it, but we needed a receiver put on first. Point S did the install for us and they were very fast getting us in and getting it done. We went back to camping world to finish everything, after they had our van for almost 2 days they informed us that they couldn't do it because it was too close to the bumper. We went back to point s and Ron looked at it to see what they could do for us. They are now going to be doing all the work even though they normally don't do that. Thank you so much point s and especially Ron and owner for all you have done. You guys are great! So helpful and very friendly! I highly recommend them.

I don t usually write reviews but I had to change that for Point S Redding!My van had a coolant leak and I was on my way back to Canada when I noticed the leak.I called on a Friday evening after they had closed and left a voicemail.They called me first thing on Saturday morning and said they couldn t repair it on Saturday but they would be able to look at it.I took the van over and they were able to verify the water pump was leaking and they could fix it on Monday.They gave me a very reasonable price and fixed it ahead of schedule on Monday giving me more time to get home.The service advisors were all very friendly and knowledgeable. I can t recommend this shop enough and if I m ever back in Redding with car troubles I know where to go!

Don and his crew are fantastic. They always make sure my vehicle is safe. I always have a great experience. I will continue to take my vehicles to Point S because they are honest and cost for repairs are fair and usually can be done quickly.

Great service. Always happy with what they've done. New battery and new tires from there. Tires aired up when needed and tire puncture repaired for free.

Don & Dan both work the front counter and are knowledgeable and helpful. Prices a very competitive and the have a full service mechanic shop that I've used for oil change to timing belts, water pumps, serpentine belts, fuel filters and more. Tire shop service is great and they set me up with some excellent wearing Falken tires for my diesel that have worn excellent and been on the truck for about 35k miles already with plenty of tread still left.

They are awesome! I took my jeep there for an alignment. I paid another shop almost double and they couldn't get it right with my lift kit. This place was fast and friendly i would recommend them for anyone looking for honest and helpful staff that is professional. Thanks point S im 1 happy customer

I received a new set of Good Year tires that was much needed. The staff was so helpful. Greatful for this place. When in town I will definately return

A vehicle was dropped off knowing that some tires needed replacement and the vehicle was long overdue a tire rotation. I relayed this to the front desk. I also asked that a maintenance check be done so we could fix any overlooked problems. Thus, I was suprised when 2 messages were left stating the vehicle was ready for pickup without any of them stating they needed approval to put on new tires and the truck needed a new filter.However the next morning at pick up I was told the truck needed a filter change and that the rotation was not done because the tires were too bald to legally do so.I asked why this was the first time I heard about these deficiencies. I then got to listen to the Representative explain to me why it was my fault that no messages were left requesting that I call back to approve further work on the vehicle. Additionally, it would be 2 days before they got the filter to replace the faulty one. I decided to take the truck elsewhere for further work.The other business I took the truck to that same day was able to complete all needed maintenance and repairs, sell us 2 new needed tires, discovered the brakes needed relining, and reline the brakes that same day. This was all accomplished with messages and phone calls with updates on findings and progress whether or not we spoke directly to customer service.On a positive note, the price for the oil change at Point S was average for Redding.

I just bought a brand new work vehicle and dropped it off with Point S to have them install a partition wall. The service, was second to none! Ron ordered what I needed and it was at the store the very next day. I dropped my vehicle off at quarter to 5 that day and before 10am the next day I got a call saying my partition wall was installed. Fair price, quality service, and excellent staff at Point S Redding! I will definitely be back!

Was in town for a double-funeral. Had a nail in my tire causing a slow leak, and one of my brake lights went out. They pulled the nail and patched the tire free of charge, saying: "having a nail in your tire is enough bad luck." I asked about a replacement bulb cost - I was going to replace it myself, but when I went to pick it up, they had already done it - and only charged me for the price of the bulb. I appreciate the customer service and the attitude. I own property in Redding so I will give them first crack at any car service I need when I am in the area. A big thank you!

Check engine light was on and thought maybe the air filter was old and they took it out to see without charging me a dollar. Also ran the code for me which turned out to be a turbocharger issue. Also has free water!!

Outstanding customer service. Very knowledgeable staff. I have purchased multiple sets of tires from them as well as leveling kit and bed liner. All work has been great and efficient. ThanksWon't go anywhere else.

Excellent service, good sales representatives, Don was very helpful and even recommended a zero percent intrest credit payment plan to spread out the cost of replacing my tires. It is certainly a professional and effective business.

My experience with Point S has been nothing but amazing. I've had oil changes done here, as well as flats fixed and with both services I have no complaints. In fact the flat they fixed for free. Where can you find that done for free now a days, no where in Redding that i can find. And believe me I called around and asked. I like their oil change service because you can choose your oil grade. If you want 10/30 oil in your car(and your engine is ok with it) they will put it in. Other oil change places I've gone to won't do that because they only have 2-3 drums of oil open and if its not the grade you want they will charge you per quart to use that grade on top of the regular fee they charge for the oil change. So to sum it up Point S offers excellent customer service when other places don't.
