Excellent customer service! My mom and I went to get a quote for a very minor fender bender, the AMAZING automotive tech just had his crew member buff it out and it was harldy noticible! He did not charge us but we both felt that they could of He made our day! There is still great people in this world! I would recommend them anytime! Truly honest and a great staff!

Miller's did a great job repairing the front end of my car after hitting a deer! They made the process so easy, kept in contact during the whole process and even helped with getting the rental car back. Thanks guys! I hope I never have need your services again but if I do I know where to go!

Horrible experience with this company! Did a bad job and am shocked they let vehicles leave their shop in that way. Of course they increase their price, should really be ashamed of themsleves! Especially the owner Jim, he likes to argue with women so be aware! Horrible work ethic & customer service. Will never go back to this place!! And how I have to drive my car looking how it is, I'll be sure to inform others don't go to Miller Collison!Update this is a current picture of my front bumper that is just hanging on by a thread, I can't even go through a car wash. I'm scared it'll just fall off. This is how your vehicle will look when you go to this business, as you see they put old parts back on that don't fit the new bumper. It's just horrible!! This business really needs to be held accountable for their services and needs to be investigated and/or shut down!!

The Team at Miller Collision was absolutely amazing to work with! I've never been through the collision repair process but Caleb and Joyce made the process smooth and easy. they continuously called me throughout the repair process to give me updates and information about every new part or pice of my truck being fixed. They treated me with respect and made sure my vehicle was restored to showroom quality condition in a quick and timely manner. It feels great to be back on the road in my truck, all thanks to the team at Miller Collision center!

Outstanding customer service and trustworthy repair! My brand new 2024 Honda Accord was hit in a parking garage. This was my second experience with Miller Collision, since my Toyota was totaled from getting rear ended a couple years ago. Hopefully I won t need anymore repairs, but I know where I m going if I do. Thank you Miller Collision!

Great service! All the staff were very friendly. Very open communication about where my vehicle was it in the process and when it would be done. They partner with enterprise and set up my rental car and actually returned it for me! How great is that?!

My Subaru had over 6 thousand dollars worth of damage and Millers helped me tremendously throughout the entire process, they got me an estimate within a few hours of me calling and we re kind and compassionate. It only took them two days to fix my car which was shocking w fast it was done considering the extent of the damage. Joyce and Kent updated me through the process and we re so kind and considerate every time we spoke. I would choose Millers any time my car needs fixed and highly recommend anyone else going there.

Owner is a joke. Wouldn t take responsibility over damage they caused even though we have pictures from the day we dropped it off. They claimed to clean and vacuum the car. Wax was on the seat, dust all over back seat. Debris in paint finish. Wouldn t recommend them at all. He was even rude to his staff when they were trying to help. According to him the job was acceptable. Yeah when it doesn t belong to you.*update even more issues were found. Scratched the window tint, scratches all inside, and rear brake light wasn t put back correctly.

Somebody creased and dented the whole passenger side of my vehicle while parked in a parking lot. Miller Collision Center took care of everything and everybody was so nice and so professional and they kept in contact with me by phone and text they only had the truck for three days, and it looks better than when I bought it new. They are truly a great business and I appreciate them.Service: Body & Trim

The people that worked at Miller Collison were very kind and attentive. They explained things clearly and answered my questions. It was a pleasure to be aided by them. What makes it even better for me personally, is that they didn't make a fuss when they noticed I am transgender. They treated me with full respect and made me feel welcomed. A job well done :) Very happy. They communicated all delays and assured me things would be done correctly. I am very happy with the product of their hard work. 10/10 recommend.

I would not recommend Jim Miller collision. Don't be a fool like me. The owner and his staff are friendly at first.until you start to notice the work they did is off. The owner will tell you that he will call you and when he finally gets around to calling on his time because you are not that important. you will try to explain what the issue is he will shut you down and tell you that he does not need history. He will refuse to look at your car to see what the problem is. They supposedly did $7,000 worth of work but couldn't completely fix my door that they took apart and didn't put back correctly.now going to another body shop to fix what Miller collision mess up.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I picked up my 2021 Honda Civic today. I have to say they went above and beyond to make sure my car looked bran new. I am very happy and pleased. Customer service was also great, communication just about every other day to let me know the ends and outs about the repairs going on. The paint job matched my car to the fullest. Great work and fantastic customer service from Miller Collision Center. After they replaced my rear bumper, they ended up working with my dealership to help another issue that popped up after the repair was done. What really stood out was the way they handled another incident that happened this weekend a few days after I received my car back. Long story short, part of my skid plate ended up coming loose and was dragging on the freeway. I was an hour away from town when this happened and was unsure of what to do because I was supposed to go to an event later that evening. Since I just had my car fixed by Miller Collision Center, we decided to contact them. He didn t have to do this, but the owner went above and beyond and took time out of his day to not only help contact my insurance company to see if towing was covered, but called around to see which towing company would be the best option. We ended up being helped by Manuel from A Plus Tow and Transport who was very sweet and took off the skid plate for me for no charge. After the removal, I was able to make it to my event with no other issues. I am impressed with the service of Miller Collision Center and would recommend you see them for your car needs.

I waited a month for an appointment. I was told the repair would take 3 days. On the 2nd day I received a text message that they would need my car 7 days, so I had to extend my car rental. On the 3rd day they called me to say my car was ready. I returned my rental to their shop where they assured me Enterprise would pick up my rental and acknowledge the Friday return. Enterprise charged me for 7 days rental anyway, and Miller has ignored my requests for help with working with Enterprise regarding the scheduling overcharged even though it was Miller Collisions fault. Very unprofessional.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Words can t describe how satisfied I am with Miller Collision. Joyce and Brian went above and beyond with taking care of me throughout the process of my truck being at their shop. Joyce who had scheduled the entire repair was exceptional. When the repair appointment was finished. Joyce took the time out of her day just to help and find me a work truck while mine was being serviced. Top notch customer service on her behalf. If future vehicle repairs need to be done. My car was supposed to be finished August 3 and they delayed it until August 10. They called me consistently with updates but all of the updates were seemingly messy and didn't make a lot of sense. Finally the day of the pick up they called and said it would be done August 11, then the day of that pick up they called right before and told me it would be done August 14, mind you they got the car on the 7th of July.By the time I got it, it looked fine and looked like they did a good job, staff were nice most of the time. I did not feel like my time was respected. Something else I noticed was that my car clock is off by 5 hours which it was not when I brought it to them which can only mean that some one took my battery out of my car at some point and there would have been no reason to do so since all the repairs were external on my right side doors. I'll be getting it looked at.

Miller collision was excellent from start to finish! From beginning to end of my insurance claim due to a fender bender, Miller was awesome. Kept me informed kept their word provided needed assistance excellent customer service and care. UPDATE: have since been back to Miller Collision due to getting backed into in my daughters school parking lot lol! they're still 5 stars+ and do great work!!! They make it so much less stressful and Joyce knows her stuff! Thank you as always Miller Collision!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Miller gave me A+++ service. My car had to be sublet out for various repairs. Miller Collision coordinated all repairs and got my car to each shop for what it needed. They ensured the estimate was reasonable so my car wouldn't be totalled, but got the repairs needed. One repair needed a slight modification when I picked up my car and they immediately took care of it. They took care of EVERYTHING from estimate, rental to repair . Will definitely return if needed and highly recommendServices: Transmission, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair
