Shopping for my son boot and a helmet for his birthday. Saw this sign. Most would agree that all the in stock fox gear would be 50% off. The younger guy at the service desk helped us. However when we went to pay The "service manager" was at the register. He was was a complete jackass about it. Tried to tell me that sign is clear as day for that rack(boots) only. I told him IHis sign is decieving and false advertising and his attitude just got worse. There are way better shops with happier workers here in redding. DO NOT COME HERE

Wow! Great experience provided by Kahl Steele, he stayed late for me, answered all of my questions, gave me a fair price, helped with insurance.Ive worked in sales and this shop isn't trying to make a buck, they are trying to make a long term customer. Good job guys!Great repair team to, got all my stuff warrantied with no hassle at all!!! Incredible bring ur baby here if u want some high quality service

Order a part paid for it waited 2 weeks called them 2 times couldn t get the part and gave me a refund also very rude on the phone to deal with now ordering it myself there are a lot of places with great help in town will not be going back there

"My husband recently brought our Ranger ATV to Lee's Honda in Redding, hoping to have an issue fixed and have it thoroughly serviced. My 72-year-old husband relies on this ATV for trips into remote areas, so it was crucial for it to be in excellent condition.We paid $1300 for the work, but when we got home, we discovered that the issue causing the ATV to miss between 1200 and 2400 RPMs hadn't been resolved. After a quick Google search, my husband found that it was related to a problem with the intake manifold. He ordered the part himself and replaced it within 15 minutes.When we contacted Lee's, they admitted they had missed the issue and promised to provide the part. However, they couldn't locate it in stock, and it took more than a month for it to arrive. To make matters worse, they tried to charge us over $70 for the part, despite us having already paid for the initial service.My husband managed to find the part for less than $63 in Winnemucca, NV, and it was delivered promptly. Lee's Honda's lackluster service and their attempt to overcharge us left us thoroughly dissatisfied with our experience."

I've been with them for many years. Never ever had a problem. Experience people, every appointment was done when they said. Serviced our Honda Aqua-Trax since 2002. It runs like a kitten. Just talked to their service department about a problem, and they were very helpful . See you in 2024 for our next service. Highly recommend .

Jason and his crew in the service Dept got me in and out on short notice and did quality work. Recently had my saddle bags put on and Roger did an awesome job. Thank you lee's Honda.

They are great all the way up to the point of having to honor your warranty on the bike you bought from them. On multiple occasions they refused to honor my bike under warranty to the point of me having to call Kawasaki corp to get them to honor my bike under the 8 year extended warranty I pad for. Horrible services great salesman

Quality work, affordable prices, and committed mechanics...lees honda definitely has a customer for life here, I will happily spend my money here. They give quotes for the work but its always cheaper than the quote given. I would give 10 stars if given the choice

Had appt for a month talked about the quad they said Birng it down I traveled a long way to be ask how old it is its not that old. bought there first thing out of his mouth was its to old?? I said no way He told me to leave I cussed him and left a mechanic wanted to fight me do not go there they are lying thieves went to fators for half the cost and treated with repect I have bought a lot of Honda from them !!! never again don't go there !!!

I've had tires changed and bought parts from Lee's and have never been dissatisfied! They always go the extra mile to accommodate your needs.We have ordered many parts at the parts counter and Nick is awesome! He works so hard to get your parts in a timely manner, and is so cheerful and pleasant to work with.Next motorcycle service I'm going to give their service center a try! Thank you team Lee's!

Dropped in at Lee's without an appointment for a quick service on a little Honda CRF50 that I purchased for my son while traveling through the north state area. They took the bike in, cleaned the carb, adjusted the jetting and fuel/air mix, found a loose ground wire and mounted new tires. I received a text that the bike was ready later that same afternoon! Not only was their service great but the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. When I came back to pick up the bike on Friday, we stood around and talked bikes and riding for a good half hour in the parking lot. Just like the old days. Great shop, great history behind it and I wouldn't hesitate to spend my money there again. Thank you Lee's Honda-Kawasaki.

These guys where on it for me, I had made a reservation 3 weeks prior to to day I dropped it off and when I brought it in they remembered me and all involved where very helpful. I dropped off my generator on a Friday and they had it fixed by the following Tuesday. I had taken it to a different repair shop first and found out they really did know what they were doing so these guy where a God send for me, we have power outages here in Town way to offen to not have a working generator so they did right by me.I will have them repair anything I have again, these guys are great.

Went in to look for a bike. Customer service was terrible. Employees were not attentive and honestly felt like I was annoying them for being there. Tried asking about a bike that was sold, but they let me know that they didn't know when they were gonna get another and didn't bother helping me look at other bikes. Go elsewhere.

You can buy something here, but forget it if something goes wrong that is under warranty...you will be stuck with the problem with no help after multiple calls andconversations. You will never get a return call. Terrible service. Sales team and finance department is great. Their back-up support is horrible, making them all look bad.

Was shopping for a new pair of motercycle boots for my grandsons. Couldn't get any help not because it was busy, no one wanted to take time to ask if we needed any help. Finally had to get them off computers to get info on boots that we needed to try on. Like 250 bucks for some fox boots. I asked the worker there if he could take time to size my grandson, he said it's really up to what feels right. My response was to you have a foot size plate to get right size, answer no. Store clerk disengaged. We left. Really bad service, poor skills, down right rude.We went to Faders cycle near back of Big 5 sporting goods.Really satisfied with the service, the time they gave to a first time 9year old rider was memorable. Lee's is LAME!!! to bad they USED. to be our go to shop 20 yrs loyal. Not anymore...

Great place to buy a dirt bike. Jeremy and Zach were very courteous and professional. I purchased a 50cc Honda dirt bike for my son. I have to say the whole team seemed as excited as my son since this is his first dirt bike. I love supporting businesses that are passionate about what they do. I also purchased the extended warranty. 4 year warranty if anything goes wrong, no co-pays. That s a no brainer. If you re looking for a dirt bike, quad, accessories, or ATV, give Lee s Honda a call.Update: Just had the dirt bike serviced. The entire service team was awesome. From drop off to pick up, they treated me like they appreciate my business. They gladly helped unload and re-load the bike. They answered all of my questions and fixed everything on the dirt bike. I won t go anywhere else.

So I bought a used motorcycle that desperately needed new tires. I walked into Lee s Honda at 3:45 and bought two tires (great price by the way). I asked the sales guy if they could install them for me. He said to talk to the service department. So I walked over and talked to Steve, explained that I live on the coast and was trying to get the tires installed on the motorcycle before I drove home that evening. It was 4 o clock, the tires were still on the motorcycle and the motorcycle was still in the back of my truck. Two of the techs in the service office stepped up and said they would tag team the job and get my tires on by 5:30. I had new tires on my motorcycle and was heading back to the coast by 5:15. I was greatly impressed by this level of service and helping me out at the end of the day. You guys are awesome.

Went here to get my oil change for my ninja 636. Friend recommended Lee s for a fair price- guy ended up quoting me almost twice as much for what my friend payed for the same bike. When I mentioned this, he immediately tried to change the price. Questionable service.

I received notice from PG&E that my power was going to be shut off for maintenance work. When I checked my portable generator it wouldn't start. Called Lee's Honda and was told to bring it in as soon as possible as the service department was very busy.I brought it in late Wednesday afternoon and was told that they were running 2- weeks out. But I needed it by Tuesday morning. Saturday morning I get a call telling me it's ready for pickup.Steve, the service manager, and his crew went above and beyond to take care of me.These guys are great.

Sometimes customer service is hot and cold. Great for factory parts. Local dealer for Honda and Kawasaki and other brands. Some used bikes available.

Literally the worst service EVER! Not one of the 7 employees even gave me the time of day & acted like I was annoying them by asking about a bike. Go elsewhere if you want a business that actually cares & wants to help you find what you need. Unless you like to be treated like you don't matter. "ZERO STARS"
