I had a slow leak in my tire on Sunday evening, when NOWHERE is open to check it. Monday morning, I took a chance and drove to our local Les Schwab on S. Market. I was the first customer of the day almost the second they opened. I was welcomed as if they had been waiting for me. They got me going and I walked the short distance to my office, all the while expecting a call to say not only was my tire shot, but now I needed four new tires. That's the MO of our previous tire shop. INSTEAD!!! I was called less than 30 minutes later to say it was a small screw in the tire, which they removed and patched, and my car was ready! When I came in I tried to pay them, but they said it was super easy and no charge! Who does that? I am blown away! I tell you, they are my "go to" from here on out!

Great people and great service. It took a while to get a trailer done but come to realize they were making sure the torque specs for the tires were to the manufacturer specifications. It was on a weekend and it was closed but they figured it out. Thanks for keeping us safe!

Came for seasonal tire on wheels switch, they did rotate only. Asked why and response was we don t look at the work orders. So I waited another 35 minutes for correct job to be done. Never again after 35 years of loyalty to Les Schwab.

Had a slow leak in one of tires took it to this Les Schwab location (hubbys' request) because my husband trust them. They open at 8 am and they got it all patched up and got me back on the road by 8:47 am. Thank You Les Schwab

We went into the Les Schwab with a wobble on the rear axle of my pickup. Micheal Shumer replaced a tire that had a tread sepation and sold us a replacement tire for our spare that was was in good condition. Excellent service with an excellent attitude! Thank you Micheal and thank you Les Schwab!!

Free isn t free, if you have them check your alignment they ll charge you. If it needs any sort of alignment even if it s just a tiny bit out of alignment and can be put off till later they ll still charge you, they ll also keep you waiting outside in 35 degree weather when you get there at 8 until they re ready to open. Currently watching my car sit in one of their booths not being touched for the last 20 minutes. Whoever drove my car needs to learn manual I could see him smashing through gears on the test drive.

Fast and courteous service. It was easy to book online and the in-store staff honored the appointment.I keep going back to Les Schwab because I never feel like they're ripping me off or doing something just to make money. They're not the cheapest, but they stand behind their work at all locations.

Excellent Service great techs , up service and pay for big rigs and coaches. Pulled in night before. Ready at opening went to breakfast next door. Came back in 45 min and all set. Brkfst was 5 stars too.

I called our local Les Schwab to find out if they had time to check my tire that had deflated. They took my information over the phone and created a work order and put me in the queue so by the time I got there I was already one of the waiting customers. It took about 45 minutes to an hour however, the waiting room was very comfortable, very cool on a day that it was 110�, and very large. When my name was called I went to the counter and was shocked that it was free of charge for them to repair my tire. That is amazing customer service! Thank you Les Schwab Redding, CA

I have been coming to this Les Schwab for approximately 19 years. Jessica is always a great help. Very polite. She is a definite asset to your company.Years ago I had a problem in which I had to speak with the manager. He resolved the issue and made things fair.Thank you!

Had the mother of all blowouts, drove an hour to make sure we went to the store, quality is more important than price. When we showed up just as they were closing they stayed late to put on 4 new tires, great customer service.

I have been using Les Schwab Tires since the early 1990's. Today I was reminded why I have bought all of my tires, batteries, chains from Les. The folks at the south Redding location went way out of their way for me today when I brought in a tricky problem for them to solve. Jessie, Jordan, and Sebastian showed compassion, understanding, and creativity. in solving the issue and got me back on the road. I can't recommend this store and these people high enough!

Working on 5 hours of waiting for my truck to be finished. Made an appointment for 12, didn t start til 12:45. Its now 4:10. Still waiting! Missed my 4:00 appt. Told me it would take 3 hrs.

We ve been hobbling from LaPine, OR to Redding in a bum tire while pulling a 12,000 lb trailer shaking all the way. This was after tires were checked out and rotated. Got here and within 20 minutes they put the spare on and we were set to go at $0 charge. We were utterly amazed. Thank you so much!

Such a frustrating experience. My breaks had been doing that wobble thing for a while so I finally made an appointment to get them looked at, got a call from the tech and he said there s nothing wrong with them. I drove it, I don t feel anything, I looked there s nothing wrong with your rotors or pads. Completely untrue, my breaks were literally so wonky, so I said whatever and took my car to the location on Hilltop the same day and LOW AND BEHOLD MY ROTORS NEEDED TO BE RESURFACED JUST AS I THOUGHT. Got it taken care by the more competent Les Schwab on Hilltop. Would not recommend this location. So irritating. I don t know what that guy was thinking.

This place is very cool. I came in here with a tire emergency and they went above and beyond cool and helped me out even though they were closed. Way cool people. I like this place. Helped me out big time right now.

When I was young and broke I had a hole in my car tire and Les Schwab fixed it for free. That was fifteen years ago and I have purchased all of my tires from them ever since. I always get great service and a fair price. Highly recommend this business.

Great service, friendly and quick! They took my vehicle in first thing (getting there when they open definitely helps if u dont have an appt) but i was first car in and they did an excellent job installing new tires took maybe 30-40 minutes.

Great place. They do really good work and are very honest. If you don't need something done they are honest with you and tell you that you don't need it done or you can wait which I really appreciate. I have never been up sold or had them try to convince me I needed something I didn't. Not necessarily the cheapest place in town but you can trust that what they say you need you do and they do really good work. I highly recommend them

took my truck here after work to get a tire patch. Took them nearly 3 hrs. They give me my keys back and told me I didn't have a leak. After that they went on to explain i needed over 1,800 in front end components. I left and took my truck to big o tire a few weeks later. I dont have much free time. They had me in and out in about an hour and a half. They fixed my tire for free also. Honestly I'm not one to rip on companies, but its the truth. I wouldn't recommend.

Less Schwab in general are always respectful and knowledgeable to all customers...I'm very satisfied everytime I go to any of their Center!!! Good Job Les Schwab! This time I went to the one at 273 in Redding California...like always everybody is helpful and nice!!! Keep up the good work Les Schwab!

I recently had the Les Schwab Tire store in La Pine, OR change all 4 tires on my Tacoma. The price was $120 out the door.I brought my daughter's Ford Edge into the store for a single tire replacement. I had the tire with me. The young man that greeted me said it would be $8 for one task and $14 to mount and balance. I thought, "Cool. More than fair."Then I went inside and met with the counter worker. He said, "You're looking at around $50."How can these two be so far apart in prices?Well, enjoy my money S. Market St. Les Schwab Tires, cuz it'll be the last you get from me....

They are polite and kind. They would have gotten five stars but the day before I was in and had work done and even set an appointment for this morning first thing. But when I got here they seemed to not remember anything from the day before. Like I was all new and made me feel like I did something wrong. Gave me an uneasy feeling about the work Being done. I will post with what happened.

Great tire store. Staff is great super nice and helpful. Carries tires for just about anything. They inspect your vehicles. They add air and replair flats. Overall great shop. Always willing to take time and answer questions recommend tires for what you need. Never have had a problem with their products.

Had to return my truck because a lug cover was missing. They were aware of the issue apparently when they put tires on my truck 2 days prior. I guess they felt it was up to me to discover their screw-up. They used to be a good business....not any more. Very disappointed in Les Schwab.
