Wow! Great customer service. Thank you, Christina! After searching the net myself for what seemed like forever, I contacted Outboard Center and Christina went out of her way to find the oil filter I needed for my outboard. We took our boat to Harrison marine and RV only to be ripped off! Took our motor back 7 times with nothing changing. We ended up taking our motor here and they replaced the carburetor that Harrison was paid to do.. now its been 2 years with our motor running like a pro.. glad these guys were honest, they even showed me the stock carburetor that came with the mercury 9.9. Awsome place to get work done on your outboard and inboard motors , christine and the staff were excellant , they helped me with some repairs and prep my boat for sale and even had the water ears on the boat as they allowed me to meet the buyer at her business and for him to test start and see all was well with the engine and boat. He was so happy I'm sure he will be coming back to her if he has any issues , I would highly recommend this business, well run and managed , and they didnt try to get every dollar, as some shops have done to me in the past. I would say start here ,when looking for a solid repair shop .

I have a 1982 Gregor boat with a Johnson 35 hp and I took it to them to go through the boat and they replaced to water pump. Took it out for a ride and it was missing. Took it back and got me in right away and took care of the problem. Great service.

The "grumpy old man" is actually quite a nice fellow. We got into a discussion about old 2 stroke motors, which he has quite a few in his shop. As far as messy or filthy, this is farthest from the truth. I would say he's a collector, and would be the first person I'd go to to get 2 stroke outboard parts. I went there to purchase a carb kit for my '85 Johnson, which he had in stock. The others had to order that item, which is inconvenient for me because I'd like to hit the lake this weekend. When I'm in need for parts for my outboards Outboard Center will be my first choice.

Company seems to know what they're talking about. Are there is an older man there who is very picky very stuck in his ways. So you have to worry that you won't rub them wrong way LOL . But he really seems to know his stuff. I should probably just give him four stars because of his attitude. But eat really does know his stuff.
