Amazing costumer service. Got a battery installed in a couple of minutes. My car was making other noises and the associates were more than happy to help to try and see if they knew what the issue was. Honestly they went above and beyond. They were super transparent with prices and willing to help thank you to Travis and his other coworker associate! I recommend this location!

I called the store and spoke to James Hughes about ordering some brakes and rotors for my Toyota 4runner. I told him I needed midgrade brakes of the 3 options provided. I specified I needed a full set front and rear. He tells me to come on down and he will have it all ready to go for me. I arrive and James pulls everything up in the system and I reiterate this is for a full set front and rear mid grade brakes. He assures .e it is correct. I pay for the parts and he helps me load the parts up. I get to the shop and my mechanic asks where my front rotors are. Long story short, had to return all of the parts to my card and recharge my card $400 because he screwed up. At this point I am fuming as well as having my wife pissed because $300 I was charged previously is in limbo of hitting our bank account. It took 5 business days to receive the refund tying up our money instead of James doing the right thing and to manually override the prices on the rotors and getting us on our way. I will not do business with them until James Hughes is terminated.

Wonderful and very helpful service!! Excellent customer services and great prices very reasonable and cheaper than others auto store places in town!! Shout out to one of worker there he's very friendly and helpful. I'm very grateful for he's service by helping me out with my car battery today... I am so very grateful especially bc I had my young baby with me.

Giving this location only two stars because I found what I needed. I said hello to the employee when we walked in. I located what I needed since he offered absolutely no a knowledge meant or help. I figured out how to replace the part I needed again without help. He took our money and that was it. No customer service whatsoever. Maybe he was having a bad day. Hope it s bette r

Called the store to check if they had snow chains, Jerry answered and he had them ready for me when I went into the store. He went above and beyond and showed us how to install them, and even checked weather, road conditions and route alternatives! Definitely 5 star service.

Very knowledgeable staff, willing to help people like me that don't always know what to ask for when addressing car issues. If you buy windshield wipers they will install them for you.O'Reilly's staff will also be able the time to bring out their ODBC reader out to your vehicle to read the codes that prompt your engine warning light, so that you'll have an idea of what is going on; whether it's a part you can buy and replace yourself, or if you'll need to see a mechanic. But knowing something about what's going on before you see your mechanic can be half the battle right there!

We would like to give a big shout out to Dean, the assistant manager for his care and service. We are on a long winter trip and discovered an antifreeze leak and with his help and advise we were able to get it resolved without too much trouble. Thank you so much!!

Don't go here for parts. Bunch if grumpy a holes on the counter who can't give you the right info at all. 1 smells like he's drunk 24/7 this is hands down the worse parts store. Rather go to napa and deal with them...

Great service! Solomon was friendly and quick to offer assistance with replacing my rear wiper blade. The store is clean organized and well stocked. Recommend for your cars needs.

Mostly a good store with what you need to take care of your car, but apparently customers are an inconvenience. I was purchasing something when the associate helping me held off on giving me my change so he could go into the back and fetch a printout he was looking for. I am all for multi tasking but not at the cost of the customers time. I hate feeling like a bother when I am the customer paying for a purchase.

My visit was quick yet an excellent experience. There was no line front of me. I was greeted kindly and professionally. The representative asked the right questions and figured quickly what I need. He offered plenty of options to choose from and explained the differences well. He also installed my windshield wipers in seconds. Thanks.

A water hose connector broke on my dad's 2012 Yukon. The employees were very helpful and professional, and cut the bad crimped end of the hose, and even reached in to disconnect the broken connector where it was very tight and visibility was limited.They helped my dad get the right parts to fix it afterwards. Very pleased with the service and felt the crew went above and beyond to help.

Stopped in for new battery a few weeks ago. Didn't expect the outstanding service I received. Dean went above and beyond and helped with the sale and replacement of my battery, and also took the time to fix a separate battery glitch that effected the ignition. Customer service at this location was supreme! Thank you O'Reily's! Definitely will be back.

The employee I talked to helped me find a similar part to the one I came in to get (their system showed that they had the part but it wasn t in the right location, possibly shoplifted). I bought the similar part and the employee told me to hang on to the receipt. I tried the part and it didn t fit, and I was able to return it and get my money back. The employee offered to order the part or look up a different location that had it in stock. Very nice and helpful, thank you!

Clayton at the Dana Dr. location was so helpful in helping me return my snow chains that I never needed. I forgot the receipt (shame on me) but he was able to look it up and helped me find it so I could get my refund. Clayton rocks! Thank you so much for your help :)

Worst customer service that I have ever experienced. The guy Brian needs a lesson on customer service. I been dealing with oreillys a long time across the US, I deal with them because they are usually exceptional. But not Brian. However I went down the street 3 miles and I found yet again amazing service. Skip the one on Dana drive and go on down to the next one.

Really great service from the guys here this evening, particularly from Jeff. We arrived in the dark on a Sunday. He was more than happy to come out to our vehicle and have a look for us. Turned out to be a fuse. Saved us a good few bucks. Much appreciated.

This place has any and everything auto, it really doesn't matter what you are looking for because O'Reilly 's has it or can order it and it will be able to get picked up in a day or two. The prices are normally lower than the competitors prices as well. Great place and a must visit place as well. Love this place..

This location was my family's travel angels. We were camping from out of town and were experiencing car issues. Very thankful for the patience and kindness of the staff to identify my battery issue and to help install a new battery.
