I had absolutely THE BEST experience with this Les Schwab!! Nothing but smiling faces and helping hands! We had such a wild switch n swap between three tires, and the spare had a lock on it! Javier was an amazing technician, he was able to work with what we had and did an incredible job!The prices are more than reasonable, especially for the immaculate same day service that was provided. I cannot thank Javier and everyone else enough for an outstanding, truly A1 service!

Super grateful to the staff at les schwab I always feel taken care of, they are transparent and explain everything in a way its easy to understand. They always try to work with you when it comes to price and legitimately try to find the most affordable option. Staff is patient and Im just grateful they are available in the weekends as well. I 100% recommend this location. Thank you to the staff

We had a blowout in our 38 ft travel trailer on Interstate 5 in Redding. Called AAA because I'm a member and they declined to help me. I called Les Schwab on Hilltop in Redding and Kristi had Caleb out to put on a spare within 15 minutes. After consulting with Kristi and Caleb I decided to replace all four tires on the trailer. It turned out that 2 more out of the three remaining tires were showing signs of separation. Additionally, one of them had a nail in it. Within 3 hours of the blowout we were on our way with a fresh set of tires.This was yet another great experience with a Les Schwab store. Although we have never dealt at this location before, we were treated like friends. How opportune to have the blowout so close to This particular location.Thanks to this great crew!

I am very disappointed in les schwab after dealing with Travis you have lost a customer. He has no interest in the customer or building / maintaining customer relationships. I could not afford to replace my tires at this time so I bought a cheap set online and came in to have them installed. I asked Travis if he could document the tires and mileage so I could get the tire warranty when I could afford to put 1200 dollars worth of tires on my car. They only lasted 30k miles out of a 70k warranty. Travis repeatedly told me that's not how the warranty works. Well if that's how business is conducted I don't want to be a customer.

We were picking up a car in Redding and possibly needed a new battery. Travis (a manager) took care of us. The service he gave us was AMAZING! I have never had that kind of service before! I felt so taken care of! I cannot stress enough what a great store this is. Thank you so much again.

It takes a LOT for me to leave a negative review. I am all about supporting business and positive reviews. In this case, if I could give zero stars I would. We have been doing business with Les Schwab Redding (Hilltop) for many years... And many vehicles! Over the last 24 months we have had a few less than good experiences, however today topped the charts! Our story is a long one so we will keep it short and sweet. Les Schwab use to feel so friendly... We might not have always paid the best prices but at least felt we got great customer service.. That is GONE. The way we were spoken to today was a way that neither of us had experienced, EVER. We unfortunately had to deal with Travis, who we had dealings with about a year ago when Les Schwab accidentally punctured our tire while rotating them. Even though we hadn't had the best experience we chose to return today when we had a flat. We were treated with extreme disrespect, and in fact were given completely incorrect information about our prior purchase and vehicle. He was VERY confused and VERY RUDE. While outside discussing how to go about replacing the tire he told me to "have a good day" turning his back and walking inside leaving me standing with my car. He later called again... I didn't feel the need to speak top this representative again so I had my husband return his call. He very oddly repeated what we had already been over three times about the one tire needing replacing and then told my husband we would be better off "taking our business elsewhere" Not sure when Les Schwab got so big and busy that they turned down long time locals. A few other things we thought odd... He mentioned that he had recoded conversations with us, as well as voicemails he had left which we felt SUPER odd!! He mentioned that in the past we paid $660 for a tire that we never picked up and even though we had paid in full that it cost him money... it cost his store a restocking fee. Again- so so strange. This person should not be dealing with the public. So yes, we will never be back, and that was our choice before the string of weird phone calls from this individual. Our 4 cars, horse trailers, boat trailer, dump trailers, and camp trailer will never return.... neither will any of our friends and most definitely not our family. Shame on you Les Schwab for allowing such horrible service.On a positive note, this gave us good reason to FINALLY visit a small locally owned tire shop. They were not surprised in the least to hear of our experience and were so happy to have us. The tire I needed was quickly ordered for 1/2 the cost and I was politely walked to my car doors opened for me and all! Thank you to this company who will be getting exactly the opposite review tonight! You will have ALL of mine and my families future business...Best of luck Les Schwab.

I highly recommend Les Schwab Tire Center, they are courteous, professional, fast, it is always a pleasure to visit the location closest to me the staff is very friendly and always ready to help fix my tire issues and get me back on the road as soon as possible. This shop opened very early and the service attitude was good. We came to California for a vacation from Canada. The tires burst on the highway. At the beginning, we went to Costco and Walmart. They used excuses for repair. Then I came to this store and they warmly welcomed us to help us repair the tires so that we can get back on the road. Thank you very much

Generally they are on top of the situation. Waiting times are acceptable, product lines are good. Staff is knowledgeable. Just a good place to get tires.

I called for help to figure out what was done previously to my car, and what still needed to be done, and Jennifer was so kind, patient and helpful. She asked me questions about my car, and explained things perfectly. She even gave me a lesson over the phone on how to brake properly going down a hill. She is amazing! Thank you Jennifer!

They re the best!!! Had low tire pressure on a rainy day . I pulled in and he filled my tire with lots of air and said I was good to go for at least an hour. After my appointment, I went back there and they took me right away, repaired the tire and did not charge me. That is the best customer service ever! Will definitely go back there for our future tire needs.In addition to repairing my tires, Xavier was kind enough to reset my car clock!!!

We got a nail in our tire, it took an hour and 20 minutes for them to fix it. Ended up having to buy a new tire, after all that. The guys working there, were very slow. Not a good experience at Les Schwab will definitely not be going back to that one. churn creek rd. Redding.

Had to change my rating as I had my front end done and spent a pretty penny only to have taken my vehicle back 7 times to fix faulty or broken parts that where installed in my truck not even 3 months and having trouble. Also was told the problem was not from there work until I took it to another mechanic who confirmed it was all of Les Schwab's doing. I'm done with them.

Place aways checks out tire pressure for free. That's why we always use them for our tire related needs. Very friendly

Upon my arrival. Travis ran out to my truck to find out what I needed. I let him know I had a tire that got a flat and needed it plugged and mounted. It was a 1/4 inch diameter hole and stated it may be too big. I left tire and not long after received a phone call stating it was done. He mounted tire also and I was off.Very polite and accommodating.

As always great customer Service. I called before I went in to have my tires rotated and to fix a tire, which ended up having a nail in it. I didn't have an appointment. I was greatful hoelw quickly my car was repaired thank you for such wonderful staff Travis was a wonderful and knowledgeable staff member.

Top notch!!! Christy and Travis did everything they could to help us. Outstanding customer service.When we came back to pick up the truck. All the stalls where closing and of course they are struggling with ours(it a thing with us not Les Schwab issue). A lady pulled up frantically, she stopped a the young man if he could check her tire. Now you know he wanted to go home, but without a second thought he check the tire and filled it with air. Well done Les Schwab on Hilltop.

Jennifer was wonderful. We needed an alignment for our RV late on a Friday. She was charming and helpful. We went for Mexican food and it was done when we got back. Yay.

I'm from this area, but came through on vacation. Unfortunately one of my tires had a slow leak. Definitely not ideal for driving home 500 miles. The staff was very friendly and helpful and since I have an account I wasn't even charged. I also notice how friendly and helpful the staff were to any other customers that came in or called.

Very friendly and helpful ppl, even when busy they do their best to accommodate. Recent visit had a tire that needed a new valve stem. Bought the tires from here so I knew stuff like that they fix for free. It was late in the afternoon and they still took it and fixed it quickly and checked it for any other issues. Nice!!! Never had an issue w this place.

After a different tire place left tools inside my vehicle and refused to do an inspection, Les Schwab did one for free! I was helped by Christopher, he was able to diagnose my problem, remove the vicegrips the last mechanic had left crimped onto my brake hose, and then test drove my car to make sure it was safe. Thank you so much Les Schwab, the service was great! I highly recommend getting your brakes inspected here, they saved me from getting scammed by the previous mechanic who worked on my car and saved me hundreds of dollars.

I purchased a battery from Les Schwab a couple years ago. Today when I finished playing golf, my battery was dead. Tried jumping it, but didn't work. Tried getting a tow truck, but none available. Decided to call Les Schwab to see if they would come out. They said they could, but would be an hour and a half. I said ok. 2 minutes later they called and said one of their people was at home for lunch and it was near me. He came by in about 5 minutes and got me going. No charge! I believe it was Dean who came by. Saved my day. I really appreciate their customer service.

After some miscommunication and be being disappointed. Andrew the manager turned the whole situation better. He helped me out on some warranty issues that wasn't necessarily their fault. Took care of me with a smile, reassured my trust and why I go to Les Schwab. Andrew is a stand up guy that holds Les schwabs morals and customer service standards. Les would be proud that he is managing this location. If you don't think that your visit is 5 stars talk to Andrew first and he will make sure.

Battery died. Veterans day. I called. Was told to come right in.. they had my car checked out and a new battery installed in a little under 2 hours with many customers showing up at that time. Good service and friendly staff.

I stopped by on the way back to Seattle from LA to check my Sienna Van's Brakes. it was time for them to close the store, but they took time and checked me out on right time. Wonderful staff. Best customer Service.

I figured if others can write long negative reviews, I can write a long positive review.At this location, I recently purchased new wheels and tires. Andrew helped me through the process and he was awesome! He helped me understand more about wheel offset and tire size, specifically to how it will look on my truck. I noticed he is very personable and knowledgeable when helping customers. There were no issues with installation, and the set up was exactly how I wanted it to look. Kudos to Andrew and the rest of the crew who helped make it happen! I have been to this location for other things in the past as well...When I needed new brakes, they were installed with no issues...Another time I came in with a nail in a tire and they fixed it quickly free of charge, even though the tires were not from Schwab (other locations have done this too)...Another time I came in to have the brakes checked on another vehicle. I was recommended to replace the fronts, and had everything set up. Shortly after an employee started looking into it, he came in to tell me the brakes don t need replacing after all and explained why. I walked away happily informed without paying for anything.

I highly recommend this business. I took my truck to a different little shop on Shasta Dam Blvd in CV that I'm not going name but they screwed me good so I told them I'm done with them and took it to the pros over at Les Schwab they had me In and out in know time and even did a 16 point check and said I was all good. The other guys told me I need all kinds of work on my brakes and rear suspension, but it was all lie's. Les Schwab are very honest and trustworthy, which is hard to find now a days.

Incredible service. Staff was so helpful. They really have been doing the right thing since 1952. If you are in town visiting the world's largest grindstone and you have a flat tire, go to this Les Schwab and ask for Andrew. So much knowledge.

Absolutely the best customer service! One of my tires had been setting off my low pressure indicator light, and I stopped by a few times for them to fill it up. Showed up to have it repaired, they had a line of customers, and I was in and out in about 30 minutes. They fixed repaired my tire for free and my tires were not even from there. Will never go anywhere else. Amazing folks at the front desks and working in the garage!
