Brandon is amazing. We came to Redding for vacation and 10 minutes away our tensioner pulley blew out and Brandon was the only person to call/text us back. Not only was he extremely fast with the repair, he was also extremely generous with his pricing. Your car is safe with him! I had a wonderful experience with Gearheads Automotive. I had a fuel pump fail on a weekend while traveling through Redding. Brandon rearranged his schedule so that he could do my repair on a Sunday afternoon. He was prompt, efficient, affordable and an all around great guy. I have had several problems with my vehicle. It was purchased out of desperation and it came with a bunch of problems that the used car lot had hidden from us. Well after having the car for 6 months all the problems came to light. I brought my car to Gearheads and Brandan did a diagnostics and broke everything down from most important to least important so that we could get the car running without being stranded. He explains everything that he does and why it needs to be done. He doesn't treat ladies like they don't know what they are talking about or try to get extra money out of them by saying something is wrong when it isn't like some bigger shops do. He takes the time to listen to the customer when they are trying to explain what the problem is and asks questions to understand exactly what the customer is trying to say.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, Battery, Oil change

Brandan has worked on my vehicles for over 8 years. He s fixed every issue we ve had, very methodical, very thorough. I also love the convenience of an oil change here at my house. Cancels at the last minute, then doesn t show up or call if you schedule a second appt., told me he would be there at 9 am canceled on me at 8:51, said he d call me if he can show up at 4 and if not he would make me his first priority the next morning and I never got a phone call by 4 Pm, and went to work late the next day because I was waiting around for him to show up and he never did. All an all a waste of time don t rely on this company to show up. Don t schedule someone an appointment and say you ll be there if you re already booked
