Wow this company is amazing! I was getting my house painted and the painter broke my sliding glass door. I called several places in Redding and they wouldn t come out for several weeks. I called Nicolet and they were able to come out only a few days later. They gave us a quote that was by far the cheapest quote we had gotten and they were able to fix my slider the same day! Max and Kit were super friendly and nice! They did a great job! Very happy with this company.

Nicolet glass are great to work with! Great prices, great communication, ordering and jobs done quick! Ian at Nicolet Glass has helped us twice now, he is a great technician! Ian and Kitt recently repaired our sliding glass door wheels and screen they were quick, clean and great with two little ones running around. Now the door works as good as new! Thanks Nicolet glass!

I have worked in customer service for more than 40 years and I can tell you my experience with this company was perhaps the most comical and disturbing sale experience I ve ever had. The details are as follows. I had this company bid on windows and doors for my home. I did not sign on right away because I wanted to compare them with Anderson windows. Suffice it to say they harassed me about my wanting to see their products telling me I was wasting their time and not the kind of customer they wanted. Needless to say I was flabbergasted and quite annoyed. Their behavior was textbook aggressive and punitive attitude. I suggested to them that I had come in to make the final purchase but now I was so disturbed by their attitude that I changed my mind. I asked for the owners name but they would not provide it.Upon further self assessment I looked up the owners name and called the business to let him know my experience at which point he tells me that he doesn t believe me and starts talking to me as if I was a juvenile delinquent and was the fault of the entire encounter. Needless to say this was just my experience but I ll bet I am not the only one!!

Rude, mis-leading and would tell you anything to get your money. The guy comes out and looks at my chipped windshield and tells me he can fix it he thinks he doesn t want cracks spreading due to the way the windshield was chipped. He proceeded to tell me if it cracks we can replace it. Once I come back they hand me a sheet that basically covers themselves saying that they are not responsible if the crack spreads, I then ask in that event do you have a replacement windshield? They said no, i stated that it was kind of poor business practices not to carry something like that because at the end of the day his customers you would think matter, and taking someone s car in with a chip in their windshield leaving them with a bigger issue and no car possibly would matter to this man. The gentleman got very upset and started defending his business and how big of warehouse he would need to carry that and how that s not bad business and how that s un-reasonable for me to think that way. Horrible experience.

Excellent customer service! They have a huge service schedule lined up, but were very accommodating and personable about fitting me in for replacing my front living room window pane and my front replacement screen also. Their prices are reasonable too, and they didn't charge me labor for installation of the screen even though he dropped by and got it done. Very nice people!

Had my windshield replaced here the workmanship is fantastic. The receptionists are extremely knowledgeable friendly and helpful. They have a beautiful waiting room and the office itself feels very relaxing.

Quick and painless. They even had cold refreshments and comfy couches to enjoy while you wait. It took only 35 mins to replace my driver side window when a hour was the estimated time. Excellent work!

My Business has used Nicolet Glass for over 50 separate jobs ranging from minuscule to major. They will handle anything from a broken tip of a perfume bottle to brand new glass shelves and faces for 20+ showcases to new windows for an entire building. The office staff is incredibly helpful, always pleasant, and they go the extra mile to make sure I am completely happy with my purchase. We love Nicolet Glass

I'm a landlord and always need replacement screens. I'm always surprised when my tenant who lives on a 2nd floor of a building says their screen was stolen. By whom?? Peter pan??Or when a cat claws at a screen until a huge hole big enough for a semi truck to go through but apparently I rented them the house with it that way. Of course I did!!I dont have the patience to make them myself. And why should I since their price is the same as if I bought the material myself??

Amazing customer service! I wanted to replace my window myself but didn't know how. I showed them a picture and they gave me instructions. Because it was one small piece of glass, they cut it right then even though it was closing time and it kept them late.

They fixed my windshield rubber that came loose on one side for free as they put the glass in 6 years ago. Love there service the only one my husband and I use for home glass and auto glass.

Zero regard for public safety and a sense of entitlement thinking it's ok to park in a fire zone to make repairs instead of parking behind the building or in a parking lot... Lazy and extremely rude and self-centered. Will never use this company
