What a great business in Redding.There customer service and knowledgeable is outstanding.They are very professional and have all you need They gave me the right stuff to wax my 2005 jeep . Thanks The community appreciates a good business

Mask mandated.Excellent prices! Great products. The only thing really preventing a 5 star is one of the staff members. 2 were great on my first visit. 2nd visit one was good but there was another guy who didn't seem to want to sell anything.Maybe it was just me. I have the kind of face that triggers that in some people.

These folks are amazing and they'll bend over backwards to help you out. The products they sell are top notch and, unlike other shops, they actually KNOW their products and what they're talking about. Want straight answers and a product line with predictable, repeatable results? These are your guys. Want to guess about what your project will end up like and how many pit falls you'll find along the way? Go to one of the other shops in town 'cause that's what you'll get if you don't go to Martins.

I would rate it the highest rating except the one gentleman was very rude, I am referring to the shorter older one, After all spending over $700.00 in the store one would think he would go out of his way to accommodate a simple request like can you open the can of paint and show us the inside. But that was not the case at all we got there it was already boxed up with the rest of the order. When asked to see it which should have been automatic he acted like we it was a pain in the ass to do so. His face was that of shock and irritation and couldn't believe we would even ask such a thing. The tall younger gentleman was very accommodating and helpful.. This will be the first and last time we do business with them.Vickie Morgan
