I have been in contact with Bill, the sales rep in regards to purchasing a new bass boat. Bill was very informative and courteous throughout the entire process. The GM, Steve did the final walkthrough with us and showed us everything we needed to know about the boat. The team at Harrison R.V. And Marine are stand up individuals and will shoot you straight. Definitely will be coming back in the future if I ever need anything!

We are so glad we bought our family boat through Harrison s. They took incredibly good care of us. I swore I would never buy a boat (much less a wake surf boat) but when my youngest daughter entered high school and I saw how little time we had left with her everything changed. It was worth every penny and we are on the lake as a family and with friends every week during the summer (oftentimes multiple times per week)!

Worst service ever! I was warned against using them but gave them a chance. They screwed up my service 2 times on my power boat they didn t back there work, completely useless not helpful and rude! Do not use them do not buy anything from them. Go to Vicks mobile service for every single thing this company is a joke! Absolutely the bottom of the barrel they installed parts incorrectly and would not back the work, they wouldn t even give me a part number so I could order the parts myself

The employees in service were awesome! I keep my Bass Tracker 175 Pro at Ruth Lake 2 1/2 hours away. I made an appointment for 100 hr service and winterized. I told them I needed wait while the work was completed. I ran a few errands and they had it completed when I got back. Exceptional! Thank you Harrison Marine.

Sales and behind the counter staff were helpful , not pitchy, and very knowledgeable on the products. It was a simple process to come to terms on a boat purchase. The boat was delivered to me cleaned up, topped off with fuel, as well as stocked with all the necessary equipment. My new boat was completely lake ready. The next day I called in and had a couple of questions. I explained that I would just come by. As I pulled up, the service staff rushed out to the parking lot to meet me, and get me back on the lake.I will say that Harrisons exceeded my expectations from the purchase to after purchase maintenance, questions etc..

I took my boat to them before I bought it to check it out. They told nothing was wrong. I bought the boat and took to my shop in my town for the general maintenance before I put it on the water. My shop found over $3,000 worth of repairs needed. Obviously Harrison's did a quick and terrible job. I can't trust them any more.I ve called back two times per their request and the General Manager was not available so I left two voicemails. I never received any response. I guess they re not interested in addressing my concerns. Again terrible customer service.

I would give them six or more stars if I could. Their service department is awesome and their manager, Steve Rodriguez, walked me through the whole process of buying a brand new boat.

I came into Harrison's Marine & RV to order a Tracker Targa boat. The salesman, Justin helped me with the questions I had. He made me feel at ease as I had just came from another dealer and did not have a positive experience. Together Justin, sales manager Bill and I ordered the boat from Tracker. When I was leaving the owner even came to the parking lot to thank me. About two weeks into the process I had a change of events. When I contacted Justin and Bill I explained the situation, they totally understood. I was refunded the deposit with no problem at all. They had said they wanted me as a customer and to come back when I was ready. They wished me the best. That is the RIGHT WAY to treat people and sets the bar for customer satisfaction. So many companies just worry about making the deal. Harrison's Marine wanted me, the customer to be happy with the purchase. I will without reservation recommend Harrison's Marine & RV.

After purchasing a used travel trailer 3 months ago from Harrison's Marine and RV, I felt I should share some of the shortcomings of my experience with these folks.1. After finding a camper trailer we were interested in, we arranged a time and day to meet the salesperson, as we were coming from 3hr15min out of town, one way, 6+ hour round trip. We came prepared to purchase and drive the trailer off the lot. Upon arrival the salesperson said the trailer was not ready and his staff was off for the day, Sunday. This led to a second 6.5hour round trip to pick up the trailer at a later date. They should have mentioned the trailer was not ready prior to me making the first trip. I feel they were more focused on receiving a deposit for the purchase. Highly inconvenient.2. I spoke with 4 separate people during the entire experience which made it frustrating not knowing who to talk to if I had questions, I anticipated one person to walk me through the purchase process, this is what I am accustom too.3. When picking up the trailer, they were going to let me drive it off the lot with very low tire pressure in all tires. I had to bring this to their attention so they could have a staff member fill the tires. Low tires create excessive heat leading to blow outs. I was shocked they would have let this fly, especially knowing I was immediately traveling out of town.4. After waiting patiently, 3 months for the new license plates, as indicated by the sales staff it may take 3 months, my dealer plates are now expired, and I have no new plates. I reviewed my copy of the DMV paperwork for the sale and determined they submitted the paperwork in error, indicating the trailer had a dealer plate number (which was on the trailer) and an original license plate number (which I did not have). The DMV registration tags I received for the trailer; was for the plate number I was not in possession of. I first called Harrison's Marine and RV to inquire about the discrepancy and determine whether they were holding onto the original plates and just forgot to give them to me. After explaining the circumstances to yet another staff member, she indicated the DMV made a mistake or the plates got lost in the mail. Clearly, they had made the mistake when submitting the DMV paperwork indicating the trailer already had plates, which are apparently now nonexistent. I ended up ordering replacement plates from the DMV. I understand mistakes happen, but it is a matter of dealer accountability and whether they are quick to "pass-the-buck". I personally would not go out of my way to purchase from these folks again, based on my experience.

My husband and I just purchased our first RV. I cannot say enough good things about the level of professionalism and courtesy and expertise from the people at Harrisons Marine & RV. Our sales person was Harry, and he is very experienced, and low pressure, which I appreciated! Harry answered all of our questions and made us feel very comfortable looking at RVs.When we decided on our purchase, Stephen the general manager, stepped in and helped us with all of the paperwork. Steve is also an avid camper and very experienced.Todd was the person who helped us through our walk-through and he answered all of our questions and was very patient with us as we are brand new to this experience! When we brought our RV home, we realized that we needed some more instruction and help in how to unload it from our truck. We called Steve the general manager, and within an hour he was at our house giving us instructions and making sure we felt completely comfortable with operating our tow package. I feel this goes way beyond the call of duty! I can t say enough about how much I appreciate the service that we have received! The entire staff have made themselves available to help us answer any questions we have, and give us all the support we need, so our experience with owning our first RV is not stressful but a great experience! My husband and I will definitely need some handholding as we learn how to maintain and enjoy our new RV. We have been told to call them anytime with questions! If you re an experienced camper, or if you re considering entering into the RV world, I highly recommend that you visit these folks!Michael and Lisa Smith

They responded to my question within an acceptable time frame via Email. They answered my questions in detail, engine size and time frame of how soon I could pick it up from prep. I asked another question and they responded saying they were removing the factory seats (why?) and upgrading them to another model. Therefore the price is going up. I did not want the mysterious upgraded seats. (I doubt they upgraded anything, and it is not the cost up charge as much as the act of it that bothers me)Why would you start modifying a NEW boat in the middle of a purchase only to stick the buyer with a higher price? Oh yea, more $$$$$$. They chose the bait and switch gag on a fishing boat and lost a sale? The sad thing is I am replacing my 2019 RV with a New R-pod, they don't get that sale either. To throw salt on a wound ,they offered me a used boat that was slightly cheaper. They don't even know what they did wrong. Poor customer service.

Great experience! Communication was great, they were very prepared when we showed up and polite! We had a fuse out in our truck and it was after hours and they stayed and waited for us to go to O Reilly s and replace the fuse and return so we could take it home that night since we came from out of town. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. I appreciate them for giving us the opportunity to make many memories with our new trailer. We will go back for our boat! Thank you again Bill and Steve!

My experience with Harrison s Marine has been phenomenal. I ve purchased 2 new boats from Bill Tobias over the last year an half. The sales transactions have been extremely smooth. He has answered any question or concern I ve had. He has also given his insight in my purchasing decisions while also getting the exact boat I want. The owner is out on the floor working with his sales team. Scott in service has been pleasant to work with when I did have a warranty item that needed to be taken care of or just to answer random questions from a new boat owner. I definitely recommend working with them and especially Bill if your in the market for a new boat. Local guys and great service. Thanks!

Took our trailer to have a slide motor replaced, AGAIN... Charged upwards of $600 to replace. Ask them politely to show me that it was fixed before I took it home to make sure that it worked properly, Mr Jeff told me we can check it when we get home told him we paid a lot of money to replace this part I would like to make sure it worked he stormed out to check the slider for us like I inconvenienced him, they lost our wheel chocks proceeded to give us two extra pieces of scrap wood to replace that. Also wanted to charge us for a refrigerator valve for around $900. Rude service, unprofessional, outrageous prices, for the slider to go out again in less than a year with minimal use makes me feel like they're using refurbished parts to cut corners shop around for service before going to this dump definitely not going back again.

Started shopping for a patio boat, ended up using a dealership (It's a small fishing boat in Rancho Cordova, Ca) because Harrison's didn't have their Lowe boats in yet. What a mistake that was, had so much mechanical issues with our brand new boat and ASFB dealership was absolutely the worst. Luckily Bill, a sales associate at Harrison's Marine I had been communicating with and Scott, the service manager took over the nightmare repair and maintenance work we were stuck with. They did the work promptly and professionally with the best customer service. They worked with the Lowe warranty company so things went seem less on our end. I wish we would have purchased through them. All I can say is if you are looking for a dealership who is extremely knowledgeable, kind and goes the extra mile to make their customers happy this is the place to go. We thank you guys so so much for turning our new boat buying experience from a nightmare to a more enjoyable experience. Doing all this with out the incentive of us purchasing the boat through them shows how much they care!Heidi Chavez

Out of necessity I went to Harrison's looking for a travel trailer. I am retired and have limited income. I tried for several days to obtain financing for the trailer as did the dealership. I was turned down but, did not give up. I have bought numerous cars, motorcycles, boats, and RV's in my life, however, this purchase became a nightmare. I wrote a review voicing my dipleasure which upset the dealership. I finally obtained the financing on my own and when I contacted the dealership to buy the trailer I was told that I could not purchase the trailer unless I amended my previous review. Reluctantly, I purchased a trailer elsewhere and obtained financing in less than five minutes!

Worked with Harry in sales and Steve in finance. They were very understanding of our purchasing situation and worked with us to find a very nice Lowe Pontoon that fit our family s wants. The walk through process was smooth and enjoyable. When looking for another new boat in the future we will definitely stop here first to see what s available!
