We were having a rough day after our battery died on the way to church. After getting a jump from AAA and stopping long enough to visit folks after church, we headed to O'Reilly's on the way home. Recent health issues make us tire easily, and Ramar assisted us in getting a new battery. Despite the inconvenient battery placement in our vehicle model, he patiently worked away at getting the new one in so we could be on our way with peace of mind that our vehicle would start. Ramar made a really hard day easier, and we truly appreciate him going above and beyond.

Wanting to give a shout out to extended customer service from Jake the store manager. Last week I was in a dilemma, having had to call AAA, and he kept it light, and very professional. He made me feel like my being in his store, and how he could best help me was all that mattered to him. This week he gave that extra customer care to help me again. He is an awesome gentleman. Thank you Jake. I appreciate you, and your kind & thoughtful service

Went in for some stop leap cause I have a bad radiator and I'm trying to get through til I can get it replaced. Clayton helped me find the best option, in his opinion. Which was stop leak radiator tablets. While there, I decided to have him check out a break light but I couldn't get into the hatchback and he showed me another way in. awesome, knowledgeable, personable! Great employee!

I went in there for some help getting some oil for my car. Zack looked up my make and model and found exactly what i needed. He was very well mannered and had very good knowledge of the products. He has the best customer service in this location and will be traveling the extra 10 minutes just to make sure I always get what I need!

The O' riley's has been good with customer support and having the items I needed. One day a few months back the lady of the counter was rude but it was more of just a attitude instead of saying something particular but other than that this has been a pretty solid store.

The whole staff is knowledgeable, friendly, surprised everyone knows your name. What I ordered water pump, plugs, wires, Oil filter, five quarts of Oil, Antifreeze, did I like? Not really, I can think of a lot of other stuff I could have spent those hard earned dollars on. I certainly didn't enjoy wrenching them off, then back on. Only to realize nothing recommended & replaced solved the issue. Many $$$ spent & the issue was still Alive & Kicking. The atmosphere relaxed,

Zack is the best! Helped me so much, I knew nothing about what part I needed for the computer in my Jeep and he helped me figure out which one I needed and gave me a quick run down on how to install. Won t go anywhere else

Counter person Jose I found to be extremely rude. He gave me the price of item I was inquiring about and when I quoted the Auto Zone price for price matching he told me "yea well they probably have them in stock too" and closed his computer screen.. His tone and actions left me confused as to why he didn't work for Auto Zone.

The people at this store don't know how to read the computer let alone know the part you're asking for. However the O'Reilly's in Anderson is top-notch the employees there have experience with he has it and they can listen to what you're asking for they will find the part whether they sell it or not Anderson O'Reilly is the best.

Service was great. The guy dropped what he was doing to help me find the right light bulb and rang me out so I didn't have to wait for the next available register.
