Pulled in got right on the truck when they said they would. Was honest about time frame and got the unit back when they said it would be done. Only complaint I have is communication with updates on diagnosis and parts available could have been a little better but that was a minor issue. Office staff and the mechanic was great

Micheal is very helpful and great to deal with, I drive semi across Canada and the U.S. and this is one of the best service centers I've dealt with.

Thank you so much for your service. My problem is solved. Computer guy Charlie is found my issue and fixed. Im so happy. I had this problem in last 1,5 year. Today I have no headache. Thank you again and again.Wish you all the best guys . Good job

Heath is by far the best guy I have dealt with. I can explain a problem and he listens and won't stop til he gets figured out. This dealership is by far the best around if you need to have truck repairs or maintenance done.

I broke down got me right in . It was 117 degrees that day. I have drove Truck for 20 years I have never been treated this good at a shop. If you break down in northern California this is the place to go!!! Thank you so much.

The staff at the Redding CA store are very professional and polite. They work well with you and try to fit you in where they can to get you back on the road as fast as possible even when they are slammed. I do recommend the Redding CA store for parts and repairs.

If you like paying for the job to be done twice then this is the place for you. I took my Peterbilt in because of check engine light being on. Redding Peterbilt told me it was my dpf filter they "cleaned it" and put it back together and did a regen so it was supposed to be fixed........446 miles later I'm getting a 812$ tow to Bakersfield Peterbilt to have them redo reddings work. Bakersfield Peterbilt put a new dpf filter in, fixed my truck and i have been rolling ever since. Now I'm in a battle with Redding Peterbilt to reimburse my money. obliviously Redding did not fix the problem after "cleaning" my dpf filter. I would recommend getting your truck repairs somewhere else. Check out my bills and look for yourself. And the second time i had the job done it was cheaper than Redding and Bakersfield replaced the dpf filter which the filter alone is 2,166$.
