Absolutely amazing customer service! The Midas staff is always honest and provides clear communication of what is needed for vehicile repairs. They are honest and straightforward and accurate with their vehicle repairs, and what is needed for the next steps for any other future repairs. Unlike other repair service companies, Midas does not accrue hidden fees or unwanted repairs. I highly recommend requesting Doug or Daniel as they are knowledgeable, kind, and absolutely amazing people to work with. Thank you, Midas crew for ensuring the safety of my vehicle for my family!

I am very impressed with my experience at Redding Midas! They recently took care of some major repairs on my car. I was impressed with how quickly they got me in and got the job done. They were very fair even though the job was challenging with lots of corrosion. The mechanics are clearly very experienced and skilled. I really appreciated the clear communication and their effort to make the repairs as low cost as possible.

I took a car in for a used car inspection. They were very thorough in looking it over and explaining issues it had to me. Scheduling was easy and they were courteous on the phone and during pick up/drop off. Today I got my oil change and tires rotated and before Charles, the mechanic, even worked on my car I knew I was going to give it 4 stars on customer service alone. Super friendly and professional staff (felt like family), on time and quick service and fair prices in my opinion (I did my research for other car shops in the Redding area and Midas is the best). I would 100% trust and come back to this place for any other car services. 12/10 would recommend !!!

Came to Midas to get the air conditioner fixed. They were fast, communicated everything very well, and even charged me less that what we were quoted. Very happy with these guys! Super honest so I'll be coming back again!

I take 3 cars to Doug and his crew, have been for years. Always get it back on time and at the price quoted. They always go the extra mile and I'm so glad they are a full auto repair shop and not just brakes and shocks. Great work and honest!

Needed brakes changed on my 2010 Camaro and there's a lot of places in town that won't do it. I called up Midas and they got me in that same day and got me hooked up with all four new rotors and pads, as well as an oil change. The guys were professional and competent.I now feel much safer out on the road.Services: Brakes, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

My exhaust had been cut off by someone that needed it more than I do lol lol so I went to Midas and they hooked me up with a Flowmaster muffler and new piping for less than two other shops I checked with. They did an awesome job on my truck. Thank you Midas crewService: ExhaustService: Exhaust

With my husband out of town, I needed someone to help replace one of my headlight bulbs. I called around and Midas was the only place willing to help me.They even gave me a deal and I was able to upgrade to LED s on my truck.It was so helpful to have their help. I've been going to Midas for years..I always appreciate how nice they are, and how they handle the problem. They call and let me know what's going on until the job is finished. And they know how to fix what's broken at a fair price. Back in 2018, we had an issue with our car while on a road trip and we went to the Redding Midas location for help. Doug was kind, helpful and informative about the issue with our car. He handled the repair quickly and we were on the road again!Recently, we needed info on any and all service done on the vehicle, in order to get a recall engine issue fixed. I called Doug and he quickly found the date and type of service performed.He also went above and beyond to help us, by sharing the vehicles CarFax history, which showed ALL maintenance and service performed for the history of the car.Can t thank Doug enough for his willingness to help, beyond what we had requested!

Doug and his staff are wonderful, honest, and very professional. Doug is knowledgeable without being pushy or making you feel like your car is going to explode the moment you leave if you don t make the repair on the spot. Highly recommend this location in general but also to women afraid of feeling taken advantage of. Daniel was the Service Agent who helped me. He is amazing! I work customer service and he gave me the same level of customer service I would expect on the customer end.My old reliable/affordable vehicle maintenance shop went out of business recently in the last 10mo (Redding Automotive), so I was in need of a business that resembled the same quality, professionalism, fairness, and who treated you like a real person, not a bag of money. This is the spot. Highly recommended

I absolutely recommend this Midas. The first time I took my car there was in 2015 I just got a 3000 dollar quote from the local dealership for a suspension repair. I had Doug give me a quote as he was replacing my breaks. The crew figured out that my car was just missing a bolt in the suspension and fixed that for free. Over the years they have fixed my starter twice and multiple other repairs. Today they replaced my starter(fast as it my only car and I am a single parent) replaced my belt. They then buffed my headlights for free. This crew is the real deal. They are very professional and know their stuff. Car decided to leak coolant while visiting the area. Time was short, needed to drive out the next day, and every shop is practically booked till next week. Doug was extremely helpful every step of the way and managed to fit me into an already tight schedule and got me up and running within the same day.Extremely grateful for his care and professionalism. I never really posted a review before but after today s fiasco? Felt like this was one way I can help.

I could not have been more pleased with Doug (the owner) and the excellent service I received. Called and they got me right in, very professional and knowledgeable about my Lexus hybrid SUV.AND... my oil change here was significantly cheaper than what I was paying at Quality Lube. They found a small issue and corrected that at no charge. Really, my only regret is I didn t discover Midas on Cypress Ave years ago!!

I was treated with respect and honesty. I have had a hard time finding a quality place that's trustworthy. Well, my search is over! The owner, Doug, personally walked me through the process of repair in perfect detail. He and his team handled my car with expertise. I'm so grateful!

I came in because I had a exhaust leak. They looked at my truck and let me know that a exhaust clamp had come undone. They fixed it no charge. They treated my family and I extremely honestly so I decided to go back for a new set of tires. Doug recommended the perfect snow tires for my car and I've been extremely happy with how well they work. This place treated my family like family. Id highly recommend this midas. Ask for Doug

Doug and the team were so sweet. What keeps a customer coming back is customer service. They have it! They changed my oil and cabin air filter. I left and noticed a sound coming from the A/C. I called Doug right away and I went in as soon as I could. They pulled a dried leaf out and viola, it was fixed. The number one thing I loved, is their customer service.
