Ryan! You are truly the best to ever do it! Unbeatable price and awesome company to boot! You took me in on such short notice and I m incredibly grateful for your timely service and professionalism. Even though you made fun of my ripped jeans I ll still come to you for any future work needed and send everyone possible your way. Thank you. Thank you. To anyone looking to get a windshield replaced I recommend Ryan at cypress auto glass 10 FOLD! He doesn t do the calibration for the lane assist but if you are like me and don t use that feature, he is your guy!

I don t like to leave bad reviews but this shop really needs to get it together. I had an open claim with them to replace my windshield on my Honda Civic Hatchback and when I brought it in they told me my insurance had them order the wrong windshield and my VIN number did not match the windshield that I needed. My insurance told them to email their shop care department to order the correct part and they NEVER did it. They played dumb for 3 days claiming they were playing phone tag with my insurance company when all they had to do was email them. I had my insurance company on a three way call with them and they told them the same email and there was always a reason why they hadn t done it yet. Apparently they aren t tech savvy enough to send an email. I had my insurance reassign the claim to Platinum Auto Glass who entered my VIN and the correct part came up immediately and they got it fixed right away. Hopefully this shop can learn something from this.

Called, they picked up quick and got an estimate right away. Got scheduled for the very next day at 11. They got me right in when I got there, said it would take an hour. They were done in about 40 minutes, 20 minutes quicker than then said. And it costed exactly what they quoted me. And the people there are nice too. 6 stars.

I recently accidentally knocked my rear view mirror off which took a good size chunk of glass with it. Thankfully the windshield didn't crack. I was able to fill in the missing glass with a windshield repair kit but for the life of me I couldn't get my mirror to stay on the windshield. After several failed attempts I finally caved and figured I'd have to replace my windshield. When I took it into Cypress Auto Glass I was told...while it was ultimately up to me...they could replace the windshield if I still wanted them to...they could instead black out the chipped area so it's no longer visible and afix my mirror above the chip. In the end this fix worked. They could have just replaced the windshield and made a $300 sale but instead, seeing a simple fix would work they offered that to me and saved me a fair amount of money...and what's more...they ended up not even charging me for what they did! I was floored. Should my windshield crack at a later time due to the large chip I will most definitely take my car back here to get the windshield repaired or replaced. I got my windshield replaced here and they are really nice and efficient. Got my new windshield in within a few days and they replaced it quickly and did a great job. Would come here again if I needed window repairs/replacement

Ryan is awesome! They got me in within 24 hours of my window breaking and my window rolls up better than they ever did before! They even cleaned up all of the broken glass in my car! I want to say I m so thankful I will never use another company again! Excellent customer service! They have a huge service schedule lined up, but were very accommodating and personable about fitting me in for replacing my front windshield on my Acura Tlx. Their prices are reasonable too, Very nice people! I will hands down recommend them to all my friends and family!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I've gone here 2x to get chips in my window filled and he did it quick and on the spot for a great price, even helped me out with fixing something else in my car that was a safety issue that other places wanted hundreds for.. Because of that alone I would choose to go here over and over again. Just got my whole windshield replaced too, and it was done quick and for a great price as well. He had what was needed in stock. Other places would charge more and you would probably have to wait for them to order what's needed. Nice guy; I recommend to everyone.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I took my vehicle in to get a cracked windshield replaced about a year and a half ago. And the first time it rained it leaked on the floorboards. Didn't understand why that happened until it really rained and it soaked my entire roof and leaked on my seats causing damage. I couldn't find my recipet and I paid cash. I called to see if they had a copy of my receipt - they couldn't find it. When I told them why I needed it they said they'd repair it for me for free. They fingerprinted the seal on, getting black stuff all over my windshield and roof, not to mention they were both in holy sweatpants. First rain again after summer and sure enough - still leaking! Now I have to have my entire window replaced and it's $500 for all the sensors even though my current windshield isn't broken. Water damage to the interior and luckily I had all weather floor mats. I will not be going back to them.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Fast friendly, and did a great job. I had two rock chips that started to spiderweb out. (Both still small about a quarter size) but I can barely see them now.

They were very quick and helpful. What I was quoted over the phone is what I paid. They were very professional and friendly when I went to pick up my jeep. I will definitely be back their way if I ever need another window replaced. They even put on a new rear view mirror for me. We bought a new one and brought it and they were sweet and installed it on the new windshield most places wouldn't have gone that extra mile especially since we didn't purchase it from them.

This guy is AMAZING! I will never take my cars anywhere else. He truly went above and beyond. My driver window motor had broken and it wouldn't stay up. I was worried about leaving it down for days before I got it fixed. He was booked but still agreed to take me in and proceeded to stay well after the shop was closed to complete the repair for me the same day! I am SO grateful. You really don't find service like this much anymore. I HIGHLY recommend Cypress Auto Glass for any window needs!!

I needed a replacement windshield and rear slider installed into our truck before it rained again. When the other glass guy no showed twice, this shop came to our rescue. They were quick, friendly, and did a great job. Even though they are not a mobile shop, not only were they willing to come to my house, but they did it the same day I called. They are great on the prices and I give them 5 stars on their service. If you need quality automotive glass repair or replacement done, this is the place to call first.

I called to have a rear window installed in a 1975 F150, I already had the new glass and rubber seal. They got me in the next day and took less than 15 minutes to put the window in. When it was done I asked how much I owed and he had me set my own price. This and family members experiences with this shop will make it my go to from now on.

My windshield caught a rock on the highway the other day and cracked pretty badly. Despite not being a part of my insurance's list of pre-approved vendors, Ryan was able to set up a deal with them within minutes and got my windshield replaced the very next day. Not only did he get me in quickly, he went out of his way today to deliver my car to me, since I could not leave work in time to pick it up. Very nice guy, reasonable prices - I highly recommend. Will also be taking my 72' Gran Torino in to Cypress Auto Glass for a new front windshield in the very near future!Service: Auto windshield replacement

Great people and great work. Apparently the computers were down with all the auto glass shops. This place took the time to not only give me a quote schedule an appointment but they stuck by it. Fantastic place and saved over half from Safelite. (see my Safelite experience)

Called around to multiple auto glass shops in Redding to replace a back windshield on my car and cypress auto glass was 100$ cheaper than all other shops, outstanding service and great work. It paid off to shop around and get quotes from different shops. I will be coming back whenever I need glass work done

Absolutely amazing!! So this is the first time using Cypress Auto Glass. I'm a creature of habit and like going to the same ppl to work on my vehicles. I have a 2007 Mercedes Benz that needed a windshield replaced. I called aroundplatinum Auto Glass $310Integrity Auto Glass $350Safelite Auto Glass $390Eds ( mobile Glass replacement) $250 before install.So anyways I shopped around and came acrossed Cypress Auto Glass. I called and spoke to the owner and he was so down to earth and honest. He quoted me a fair price of $256 out the door. Amazing. Not to mention while windshield was being replaced I was watching it done and the finesse and diligent job they did was outstanding. I highly recommend Cypress Auto Glass. They have a customer for life whenever I need windows or anything like that. Thanks Cypress Auto Glass

I've had windshields replaced and repaired multiple times over the years, but this was my first time using Cypress Auto Glass. This was by far the best experience I've had - fast and friendly service, excellent workmanship, and very reasonably priced.

My wife and I drove from Salt Lake City to Redding for my mother in laws 80th birthday. The cheapest local price I could get in salt lake was 266 for my windshield replacement on a shoddy install from another company. The people at Cypress auto glass were not only less expensive they were able to save my windshield and did an excellent re install. They even polished the windshield inside and out and cleaned all the bugs off from our trip. We would highly recommend.

Ryan is such a great guy! He offered to do my windshield whenever was convenient for me, he said he would open the shop that day (which they were closed for the holiday.) That is very rare to find a business like this nowadays. I will never go anywhere else!
