They have great parts ... But the service I received was lacking .. no concern about people waiting in line and gabbing forever the customers . .and when got part wouldn't match a price in same county ... And literally tried to double charge me for part and core and when I said why you double charging me .. he couldn't see it on the screens when was plain as day to me .. and when I said why you charging me 150.00 for a 50 dollar part he finally got it and said oops . . . And he was very confused about the brake part . . But not all them were that way some were very helpful . Think I had someone special ?

I was quoted 64.99 over the phone by the manager for a tool to be rented out, I got to the store and it was $450 to rent it. However, I was pleasantly surprised when they returned the rental deposit within 3 days, and I bank online with Chime.If you need your money back immediately, I highly suggest you rent the tools out with cash but if you don't, again... I got my rental money back pretty quick.

Will give my business there way anytime and have to say the help was awesome and so refreshing to have service like they showed to me and thanks for putting on my windshield wipers in rain storm really appreciate you guys . Wish all stores had the same kind of workers but it is slowly changing day by day where we service our selfs . What's funny some places want us to tip them and they don't even try to earn it they just expect it for doing absolutely nothing at all , crazy . Well this place service is totally free but hey can always help one out if you feel they deserve it

They price matched for a battery, saving me 50bucks. .. and gave me a little bolt I needed to install the part because the one in the old unit sheered off while trying to replace it in the parking lot... very nice gentlemen...lots have changed in the last 5years

I was just traveling through and needed some windshield wipers. The staff was super nice and helpful, and they actually had wipers that fit my old Toyota pickup. Every time I go to O'Reilly's the staff is really nice.

These folks always really decent and polite and actually call you when the parts or items are in~ they don t tell you to go order on Google because they don t want you to order at another shop- or make you feel like you re a hassle if you re not sure the terminology- pretty patient and interested in listening to your auto issues.. recently Matthew was a good dude to us. I m not auto savvy- and I have a new driver in my family so it s reassuring to go to a busy trusting shop that isn t petty or belittling it s worth a try

I love O'Reilly's because you can ask them almost anything and if you're not sure what they're talking about they will come out and actually show you to the best of their ability they will do free OBD readings and pronounce they're very good at returning parts if you get the wrong one or something that doesn't work right some of their stuff's a little overpriced but everything's overpriced these days I have had absolutely no complaints and I use them for almost all of my automotive needs

By far the best auto parts store in redding. Their prices are the best and their staff is very knowledgeable. What I like the most is that their staff doesn't condescend me when I ask a question even if it's a stupid question. These guys are are always honest and straightforward. I've had to return a few parts and never had a problem doing so. All in all they're a great company and they have saved me copious amounts of money.

Never had I chance to get to know em here. But things are clean. Organized. And on point. Mostly did my laundry next door. Was a dark time near the end. Did some parking lot sitting. Never got any complaints. Instead got a few questions of concern. The o'reilly's crew willing to help another out. Pointed me in the right direction to rebuild my big block by the lake. Thanks even though I never knew your names.

Shopping for my auto needs at O'Reilly's on Lake blvd has been a pleasant event. They're very friendly and willing to help, there have been times where I don't know the name of the part and David along with his coworkers have gone beyond my expectations to help me locate the parts. Thank you!

I do not like having to return items due to incorrect part application. It would not be a big issue but i live 25 miles from the store. I understand the counter staff not knowing everything about a 1990 vehicle but even with the aid of their computer they still mess it up. So much for store loyalty i m going to shop elsewhere from now on.

Always very helpful staff and knowledgeable My car is all leather and I'm getting a little wear on my steering wheel and I don't want to have to deal with replacing it so I was looking for a cover that didn't make it feel too much different than it already did because I like to have fun and drive aggressive with it around corners and etc found the right cover everything and yeah always great customer service and I'm going to keep coming back not just at this location but the Reading one as well next in and out hell I went there today to change the steering wheel cover I got to a different one and they didn't have a problem with it even though I didn't have a receipt or packaging just as long as I had my phone over on file they were cool

I have used these guys for years, since they were Kragen's.Always helpful, knowledgeable staff. Usually have quality parts in stock.Pricing used to be the lowest around, now well just call it "competitive".Great parts store all in all

Quoted me $65, got me through the door. $126 when I got there. Said I was quoted on rotors, but I was after wheel bearing assemblies. Describes them in great detail and was assured that we were on the same page. Want to support local jobs, but I wont pay over double the price to do that. The same brand wheel bearing assembly is coming from an online vendor for less than half the price with shipping.

Called ahead of time to see if they had some small part. They answered the phone quick, less than a minute for an answer. At the store same thing, helped me find it and rang it up about 3 minutes, plus answered questions.

Could improve customer service. But they were very very busy so I understood. But the guy seemed very short and uninterested when explaining my situation .Update: just went in again for windshield wipers. Husband asked for help 3 times while all employees sat around talking about non car related things. Prices were high when they finally showed him asked zero questions to break down what we needed(sizes) so we walked out and went to AutoZone next store. Immediate better customer service and prices. In and out in 3 minutes while we sat at O'Reilly for 7+ minutes and didn't even receieve the simple help we needed.

Returned new fuel pump that they said was used this is funny cuz I never even took it out of the packet find the app after a few minutes is going back and forth they did return my money to me but then admitted that they must have sold me a used fuel pump pretty incredible but it all worked out that's the one of the guys that work there he knew me quite well and knew I wouldn't do anything like that. And because of this would have had a lifetime warranty.

Grate visible location. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean and polished store. Well stocked and pleasently air conditioned. Lots of customers but very low waiting time to speak of. Overall a very pleasant experience and am deffinately going to do it again.
