Roger the service advisor was clear in his communication and delivered great customer service. My repair apparently was a simple one and they didn t charge me beyond the diagnostic fee. My battery had gone out as well bc my taillights wouldn t turn off when the ignition turned off. They even recharged my battery for me. I m super impressed and they have a loyal customer now. Thank you Crown Nissan!

The staff at Crown Nissan were very professional. I was pleased with my vehicle purchase at a fair price. Although they were not so good at providing a trade-in cost. Staff worked diligently to close the purchase as quickly as possible and accomodate my comfort as I was recuperating from knee replacement surgery. That was much appreciated.

The service department staff are kind and experienced. I took my NV3500 in because it was idling high and accelerating without applying pressureto the gas pedal. It was $185 to look at it. They were booked out 2 weeks but squeezed me in so our family of 11 wouldn't be with out a vehicle. They reset the idle and cleared the computer errors. The van is back to running normal. They made me aware to might be a temporary fix and said to bring it straight in if the problem returns. He didn't charge me. Kindness and honesty goes a long way! Highly recommended!

Roger in service was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. The service tech was quick and thorough. Overall happy with the quality of service and the time it took.

Pretty good folk to deal with . My car car wasn't ready at the time they said but it was only held up a day . Being a ex auto tech I understand somethings can't be helped . I want to give Rodger a shout out and thumbs up for getting my car in quickly and back to me ASAP . Thanks again.

Bought a new transmission 15 months ago.....warranty expired at 12 months.....nissan washed there hand of any help or honoring there products. Cvt transmissions are very faulty....will never buy another nissan!!!! Terrible customer service!!!! Over 5000 dollars spent on a piece of trash transmission!

Roger and the service department went the extra mile to take care of my sons 2000 Frontier ECM issues in a timely manner and for the exact price they quoted. I'm very impressed with this service department.

Had several warning lights come on while driving with my kids from Sacramento, and they advised me over the phone, we pulled into there service department and they checked things out immediately!

The service was good, but the mechanic left grease in the car from his feet, and changed the settings in source and didn't put it back to where it was. Frustrating!!!
