Had the driveshaft for a 1972 Chevelle shortened and new u joints installed excellent work quick turnaround and fairly priced

Had a vibrating 2 piece drive shaft on my truck with bad U joints. DLS built me a new 1 piece drive shaft to replace it for a very good price. Vibration is completely gone, and multiple potential failure points are eliminated. Would definitely recommend them.

Very good and fairly quick service for driveline balancing, universal joints, center support bearings and stuff like that. I have an f350 4x4 diesel and it is the lynchpin of my small business. Any breakdown is a loss of productivity and capital, im dead in the water without it. When i started to feel a unusual vibration in my drivetrain, i started troubleshooting. Most likely culprit due to the type of vibration i was feeling was most likely a ujoint or something in between the transmission or, in the case of a 4x4 vehicle, the transfer case and the rear axle, ie, the driveline. 2 mins later i discovered it was what some may call the "carrier bearing" but Ford calls a "driveline center support bearing". This bearing must be pressed into place, a job best suited for a professional, i typed in "driveline service redding" on google, called them at 3pm, explained my situation and that i would be bringing my driveline in myself, removed from my truck, and if they could get it done today, i would tip the guys out 20bucks. They said they could get it done if i got there within 30min and that they wouldnt accept any tips. I got there in 20mins with my driveline and a genuine ford part. I was back by 530 to pick up my driveline and, if im not mistaken, only charged like 60bucks or something very reasonable for such a quick turnaround. I went home, reinstalled my driveline and was back on the road that same day!

We were driving through Redding pulling our 33' trailer and our Carrier bearing went out. These guys got us back on the road the same day, and charged us a very fair price. They are great.

Needed my front driveline replaced. I was also notified about my main UJoints needing replaced as well. Robert and David were very helpful, worked fast and wanted me/my vehicle safe.

I had a drive line shortened, balanced a u joint(that they had to order) replaced in March 2022 for $117, ujioint that was replaced starting making noise in September, took the shaft in today with a brand new ujoint for them to replace the failing one. I was told the ujoint I was replacing was fine(it wasn't it made noise and rotated easy one way and hard the other) and that the u joint I brought for them to replace it with wouldn't last 6 months so they couldn't warranty it at all. I asked them how much for one of their ujoints, $90, $180 to do both tiny suzuki samurai ujoints. I was charged only $40 in March for the replacement ujoint installed.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took a driveshaft in that I had made at another local driveshaft shop. Robert rebalanced the driveshaft, and now no vibration. Next time I'm going to him first.

They had the special married u-joint to get a four wheel drive line on a two wheel Chevy rear end they didn't have it in stock but they did get it in within two days and pressed it right there while I waited great service

Great pricing, solid work. A very busy shop, and he was upfront letting me know I was a week out before he could get to it. Done when he said it would be, even cleaned everything up and painted

Pressed off old support bearing and installed a new one in a few hours. I took the day off work to get my driveline to them and they came through for me. Very courteous as well.
