Will not be back. Wow! I'm shocked at the attitude that we ran into! We found out my battery was still warrantied through les Schwab and got an earful! This was after we cancelled a sale for a "refurbished" battery. We cancelled because we found out that it was a up to 1.5 years old and used as a loaner battery. The refurbished batteries there are just recharged used batteries. Attitude off the hook!

A picked up a battery for my 89 Chevy $40 less than it would have been at O'Reilly's. With a 6 year warranty can't beat it.

This IS the battery expert place. Quality help, and professional people. No pressure, but if you need ANSWERS to go with your battery, you'll get the right ones here. Only negative (see what I did there?) is the pricing is a little high. Not uncommon to see the same battery cheaper at a dealer. Cables made to length are cheaper than the big box stores. And inventory is the best.

I can't say enough good things about Interstate Batteries. Billy is super knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He took the time to explain to me what was happening and answered all my questions. I am always recommending Interstate Batteries!

You can get a car battery from just about anywhere nowadays.... but if you want to get one with a guarantee you can't match anywhere elseand service that's just as good !go to Interstate Batteries.There are many types of batteriesand many levels of batteries you can buy from brand newto usedthey sell them all.so it really depends on how much cash you have and what you want as far as what their service may I offer you personally.I have bought new batteriesand I bought used batteries and never had a problem with the service.I bought a used battery that was junk and they simply gave me another one no questions asked !and I bought a brand new one it's still in my car today.you can't go wrong with Interstate Batteries they make sure that you're satisfied they value their customers .which is really rare nowadays.I think that's why I like going there the most you know that they want to help you.With some other placesyou feel like they have to help you.there's a big difference.So go to Interstate Battery with confidence that you're going to buy a great battery and get equally great service.

Good fast service. I prefer their batteries over many other locations in the area. They seem to always have in stock what I need and their batteries seem to lost a lot longer than the big box store batteries.

Interstate batteries was great! My battery was dead and since it had a interstate battery sticker on it I took it to them but they showed me that it was actually a Costco battery so they did check it for me and said that it was discharged and cleaned up some of the corrosion and sent me to Costco to see if they would honor their warranty. when I arrived at Costco they said that because I had canceled my membership that they would no longer honor the warranty on the battery so I went back to interstate and they took care of me and got me a new battery and fully installed at a great price and took care of me. Needless to say I will never go to Costco again interstate battery has my business from now on. Thank you Wayne and all the guys involved in helping me with this. God bless you all!

These guys are great! They always solve my battery issues and get me back on the road quickly. They are fair, fast and friendly, and I really appreciate their excellent customer service.

Friendly staff, but everyone was just a little too laid back. Batteries should be tested BEFORE they go out the door, each time, not just when a customer returns with a failure/issue. I've had many more positive experiences than negative with Interstate, over the years. However, it will probably be a while before I go back.

Wonderful staff and Technician. Took care of my RV with two batteries. Tech, for safety, did a rewired due to cracking cables. Looking out for MY safety. Good prices. Strongly recommend.

Back three or four years ago I had an issue with one of the cables going to my vehicle's battery. These folks bent over backwards to repair the cable and charged me a reasonable price.Today I bought a battery charger from them. I could have paid a little less elsewhere but I want to make sure that I keep these folks in business.

My car battery died in my Toyota Camry. I was able to start it, and drove here. In in about 15 min they installed a new battery, and only charged 15 for the service. Of course I paid for the battery.Would go here again.

This location in Redding, CA was awesome I showed up after i was refered to them for a battery by auto zone. He said they closed at 6pm and i arrived at 530pm I waked in on the day before thanks giving the asked what i was looking for i said a battery for my car he directed me to the correct battery which was a steal a battery for 60 dollars and some change and a 18mo warranty. And they also installed battery for free, after the tech was done installing the battery I said "I'm surprised you guys are open till 6pm." and he replied "where not." He said we just helped you cause we haven't closed up shop that day yet. Now that is customer service not even making a remark about being closed from any of the staff they just helped me out when I had a dead battery. I will be buying all of my battery's from them from now on.

Great product, warranty and service. Staff actually provided me good information on their PowerVolt line of batteries and I went with that option. Great price...great warranty, still Interstate.

Go to les schwab or napa Interstate does not stand behind there product and will give you the run around. My batterys are 6 months old both went bad they had me call corporate to warranty Corporate told me to drive to central point oregon to turn in batterys which is a 5 hour drive. I will never buy from them again at least les schwab will stand behind there products

I took a battery in there out of my motorhome that was questionable to me and the gentleman help me immediately told me all my options couldn't have asked for better service did a check on the battery and let me know that it was good I will definitely return and I highly recommend Interstate Battery to anyone who has a battery issue

Their batteries are outrageous for used ones after all the fees are said and done you're almost paying for a brand new battery if you were to go somewhere else
