Took my mom s Charger in to get it looked at, as I had found an oil leak, had a noise coming from the brakes, and had some maintenance stuff I needed done on it. After about 5 hours of waiting I finally decided to call and see if the service advisor had an update. He tells me I need new front and rear brakes and a replacement of the oil filter housing. He also tells me the brakes have hot marks from overheating on the front and the rear rotors. Naturally, I was skeptical about paying $3300 dollars for the repairs and took the car to a shop in Red Bluff. Not only did the new shop tell me the replacement of the rear brakes was totally unnecessary, they were truthful and said they found grooving in the front rotors which was most likely causing my noise. They also told me that the replacement of the filter housing required a coolant flush, as they would be also replacing the oil cooler which has coolant passages running through it. Without the flush, the coolant would become contaminated with oil. This is something Crown never mentioned. So the new shop quotes all the maintenance, replacing the filter housing, replacing the front brakes, and now the coolant flush at $1300 dollars cheaper. Needless to say, I won t be returning to Crown Motors for any repair or maintenance ever again. Unfortunately, I had to pay $200 dollars for the diagnosis. I basically paid $200 dollars for someone to lie to me. Something to think about if you consider taking your vehicle here.

I own a 2018 Ram 2500 and the Fm radio started de laminating and I contacted Customer Care told them of the situation and was instructed to take it to Crown for inspection. I talked to Noe' and he took over. It was determined radio was bad and he took over with phone calls and emails to Dodge CC. They approved a new radio. Within 10 days I had a new radio installed. No out of pocket per Dodge. Noe' my Dodge service writer made the whole process for me so unbelievable simple! I was so impressed with the positive attitude and professionalism. It's so nice to have true customer service, Thanks Noe' !

My husband took his 2017 f150 to Crown Ford to figure out why it wouldn't start. Crown Ford told his extended warranty company it was water and dirt intrusion into the motor after he authorized 1200 for diagnostic then they wanted him to authorize another 5,000 to pull the motor and heads to see the extent of the damage of said motor. My husband wouldn't authorize the payment as Crown Ford told him it was going to be a customer pay for the replacement motor. He ended up having it towed to another shop where they found that the motor didn't have dirt or water intrusion into the motor but a blown head gasket and #8 cylinder hydro locked. This shop helped my husband get his truck back on the road and not be customer pay as the extended warranty company realized it was mechnical failure. 0/10 would not recommend Crown Ford. Our Ford service will now be the 40 minutes drive to Corning Ford.

Our last 2 "Service" appointments we have had, are nothing short of disappointing.Dropped my husbands 2018 Dodge RAM truck off at 8am on Friday morning last month, for a warranty repair that Crown had previously performed and has since failed. I specifically said to Noe "please let me know if you will need to keep the truck, over the weekend" and Noe, the service writer, never called my husband to give us an update. My husband finally called to find out what was going on and found Noe had left for the weekend. We had to drive up Saturday morning to pick his truck up, to find out it literally was never even looked at. We received no paperwork, no explanation of diagnostic or findings. Also Noe did not even call on Monday morning to inquire as to why the truck was gone, absolutely nothing from him to follow up with us, he doesn't care and that shows with his arrogance while going through the check in process.My son and I brought my Dodge Charger this Monday morning 3/18/2024 and the service was even worse. Again with Noe. We were quoted $3300 in repairs, we declined the repairs but we were charged $200 for diagnostics (should be refunded). We took it to another shop and found we were quoted unnecessary repairs and Crown missed repairs that were most definitely needed, and the new shops quoted repairs were literally almost half of what Crown quoted us, infact a $1300 difference, horrible experience and service writer Noe is utterly awful. Needless to say this is the last time we will bring any business to Crown MotorsAnd apparently we will have the warranty work Crown is legally responsible for fixed at another dealership, and we will have to file a complaint against Crown to recuperate any charges

I had previously purchased a Mustang GT/CS from Crown Motors. So out of loyalty when I was ready for a Mustang Dark Horse I reached out to them. The online sales manager had an order drawn up. Upon requesting a correction I was told there would be added conditions BEFORE they would order the vehicle. I'm aware that the dealership can see my past purchases and orders with Ford. The dsicrimination & disrespect I received as a female trying to purchase another car from them has been unreal.

First I wasn't told that I would be stranded an hour and a half away from home without a VECHILE , a heads up would have been nice . They replaced transmission and then found a leak afterwards so they ordered another new transmission and fixed the leak supposedly and put the new transmission in . They gave me a rental after a few days but I had to figure out a way to go and get it an hour and a half away. I was then charged 336.00 for a new axle because twine was supposedly wrapped around my axle. And apparently my bumper to bumper manufacturer warranty wouldn't or didn't cover it. I highly doubt it was twine but whatever. Got VECHILE back and drove it and noticed that something was leaking. It wasn't leaking when I took it to them . I called them about it and was told my mileage was past the original manufacturer warranty now and that they would charge me 200 diagnostic fee to have them relook at their work and figure where the leak is coming from . Well the leak is coming from the same leak that you guys didn't repair. Our local car lot told me that the plug on my transmission was bypassed and I can't even get my oil changed because no one wants to touch my VECHILE and be liable for my screwed up vechile. so currently I am driving around still with a leaking transmission from your repair job and waiting for someone to get my VECHILE in to be looked at. . this is screwed.

Jared was ABSOLUTELY amazing! He was so helpful and real throughout the whole process and helped me and my fianc� walk away with a brand new 2024 Honda civic! He sat patiently with us through everything, since it was kinda our first time, and made sure we were well taken care of and satisfied! I honestly couldn t have asked for anyone better! Super disappointed in the customer service here. Employees were nice to get exactly what they wanted out of the deal. My grandparents bought a car from them and were lied to and taken advantage of. When asked about the problem at hand they lied once again. Not good business to take advantage of an elderly couple.

Could not have had a better experience purchasing my vehicle from Crown Motors. Tachelle was great from start to finish. Clear communication from both emails and phone calls all the way to delivery and follow up after receiving my Dodge Charger. Crown will definitely be at the top of my list for myself or my family s next vehicle.

They have definitely taken care of me after the sale on the Honda side. I have not had any negative experience here. They staff is super friendly and helpful. Side note: we worked with Jessica Ryan ... She was amazing! It's been almost a year and she still checks in to make sure we are happy! Great service!!!

Don t waste your time going anywhere else, we have purchased 5 Hondas from Crown Motors In all seriousness they re by far THE BEST DEALERSHIP. They don t have a mark up on vehicles and you re only paying MSRP. Now as far as salesman go .do yourself a favor and go with Ozzy! He was the nicest car salesman I have ever met! Super easy to talk to, very genuine and very helpful with everything! We have taken our vehicles to crown for the service for YEARS! . We had to take it to another oil change company due to the long wait time for an appointment!To our surprise/disgust crown NEVER replaced the air filters or the cabin filters in either of the two vehicles they have been servicing for years.The filters were totally black and disgusting.We will not be going back.Shame on them!

Bought a car on Oct,2,2023 the car is good the sales person was great. But finance dept is why they get 1 star. First it was a cash deal they ran my credit put a inquiry on my crddit report. Then they proceded to cash my check early when the deal was there were supposed to hold it untill funds had been released from my bank. Causing me to go negative on my account.

I was so upset when I thought I had lost my car girl Julia. Thankfully I had her number saved and was able to find her. If you are wanting someone that radiates kindness and is down to earth and straight forward, go in and ask for Julia Andrews. Very unhappy with service department, dealership and warranty repairs. Went to make an appointment for my 2022 Ram 2500 that I paid full price for, just wanted regular service and it would be 10 days before I could get in. I m on my second recall for my truck and they don t have parts to repair again. Don t park truck in your garage because it could catch fire. Won t get service or buy a vehicle here again.

I have.had all my maintenance done on my Honda for 7 years. I had to order tires had 11:30 apptmt waited until 3:30 for car to be done. When we checked out tires when I got home and we noticed all the grease and handprints left on the rims. We expect better service as we pay more to come to the dealership. That did not happen today.

This review is on the sales department only. I have purchased 3 vehicles and have been very pleased in the past. But not to happy as of a couple of days ago when my husband and son return home from dealing with the sales lady Jessica. They both felt that she was arrogant and she laughed when she offered us $30 k for our 2019 Tahoe. Both of them left feeling frustrated and annoyed with her. The dealer next door paid me $42000 for my car the next day.A couple of months prior we had called and Jessica answered the phone. She laughed at us when we said we wanted to buy a Honda Civic because there were none. The fact that they didn t have any for sale is fine. But the rude attitude that lady put off is really frustrating.I have spent well over $120,000 dollars at their dealership. Sad to say that one bad apple can spoil our experience. I will never purchase from there again with that lady running around.However. Donnie was always great!!!! Also the shop has always been great as well. We used to really love buying from this dealership.
