I came here may of last year and thought I did a review here as well as yelp, but realized today I didn t post a review here. I ll copy the one from yelp here, but would HIGHLY recommend them for your business. I went to Crown Honda to get a recall and A/C fixed last week. Wyatt was the tech who helped me. He was friendly, helpful and courteous. He helped me immensely by fitting me in the next day, when he found out I had to leave town a couple days later. All the other employees at the service center were courteous and welcoming as well. I would recommend to anyone going to Crown Honda.

I had a positive experience at Crown Honda when I encountered an issue with a vehicle I had purchased three months ago from Auto West (another dealership in Redding). Despite the lack of disclosure from Bill and Dan at Auto West regarding a recall on the vehicle, the team at Crown Honda went above and beyond to assist me. Their exceptional service and willingness to provide a warranty for my engine issues exemplified their commitment to customer satisfaction. I am grateful for their prompt and effective assistance, and highly recommend Crown Honda for their outstanding customer service and dedication to resolving customer concerns.

I was impressed and sincerely uplifted by the professional attitude and intent of all of the sales staff at Crown Motors Honda.I found Greg s ability to respect and value my trade to be a nice surprise. He was able to show real values and explanations for real depreciation. Some I had not had an honest reality about, and he was effective in securing a trade value that was fair and realistic.Britany was able to process my financing and clearly explain my options. I made choices and never felt pressured to add options. She was extraordinarily clear and understood my needs. Hopefully she gets nothing but respect by her peers, but she found a $500 rebate that I, Greg, and everyone else was unaware of. Wow! That is real support from the finance end.I would proudly send any of my friends or loved ones to do business with Crown Motors Honda.Thank you Greg, Britany, and Crew for helping me acquire the nicest car I have ever. :D.

I love the staff friendliness, from the service desk to the bus driver!Pricing is good! My husband usually does the oil change at home himself, but we figured it's the same taking in since we don't have the time, energy nor tools to do it now. Plus they do tire rotation, inspect tire threading, inspect the breaks and wash the car all this for $90.

Brought my 2019 Honda Pilot to Crown for a recall.After I arrived the service person (Tammy) told me the recall takes at least 3-4 hours!So, she quickly rang up their driver that drops off/picks up customers and I was at my house in 20 mins.Wow, great service and the driver Ron was a pleasure to ride with.Tammy called me after 2 hours or so and told me Ron was on his way and should be at my house shortly.Ron arrived and took me back - again a great guy.When I got to Crown, my car was ready and Tammy went over the multi-point inspection they performed on my Pilot.Tammy said, everything looks good - a few things will need to be addressed in the future (normal maintenance things).I was shocked!!! I can t remember leaving a dealer NOT telling me all the things I need to do or the car will fall apart ;-)Wow, an honest dealer. Dealerships like Crown are rare. Honest, quick friendly service and nice, non pressure employees.I highly recommend them if you own a Honda!

I wanted a safety inspection on my 2002 accord and they Don t work on anything older then 2014 it s there company policy, I called two other hondas in different counties and they said that s strange they work on every year Honda. Don t recommend Redding Honda

The little lady has always wanted another new Honda. Went in and talked to Steve today and we left with the one she has been eyeballing for quite a while. Crown motors has always taken good care of us. Thanks again.

I was charged $200 for a 15 min diagnostics for a $9 part that needed to be replaced on my car A/C (a rate of $815 per hr). To recharge my A/C 1234yf, they wanted to charge me $500. I called another shop in Redding and they quoted me $380 for this service! My appointment time was 1:30pm and I had to wait an extra 35 minutes to check in because their mechanic broke something on a previous customer who just picked their vehicle up. I won't be doing business with their service center ever again. Just imagine paying $730 to get your A/C recharged!

I came through Redding traveling with family - my three kids, their dad, and two dogs. I started noticing some transmission issues in Nevada and decided we'd get it done here after the Reno honda dealer was very rude over the phone. I got a transmission service which I was told it would take 2-3 hours but we were out of there in an hour and a half. While we were there we were able to stay in the lounge and out if the heat with our dogs, which was so helpful. Excellent service and very kind people. Car is doing great now! If I ever need work on my Honda again when in the area, I will come here.

Beware of this dealerships auto mechanic! My Honda had an oil leak & they charged me $1500 to fix it. They stated they cleaned off the alternator and the engine of oil. The day after picking it up I broke down on the side of the road again. The tow man said it was my alternator. Honda dealership said my alternator was working fine. My husband pulled out the alternator to find it caked with oil after I just paid $1500 to have it fixed and cleaned. They specifically told me they cleaned my alternator! I wonder what this mechanics BBQ looks like.Never will I go here again. I wouldn t trust Louis at the honda dealership as far as I can throw him.

Purchased a new 2023 Type R from Crown Motors from out of state (Texas). I was expecting the process to be painful, but Izzy was extremely helpful and made the process as easy as it could be. He was responsive throughout the entire sale and was extra accommodating in assisting with my third-party delivery service. Could not have asked for a better salesperson, and would recommend Izzy and Crown Motors to anyone.

I was blown away by Wyatt, a Service Department Honda member, while my car received maintenance. Dealerships have bad reputations because they are not honest , but I experienced the utmost honesty and integrity while working with Wyatt at Crown Honda. We need more young professionals, like him, that not only enjoy their job, but invest and know their role! Honda, take note on this particular employee and do you part to keep him around! He is an asset to your company.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Mr. Michael Anon about a couple of weeks ago. It was a great experience until I got home and realized something was off. I initially went in with the anticipation of purchasing a new vehicle and trading in my old vehicle. I had anticipated a higher amount for my vehicle of around 14-15K; however, I was offered 11K. I then proceeded to ask Mr. Michael Anon if I could get 11.5K, to which he made a call and said, "that would be fine." I then signed a paper explicitly stating that I would get 11.5K. The note is as follows, "will buy & drive the civic today for MSRP & 11.5K for trade and 500 grad discount." I signed that after he wrote that. After I signed, we went over payments and whatnot, which were written in black sharpie. Myself unknowingly did not see that he changed the trade price from 11.5K to 11K until I got home and was looking at the paperwork the following day. I contacted Mr. Michael Anon when I realized they didn't give me the 11.5K that they had said they would do. Of course, Mr. Michael Anon denied it all and said he told me that he wouldn't be able to do 11K, which he never told me. I proceeded to speak with management, and they didn't help much either. I am not sure if this was a mistake on Mr. Michael Anon or if he intentionally changed that price without me knowing; however, the dealership made no effort to compensate me for the extra 500 that I had agreed. I would not recommend this place, given the little effort they made to help with some resolution.

I bought a 2015 civic base and a 2020 civic EX-L here. Still own both cars, have had some recall work done on the 15 with no issues at all free of charge. I speak with Jessica our sales lady often she has been great after the sale as well! Will bring looking forward to going back for the Type-R soon. Great people down here.

A long way from home, we had damage under our car due to a rock slide. Wyatt at Crown Honda worked quickly with his crew to get our Acura fixed in a day and get us back on the road. Thank you!

Came in because I couldn t tell why both my brake lights weren t working, Wyatt came out and immediately identified the issue (both of the bulbs were burnt out) and was able to source the pet then and there and fix them on the spot. Excellent service and at an extremely fair price too. I have came here for years and will keep coming back.

Scammed and took advantage of my situation. Extremely overcharged for a service unrelated to why I was there. Dishonest people.I had my car towed here in March after it broke down. That was the only reason it was there, not for any other problems. Which they knew. I was later contacted by Nichole and told it started right up in the morning on its own. Working fine again. Then I was asked if I wanted a diagnosis (which you would assume means a diagnose for why it broke down, because they knew that is the only reason it was there. And there would be no reason to diagnose my car for other issues there is no symptoms or complaints for). And I did want to know why it broke down (which I would never find out, $170 later....), so it didn't happen again of course.So I said yes for a diagnosis, for why it broke down. I was charged $170 for the diagnosis, and they then told me they did not try to check the reason it broke down. They diagnosed an unrelated problem (as they said themselves), that has not effected the car is any way still. I was not refunded or given a diagnosis for why it broke down after that, even though I was essentially scammed or manipulated of $170 for a diagnosis of a problem completely unrelated to why my car broke down and had no reason to believe it needed to be checked for any other issues, than why it broke down.

The service writers were amazing. Friendly, personable and just very nice. I can't make a comment regarding the technician as I did not meet them, but my car is running and the issue is fixed, so I'd say that is a positive. The only thing I could say would be an improvement is Crown no longer offers vacuum service when getting a car wash. Very minor, but still slightly a bummer.

Took my daughter here to buy her first car. Quite a pleasant experience. Tashell and Steve were great. When we found some issues with the car she wanted....they had no problem repairing the issues and gave her a rental to drive until the work could be completed on the one she purchased.

They are the best in service, parts, sales, customer service. Looking for a fleet vehicle? They are terrific.I bought my 2019 Honda Odyssey EX-L new. I had them remove passenger seats, and I store them in my shed.Then I converted it into a campervan myself.I have nothing but positive comments about Crown Honda.Anything Honda? They are terrific!

Bought a new 22 vehicle and asked for assistance with buying a bed cover, side moldings, mud guards,etc .. never heard back from the salesperson again. Absolutely no follow up call as to if I liked the new truck, or about purchasing the add-ons. Not taking it back to crown for anything, not even warranty work if needed.

If there's one thing that matters the most to me, it's the ability of a seller to be a friend first, and a salesman last.I went in yesterday (3-7-22) and was entertaining a trade-in of my 2018 Nissan Versa for something a little newer and more feature rich.When I began the lot walk with Jerry, I felt like I was talking to an old family friend that I've known for a while. He didn't just find whatever I can afford and "push the sale". He stressed "don't get stuck making a payment on something you don't like". He let me take my time and play around with the one or so vehicles I sat inside.He was also very focused on keeping me in a potential position where I could afford the payments.Most importantly, he let me decide whether or not I was ready to go through with the sale.I didn't feel pushed, I felt guided, and that's also important to me.I'd like to extend a personal "thank you" to Jerry Greene, and when I'm ready (which will be soon) I know where I'll be going. Thank you, Jerry!

Took my car there for an airbag recall. Nicole helped me out. Super nice and sweet. I noticed my airbag light was on after taking it for the recall and when I went back they noticed there was something going on with my seat belt and replaced it for free since it was still under warranty. I don't think anybody else there would have done that for me so if you visit, go yo her

I had a wonder man help me when I leased my 2015 Honda CRV. He made me feel comfortable the whole way through the process, his name was Manny. On the other hand, when I bought my 2018 Honda CRV the salesman was horrible, unfortunately I can t remember his name. He didn t show me anything about the safety features I had to learn them has I drove it for myself, I felt uncomfortable the whole time and he pretty much ignored me through the process and then he expected a good review. I wished I would have left and came back to a different salesman. I have had my 2018 Honda CR-V for 4 years in March and everything is starting to go haywire in it. The backup camera doesn t always want to work, my radio/touchscreen has glitches - my radio wouldn t turn on for 2 hours when I was on a 7 hour trip, this month Dec. 2021 I had to have my power plug ins replaced, last year I had to have my hydraulics for my hatch back replaced, as it seems like I might have to have them replaced again. The foam seals around the doors are coming apart, already. For car seats my niece couldn t get these new car seats to fit with the new way of doing them she had to borrow my moms car which is a 2019 Ford Escape.
