I called and talked to this sweet lady that tapped me in with Mr. Joel and was able to take care of me last minute. I was passing thru with a truck and trailer and had a loss of power on my 06 cummins.A plus on the customer service and helped me out at no charge. I appreciated thank you

we where on are way to toucan AZ . when my motor let go out side of Redding . truck was towed to J&H to see if it was fixable Joel was grate to work with and will go back if we need help .

Took my truck in for a high dollar transmission. It had a faulty valve body. JOEL put a used one in and has never given or installed the non defective new one. They dislodged the O ring on the dipstick and now it leakes, my truck

We brought our pick up in for work a few weeks ago after no one could get us in. We use our truck for all our ranch work and we are also getting a ton of snow and the guys at J&H did incredible work on our truck and did everything they could to save us money. We are so greatful to have our truck back so quickly and its running like a top. THANKYOU!!! They have life-long customers in us.

Made a bad situation into a great outcome. Our trucks DEF system died while on vacation pulling our RV. Took to a dealer, mistake. Found JH Performace with help of locals recommendation. Joel helped us pronto. Determined cause, got the parts and his excellent crew got us rolling again.

Hands down the best diesel shop around. I couldn't be happier to find J & H. I don't understand why anyone would give them a bad review, some people you just can't please. We have had excellent repair and performance work done on both our Dodge and Ford trucks. Outstanding customer service staff that goes the extra mile to help their customers out any way they can. They literally make you feel like family. The extremely knowledgeable mechanics know diesel trucks inside and out, and can get the job done right the first time. They are fairly priced, very honest and flexible with time frame constraints. I spent years looking for a good shop, and I will never have to look again. I highly recommend J & H Diesel for any of your diesel truck needs.

These men deserve all of my stars. If it wasn t for their generosity, we would have been stranded hours away from home with no car. Our 98 dodge unexpectedly started leaking large amounts of diesel while we were visiting Redding last Monday. They dropped everything to help us so we can get back to the Bay that same day. They took a look and repaired the leak all with in 2-3 hours. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The owner charged us insanely low prices. We hella appreciate them and will definitely take our dodge back. Thank you guys!

6/21/19 my dad drove from Yuma, AZ to Portland, OR. Pit stopped in Redding, CA. Where his truck broke down. He was in his way to my house because my wedding is in a couple weeks and it is imperative that he his here ASAP. He went to their mechanic shop told them his problem. Parts needed shipped in. The mechanics stayed extra hours and a night to fix it and get him out the door.Very pleased with their service and work. Thank you.Krissy, Don, Art, Cathe and the big blue dodge

I felt that Joel is a competent owner who knows the diesel performance business better than most. His approach to diagnosing my 3500 RAM transmission worked out well and I was on the road again in 4 hours with a sense that I'd been treated fairly and got top quality work.

We stopped in Redding on the way to Alaska and in the morning our '04 Excursion was rough starting. We called up J&H and they helped us out that same day even though they were obviously busy. I wish they were a little closer to home. They'd be my go to shop. Thank you!

I have nothing but good to say about my interaction with everyone at J and H. Working on these trucks is an art and science. No one likes to spend big $$$ on vehicle repairs, but its a necessity. I highly recommend!

The shop went out of there way to get me back on the road. Good people to deal with. They got the repair done fast and more then reasonable price. Can not say enough good things !

What a fantastic shop! I was stranded in town and they fixed me up in a few hours and got me back on the road. Reasonably priced and great knowledgeable people to work with.

Terrible customer service. I have never been treated so poorly by any shop. They refused to help in any way, would not even lend out a tool for me in the parking lot. They also jumped to conclusions and tried over charging for a part needed.
