Blake is absolutely incredible. His customer service is phenomenal, you can tell he actually cares about you and that your vehicle gets fixed. last year i brought in my car and he fixed my brakes and explained in detail everything that was wrong or should be fixed, but didn't pressure me to fix anything that i didn't feel was necessary right then, and he did all he could to cut the cost to make it as affordable for me as possible. my brakes have been perfect ever since then. i brought it in again this week and he remembered me and took a look at my belt that was screeching. he told me exactly what he thought was wrong and how long it'd take, then right when he said, he called and let me know it was fixed and he lowered the price again to help me out! he also said he checked everything just to make sure it's running well and it all looked good. it's so nice to know your mechanic actually cares about you getting the best service and being safe on the road. he's knowledgeable about everything he does as well. this is the guy to come to for any vehicle mechanical problems!

Blake is a lifesaver. Its difficult to find mechanics but really difficult to work on my goofy vehicles. I have a suburban with a TON of miles, three cushman 3 wheeled motorcycles and a diesel (he doesn't like to work on). I enjoy that he explains the problem and how hes going to fix it in a way I understand.Today when I went to pick up my vehicle, he asked "Is that your ride here??" I answered yes and he replied "Don't let them leave." My vehicle wasn't completed due to waiting on parts. It was a funny way for him to tell me.I do not want to let too many folks know how good he is. I won't be able to get an appointment if he becomes too popular.

Blake and Elevated Autoworks are amazing!! I drove to Redding from the Bay Area for an errand and began experiencing mechanical issues in my van when I neared Redding. I drove to O'Reilly's to get a read on the check-engine light. After the read, the worker at O-Reilly suggested I get it repaired before driving back and said his mechanic (Elevated) was extremely good at his work, honest, and reliable. Being from out of town, I trusted his word and called Elevated Autoworks, explained the situation, and even though it was near closing time he had me bring it in. Blake was friendly, professional, and offered good solutions. I left it overnight and they had it diagnosed and subsequently repaired shortly after lunchtime the next day. My delayed trip home ended up an unexpected fun, mini-vacation with my son, while Blake's honesty, efficiency, and good work made it anxiety-free in the waiting time. My van has been riding smoothly, like new since the repair. If I lived in or near Redding, Elevated is where I'd take my vehicles. This is a trustworthy and highly recommended establishment!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I couldn't possibly be more satisfied with the work done on my car. Not only is Blake a phenomenal mechanic, he is very communicative and professional!My 2015 Subaru Forester had a severe oil leak at the very bottom of my engine that required its entirety to be pulled out in order for the repair to be done. In the process of the job being completed, he was able to lookout and catch other problems and communicate to me for them to be fixed. If he had not looked out and caught them, I would've had to had my engine taken out all over again- in turn more $$$. He saved me a huge amount of time and future expenses. He also spent time cleaning all the excess burnt oil off of other parts of my engine for efficiency purposes, and where as before my repair I smelt burning oil every day- after repair, haven't smelt it once!I am looking forward to having a trustworthy mechanic to work on mine and my family's cars when needed! He truly cares for his customers.10/10 recommend!

This place is awesome. Truly amazing costumer service. Blake was so nice and helpful, I came in with a busted front end, 10 minutes before they closed and right away he came out to look at the vehicle and help me out. 10/10 if I break down in Redding again, this is where I'm coming.

Honest, affordable and fast. I did all the hard work researching every affordable place in Redding. This shop is the most affordable. The mechanic was very transparent and did the job quickly. Go here. Will come back if needed.
