I was traveling and had changed my oil in Reno Jiffy Lube I had a leak oil filter was loose. Everyone including the owner made it known this is Jiffy Lube and totally took care of me. THANKS GUYS you rock!! Total professionals

Professional! Great service as well because they didn t have our specific oil filter so they went out to go grab it! Even wiped down our windows & wanted to vacuum our car but it was super stuffed in there (which I have never seen before!) Clean restrooms too.

Fabulous customer service. Immediately as I came in, John greeted me. He was very kind. Service was quick (oil change) and they let me know of some car problems that I was not aware of, and they wrote it down on my invoice. Their prices are great and I will definitely be coming back. The people here are great.

Had a lady talking well yelling about idk non sense. Kept going in n out of the small waiting room. The service tech handled it well I guess. Didn t cause ruckus trying to kick her out but talked to her normally n she calmed down. Little unsettling the visit was.

I have tried calling the phone number and all I get is a fax machine. I was going to have my air conditioner service done here but if they can't provide me with a valid phone number to speak to someone it tells me they don't want me as a customer. I had an amazing experience here when I was mistreated and mistaken care of at the service area of my dealership in Colorado. I was on a road trip and my dealership failed to check my fluids properly as they promised me for my road trip inspection. When I got to Weed, California, my oil levels were dangerously low. I made it to this jiffy lube in Redding & they took care of me better than my dealership of 2+ years that I ve gotten all of my services at and remained loyal to. They made sure I was safe to continue my journey and even did additional checks and topped of my fluids as well as gave me some insight into what my service department missed. I am so grateful for these technicians here, they are amazing people and it was a very wholesome experience, them taking care of me and my sisters in a place we ve never been! Thank you guys!!
